He was juggling answering questions of another customer that kept interrupting (not Robert’s fault!!) and he handled it amazingly. Best U-Haul experience I have ever had and I’ve rented from countless locations in different states moving around for 10 years in the military previously. Robert deserves some recognition if possible!
DANIELLE SDon’t make them pay for a part that you guys can’t provide. The service was great and easy but after spending money on a trailer, I was forced to buy an adapter part so the lights can connect to my truck. This should be provided from the U-Haul services, it’s not my fault my 2020 truck has modern hookups and the trailer doesn’t. If I didn’t have any more money to spend how would I have drove the trailer off the property!? Very not convenient. But the workers are amazing you should put a radio in that place cause jeez you’re gonna bore them to death in there. Yes it’s a job but they’re human too remember that.

ROBIN WWhen I dropped off the truck I was told that I paid and was good to go. I wake up this morning only to find an email stating that I owe more money! Why was this not taken care of when I returned it? This is stealing and unhonest! How do I know that this is true when I wasn't there when this was added? I haven't signed anything since I dropped it off and maybe no not maybe they SHOULD go over this at time of return and ask for any additional right then instead of a surprising bill the next day after they were told that oh you paid you are good to go. I am so disgusted by the way this has been handled! Do better and be respectful of other people's money!

VICTOR AA couple days prior to picking up my rental, I received a call from U-Haul asking if I would pick up my rental from a different location in exchange for receiving 20% off. I accepted this offer. Upon arriving at the new location, there was no one there to get the vehicle from. After calling U-Haul they sent me to yet another location. Upon arriving at that location, they did not have my order which originally included damage coverage ($60), 2 rental dollies ($24), 12 Furniture pads ($12) and a larger truck (15'). They had to create a new order for me that ended up being more expensive than the offer I was provided and didn't include any of the items that I had originally requested and was a smaller 10' truck. Total of 576.52 vs 553.67. The new contract apparently had an earlier return date as well, which I didn't realize and ended up getting a late penalty on top of that, for $29.68. This all stems from an offer that YOU GAVE TO ME. So no, I would not recommend any U-Haul to anyone.
ERIC NBoth of the staff members whom I worked with made the transaction so easy and explained everything with effort, humor, and care. My husband and I talked about how this was the best experience we’ve had thus far using U-Haul.
JANEE PCheck in process was extremely long. Customer service can use more training instead of having an attitude. At one point I was afraid to ask a question I might of gotten my head chewed off.
TANISHA Dbuildings and entrance aren’t clear. I used the map but buildings are labeled alphabetically and entrances have numbers. the two number pads weren’t clearly marked to tell the difference between check in and door access. there was only one person at the counter leaving the desk unattended for extended periods of time while checking in other guests.

MICHAEL A | Overall ExperienceThere are never enough people at the counter & lines often back up. Moving out I waited about 40 minutes for two people ahead of me. The guy went as fast as he could, it wasn't his fault, it was fault of not having another person working. Where I picked up my trailer in Montana they always had 2-4 people working and no waits were ever a thing. When moving in I didn't understand the term on the website about the storage being up on a platform (split level), so when I arrived and realized I had to walk my stuff up every time without my Dolly or an elevator I wasn't happy... obviously this was my mistake, so I don't blame the facility, but clearer language on the website as to elevator/stairs only access would have been helpful. Each time it took me about an hour and 25+ trips which would have been done in 25% of that time had I went somewhere with a elevator and Dolly access. The mouse traps I guess are necessary, but definitely not a great impression of the place. Some of the poison got on my stuff (I'm guessing from a pest that escaped it). I'd have preferred the storages been sealed up right and less risk of pests as to not need that. The move in process was smooth & once I was seen (after 40 min of waiting in line) so was the move out, so the staff that was there were all good.
