originally my box was picked up on the 29th of June and i just got it on the 17th of july - almost a whole month. the staff was friendly but not always helpful - multiple times i called and got no answers as to where my box was or how much longer it would be until like the 4th time i spoke to someone and then they’re telling me my stuff will be 5 days late because it was promised to me on 12th of July. even though they were wrapped and put in secure spots, stuff was broken to where i had to throw it out - a tv, a lamp, some picture frames, cups - which is also my fault in a way because i didn’t get the insurance but i just wanted to let you guys know that these items were wrapped and placed securely but still broke throughout transit. the communication throughout this transaction was terrible and i genuinely did not enjoy this experience whatsoever which sucks because nobody i spoke to ever had a bad attitude, it just simply seems like focusing on communication and everyone being on the same page would make things better. i was told by u haul i’d get $50 back for everyday it was late and i hope they follow through because this was unsatisfying to say the least. also the app is terrible i had little to no updates until i’d have to call with questions and after we’d hang up then the app would finally update.

Nothing. I had a fantastic experience all around! From the beginning to the very end. Communication and ease of getting information and making changes was top notch!
