susan bTo make a long story short, the GM was incredible. While most companies tend to hide behind “corporate policy and contracts” to justify behaviors, Keith operates as a businessman who hasn’t lost compassion for his fellow human and I’m grateful for him. The service is thorough and every agent had taken the time to assist me from start to finish. The lines of communication were open and that seems rare today. I’ll tell everyone who’ll listen that this is the storage location they need. Thanks for the opportunity and this experience!

STEPHEN EThere should be the jack stand for the 6 x 12 container trailer. Even empty, with the brake mechanism on the hitch, it’s very heavy to lift. Fully loaded, it’s impossible to uncouple. Don’t understand what the logic is and not having the ability to lift the hitch from the ball. I was unable to do so, which meant that I had to find basically a triple length parking spot.
STUART KHad trouble with door latch door would not open. Latch would not lock all the way and unlock making door not open. Staff very nice and tried to make better.

CHRISTOPHER DI was very happy with the service and condition of the U-Haul truck I rented. Getting the truck was quick and easy.
JILL A1/2 hour wait to rent even after completing the pre-rent info in the app. Then, 1/2 hour wait to retrieve trailer which reduced 24 hour rental to 23 1/2 in violation of the contract. Trailer had plant debris in bed. Return was excellent except a box truck block the space they wanted the trailer backed into. No issues with trailer, it exactly met my needs.

MAONRY AThey first issued me a trailer that was all the way behind another. They got mad at me because of that. The lady helping said she would be right back. 20 min later I go to the front and the Manager was coming out, angrily saying let's go. I get back there, and as they are hooking up a different trailer (one in front) I was asking if the paperwork would be updated since this is a different trailer number than what I had on my forms. I had to ask several times and the manager yelled at me, YES. Once they hooked up the trailer and walked away, I was checking it out and found that the wheel tie down was torn in half. I let the manager know and he rolled his eyes at me then yelled "park it by this truck" pointing at a truck. I backed it up, unloaded it myself and then went to get the original trailer I was supposed to have. Waited there for about 10 minutes and then the original gal came and loaded it up. I asked about updated paperwork once again and she said to go to the front. I went to the front, waited about 15 more minutes and decided to go in and the Manager said I was to use the paperwork I was first given. I was not able to use a link to verify equipment at the start or end. I spent well over 45 minutes waiting (it was not busy). I got yelled at and treated very poorly by the Manager (he seems to hate people in general). I have never been treated this way and may rethink doing business with Uhaul again.

DAVID SBoth The computer system and phone systems we running in correctly. In fact the computer server system was basically inoperable and the transaction had to be completed on the employee cell phone. According to the employees they are routinely operating in this manner which they agreed makes it nearly impossible to serve the customers in a timely and routine fashion. The transaction took over 30 minutes to process payment and complete the transaction at the counter. The good thing was Once the transaction was finalized at the counter the load out and equipment return went very smoothly.

TIMOTHY TI and other customers had 9:00 am reservations and were standing in line for almost 2 hours, I did not get my rental key until 11:15. This location needs better staff management, one person simply cannot adequately serve all the customers at that time. Kudos to Ebony who came in on her day off to alleviate the the backlog... she is pleasant, polite, fast, and extremely competent!!

ROBERT BThis location has over charged me twice, and don't seem to care. Someone needs to look into this Uhaul place. The general manager Keith can't charge whatever he wants to customers. I would like to be billed a fair price.
PATRICK CThe "Owner" was quite rude and very quickly looking to cause a conflict that could have been resolved if the place was ran a bit better and he didn't have an attitude towards the customer immediately. The equipment did it's job but had some defects that were not notated with the previous damage stickers.

As a person who has cancer and is terminally ill, with a placard, which the employee did not have one posted, the customers should have access to the store via the handicapped spot!

BRIAN SBottom line we rented a trailer for 2 hours turned it in the wrap on site was nice helped us unhook the trailer inspected it and said we were good to go. Only to have after 5:00 p.m. My phone being blown up saying that the trailer needs to be turned in immediately or they're calling the police. Your man on site had one job and told me we were good he was slow a little bit grumpy we have always used your competitors in the past. Decided to give you a try never going back if you'd like to have our business reach out and let me know what you're going to do for us

Tyler SSchedule a pickup time. Was inside the store for over 15 mins waiting. Finally went outside to try to find someone. Found a guy, said he would be right there. Once he entered. No greeting just looked at my daughter and I said nothing. Just looking at us with his hands outside to his side. As if he was saying “what”. I then said I had a reservation. He said last computer. Then other people came in, he then was short with them with the reply that other people called out. (Not my problem) He needs to still be friendly. Then was handed my keys and was took to ho retrieve it from the gravel parking lot. So I had to go hunt it down. When returning it. I had my son come with me. For protection and support. Still extremely rude. I waited for any help. Still no acknowledgment. So I asked if there was a drop box for the keys. He said yeah right HERE! And put out his hand. Absolutely horrible experience.

SCOTT BWe reserved a small trailer and was quoted $14.95 for one day. We got a call that we were upgraded to larger trailer at no charge. When we picked up the trailer we were charged for larger trailer, which was $10.00 more- so &24.95. When we returned the trailer we told the manager and he said he refunded the money. In looking at our account we see that he refunded $400. What a joke!
