Uhaul as a whole needs to implement a credit of some sort when a unit comes back over what it was sent out with. I started with a quarter tank, which would not be great given i was moving things out of town. So I put fuel in before starting to load, I ended with over half a tank and there is no compensation. They will charge you if you do not bring the unit back with the same amount of fuel, but will not do anything for customers if they return it with significantly more fuel than they picked it up with. That just seems wrong to me.

BRADLEY WI was sent to this location from another location as the truck I had signed up for was not available. The staff were friendly and very helpful and go me on my way. However there was only one person doing everything, so had to wait for about 15 min until someone appeared to help me.

Byron KWas parked in a two foot deep snow bank was over my knees to get into the vehicle had 8 inches of snow on the windshield and hood with no snow brush to clean it off needed to use my arms. The driver wiper blade insert was falling out I had to repair before taking the truck

KAMALPREET SDelayed pickup by one day due to weather, original order had trailer drop off in Lloydminster. When U Haul changed the pickup time, they also changed the drop off point without any notification. Nothing on the phone when rescheduling, nothing at the pickup when signing the contract. Had to make a 40 mile round trip instead of a 10 minute trip to any of the 3 Uhaul dealers in Lloydminster. Very unimpressed! INSURE YOU VERIFY AND PRINT OFF YOUR CONTRACT. Don’t trust what they do online! Additionally, trailer had lighting issues that I had to contend with.

Blair TThe manager was the only good part of this location. The worker didn’t show up the morning of my pick up to open the store and I had to wait 45 minutes. But the manager did everything he could to help out. When my family dropped off the U-Haul the worker was trying to charge extra to them because of the gas and it was very unpleasant but when speaking to the manager myself that was not the case.

In that time my rental period ended, so I was charged an extra day of rental for a few minutes of rental time that was needed to finish the transaction once the salesperson became available.

When I booked on the app I was called and told there was only one truck available in Saskatoon for that day and it was at a flea infested high crime area of the city. So I went there at scheduled time. No one there. Very disappointed with the booking of the truck when there were plenty available at another location. The location on 11th street was awesome and very convenient. Thanks.

ALAN BI got there at open and I beat the main uhaul store people. Their other division (I think he said he looks after uboxes) ended up helping me and was really helpful and friendly. Did a walk through with me and explained that the engine light was due to new catalytic converter installed so don't worry. Very informative and helpful

MASON Hwell I filled up the truck with more gas then given. The lady said she’d reimburse me for the fuel. We came to an agreement the money would go to the extra km I used. I get my bill and I didn’t get a reimbursement and got charged the extra km.

When I arrived they said only a 26 ft truck was available and if I wanted a 20 ft truck I would have to go to Battleford. There was no time to go that far and the larger truck was too big to get into my townhouse complex.

When i arrived at the 20th street location the compound was locked and no kne was there after they claimed to be open. Went to the 11th street location and requested a uhaul. Horrible experience. Be thankful there isn’t a 0 star option

ANDREW MIn my first visit, there was only one person working there and I was waiting a while in line. I was not told that I needed to give them 24 hours notice before getting access to my own storage unit. They told me that they also couldn’t access my unit because they ran out of gas for the forklift and had to come by the next day. They also said they couldn’t find my contract although one had already been drafted. They said that they had my name under another unit and got me the wrong box despite telling them exactly what my box number was. I felt the staff was highly incompetent. I went to Storage Mart and they had everything lined up for me before I even showed up. Asides from renting the moving van I will not be coming back. The staff also made more excuses and complaints about their own facility and management than actually helping me out. The staff was also more concerned about staying past their working hours than helping me out.
