I have had several experiences with this location every single one I would give a five star rating. They go above and beyond it’s just incredible. The manager, Michelle goes above and beyond it drains her people well. She is worth her weight and gold.

I do appreciate U-Haul saving my things but I’ve learned a lot about climate control vs no climate . A lot of my things was ruined but again i had to learn there was a difference. The owner has always been nice to me … Michelle have been helpful as well but her approach can come off aggressive but again it didn’t stop me. I appreciate everything u haul has done for me and I’m glad u still have my stuff. If you ever ask me about keeping my things there again it’s a strong no! The turnover rate is crazy and personalization is everything but again shout out to the owner as he’s always been generous to me.

We just needed it for a few weeks to store a sectional couch. It was free because of the monthly special they were having. I have rented a can and truck there before and have been pleased. I know the worker probably was busy and forgot. Since it was free, I didn’t complain.
