Emma LI would have given 5 stars but the trailer I rented wasn't cleaned before I picked it up. The floor was covered in dirt and pine tree needles. Otherwise, the rental process was very smooth and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tim MLack of professionalism, the rear bumper cut was poorly done and improperly sized, the team that performed the installation couldn't even attach the bumper using the chassis holes. Even when I pointed it out, the installation team couldn't resolve the issue. I also had questions about whether I chose the right trailer hitch options and wanted some advice or recommendations, but unfortunately, I found that the employees lacked knowledge. Overall, it wasn't up to the standard of a company like U-Haul. Perhaps I should have had it installed elsewhere.
Ayoub MI had ordered a full car trailer and ended up with a dolly. If my car ends up needing repairs to the sensors(description above) I will be very upset. As this tow will have ended up costing me much more money then anticipated.

Johanne SDiscounts for multiple services/package discount would make Uhaul top notch! I rented a truck, movers, two storage units and bought and morel than $100 worth of supplies. A discount would have been greatly appreciated! The young man working on Saturday February 17th at the Rue Jean- Proulx, Gatineau, Quebec, CA location is to be commended! I was there early in the afternoon and again late in the day. He delivered the same professional, polite, and helpful service both at the beginning and end of his shift. He was extremely helpful describing different storage options, taking me to the window, showing me photos, pointing to the monitor, while informing me of prices and the pros and the difference between each type of uniit. It would have been great if I could have used locks Id purchased from previous moves. I had to buy two new locks, when I already owned three.

Mohamed FThe service was excellent for both pick up and return. The only issue, and it is an important one, the tires of the truck had absolutely no traction. It was extremely dangerous during the storm as we almost got stuck at 3 different places. On the highway, we had to drive 60km per hour because of the lack of stability . We understand that trucks are plated in Arizona and therefore they are not required by law to have winter tires but the company should do what is right for the safety of customers and other people on the road, and put winter tires for trucks being used in Quebec during the winter. They could charge more for it but at least they would not put the safety of people at risk.

Horst ZThe Rear door was defective. It would t open or close properly. I only found this out when trying to close the door at my loading location. I phoned the offices and they were helpful. But they also told me that the vehicle I had was known to have a defective door. It should have been fixed before renting it to the public! However the staff were good, friendly and had good communication.

Rob CGood experience overall. My only concern (complaint) is that the 10' truck van doesn't fit a refrigerator. Since I rent the vehicule especially for this purpose, I was really dissapointad once at the location that I need to place my item lay down and not stand up. This could potentially damaged my refrigerator since its not good to move it likewise. If I would knew from the start, I've would rent a pick up, and not only save me from this inconvenience but also save me lots of moneys. Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble. Ma seule préoccupation (plainte) est que le camion fourgon de 10 pieds ne convient pas à un réfrigérateur. Comme j'ai loué le véhicule spécialement à cet effet, j'ai été vraiment déçu une fois sur place de devoir poser mon objet allongé et non debout. Cela pourrait potentiellement endommager mon réfrigérateur, car il n'est pas bon de le déplacer également. Si je l'avais su dès le début, j'aurais loué une camionnette, ce qui non seulement m'éviterait ces désagréments, mais me permettrait également d'économiser beaucoup d'argent.

Ensuite passez beaucoup de temps au téléphone pour finaliser la transaction. Personnel très sympathique et voulais trouver des solutions. Probable que les problèmes venaient du système informatique
