The people at the Gatineau facility we absolutely amazing. The lady that helped me was everything you would want your employee to be. The people at the Ajax facility, were terrible. The lady in Gatineau walked me around the facility to show me everything and make sure I knew where I was going. The lady in Ajax pointed generally in about 5 directions where i could find my truck amongst 100 trucks, and told me to look for truck #xxxx and i wandered around the lot for at least 20 minutes until someone picked me up and helped me, then the trailer I agreed to pull for you (load share) wasn't attached despite me telling them all week when i would be there to pick it up. Ultimately i was in Ajax facility for at least an hour on a Friday night when i was trying to avoid Toronto traffic. My U-Haul experience was a tale of 2 different companies.
