Marsha T | First ImpressionsThe car could smell nicer. The window makes noise the entire trip. The car is old and in need of a refresh. More importantly it was confirmed that a different location had the truck available but when I arrived there in the morning the app said that they lied to me. So make sure to call the location of any U-Haul place the night before to confirm that they will put the keys out for you in the lock box. So I was a few hours late as I can to drive to this location to get the truck. This location was fine though. The truck at this location was old and had visible scratches graffiti in the steering wheel. Otherwise it ran fine. The mirrors were okay.

FAROK SI have returned from u haul before and it has always been a good experience. But this last time the truck I rented was the worse u haul truck ever. The passenger side mirror has tape on it. And I couldn't adjust it so that I could see out of it. I was scared that I was going to have a accident because I couldn't see my blind spot. And I didn't realize this until after I left the location. While I was driving on the expressway the rubber around the windshield came apart. That truck should not be rented to no one!

Very unprofessional customer Service, that needs improvement. I will no longer go to that location.

DANIEL SAs a first time customer. I was disappointed. I originally scheduled for another location & time. When I arrived on time, the sales rep had left. No courtesy call or anything. I wasted $30 on a uber to get told he would be back in a hour or so & could wait because he had just left. When I arrived at the second location the sales rep attitude and was disrespect towards the customers. He was very irritated and rude. Maybe it was too long of a day or work load but he definitely was not pleasant. The truck was clean and the location was convenient so it worked out. I would recommend a friend because the truck was perfect for what I needed.

Very unwelcoming, appearance is not acceptable I highly suggest you rid of these employees and get some fresh faces working at this location who possess the customer service skills to positively engage customers and please address the appearance issue. Everyone should be groomed and dressed in casual or company uniform and not smelling like odor.
DEANTE SExcellent service from start to finish! The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pickup and return process seamless. Driving the truck was surprisingly easy, and it had great fuel efficiency for its size. Moving is always stressful, but U-Haul made this part of it hassle-free. Highly recommend their service!
SIMAN SOn the other hand, I hope your company has cameras and able to listen of how Sunday 12/21 I’ve ws treated.by the representation. First of all, she ws late opening the store. She saw me at the door then buzzed me in. As I’m approaching the counter and rudely said I know u saw me jus opening up. She became combative and very aggressive. Anyhow Ive said yes the my drop off time is 9am and explain to her. If your on time , your late. Ive go to work 15/20 minutes early every day to pray, meditate and prepare my day. She began to argue with me. I’ve explain to her, I’m from Clarksville Tn and I’m jus trying to drop off this truck then get out hell of here. She has thee worst attitude. No!! I’ll never recommend anyone to this location. Then another customer came in and she was unprofessional with him. She asked both of us to step outside as she inspect the vehicle. It wasn’t a problem until she had us there over 20 minutes. It truly doesn’t take long to inspect the truck, get the mileage and gas. I ws so uncomfortable that I’ve video the truck just in cases any future problems with my bill. She could’ve address this situation by saying, I’ll be with you in a moment, as my computer being programmed. Please wait. I ws very uncomfortable of being in the same area with her. I didn’t asked for her name because she already had a bad attitude. Please address this issue because everyone isn’t trained such as myself with Irate people. This woman is a liable to your establishment. Thank you in advance.

BRENDA SI ordered a U-Haul truck when i got there they didn’t have one , told me i ordered a truck, had to make 2 trips to complete my job, told me i had to wait until the next day to get a U-Haul, i couldn’t wait the next day because I already had the guys to move my refrigerator and stove, I am a 100 percent i didn’t order a truck.
