The supervisor was very rude to me .. I requested a truck plus storage.l but was told at the last minute the truck was separate from the storage unit 😕 but that's not what it said online ..

She got smart , real rude she was cussing at me n my 75 year old mom. I would never suggest this uhual facility to anyone.

Upon arrival, I was told that the unit that I reserved had been occupied. 1 year later I called this location to have a truck reserved to move out of the unit, only to find out the next day that there weren't any trucks available. Not only that, the reservation was never saved. Poor communication
