Get better driving moving trucks the truck I had needed work the brakes was bad and the power steering wheeling was bad the trucks was going one way so just take of that so nobody can get into a accident thank you for your service

The guy outside didn't say one word to us. He simply pointed to where he wanted us to stand and then he started talking about the mileage before i was at the car door then simple walked off! I didnt expect him to be jolly fucken molly but don't make me feel like I'm the one who pissed in your cheerios. Never again.

1.Be very clear as to your gas level expectations. 2.The attendant was so focused on the previous customers unpleasant behavior that he could not focus on what was actually going on. 3. It is important to accommodate handicap customers with a step stool to climb into the vehicles. The attendants didn't seam to care, after they obtained my money it was my problem.

At the time I went in. It was very busy and only 1 salesperson. So making sure you have enough employee's would be helpful. Because some customers have issues that take longer to handle.

The manager Tommy Criss was rude. He late letting me in the building, he never asked me on how many miles that I needed. He gave me a estimated miles to move from one house to another house. Then when I got back he wasn’t there, so I had to wait for him to get back to let me in. When I was charged additional $2.05 , he didn’t want me to asked questions and was trying to get me to stop talking. I will never go back to E.7 mile and Van Dyke to rent a uhual or recommend anyone to go either.

I would never go to this location again. The biggest complaint I have is the service reps automatically charge you for insurance on the trucks instead of ASKING do you want it or have auto coverage of your own. They assume you dont have auto insurance but guess what I DO! I was not pleased with the additional $11.00 charge added on to my bill. When I asked for a refund I was told by Donald and another lady I would have to wait 5 business days. That is absolutely ridiculous! Definitely not happy with my experience at this U-Haul location and probably will not be back.

This location is not near me however I needed a truck to move something on short notice and this location was the only one with the available truck. i do recommend uhaul over all.

While i recommend this location, uhaul as a whole I was very disappointed with. I made my reservation online correctly, yet when I went to the location (that got changed on me), they told me i was unable to tow the equipment. They sent me to another store for a different kind. That store didn't have it so I had to wait for someone to locate it. I finally got a call that said there was a mistake and that my original order was right and to go to the following location to pick it up... 6 hours after my original pick up time. I was also irritated at being charged a minimum of days for a transport or dolly, as I easily made the trip in 5 days rather than 8. I hope I never have to use this service again. Very disappointing.

I was supposed to get the van from a location in Troy. When I arrived I was told that they didn’t have the van there. I had to drive 35 minutes to Detroit to get the van. I hadn’t received any notice of this change. As you’d imagine I was very upset. It added an extra 60 minutes to our moving. The manager at the Detroit location was very nice. However her computer wasn’t working well and it was frustrating for both of us. She did a great job taking care of us. But not getting any notification of the location change was very unprofessional. I’m not sure I’d use Uhaul again.

The manager was very professional and straight to the point. He was the only one in the store to help with customers but that was ok and the wait time was about 5 minutes.
