I didnt have an issue with the eatablishment at all. They had everything ready and were very polite on pickup and return. I would recommend them to others.
MICHAEL DThe motorcycle trailer I rented had a very worn hitch. The 2” ball was recommended and was extremely loose and I was a little concerned about the trailer actually staying attached to the ball. I have rented trailers from u-haul many times and normally have a very solid trailer.

Rhonda SI left a car battery in a truck during my return. I returned the truck before they opened, I called 48 minutes after they opened to ask about the battery, they didn't answer so I was sent to corporate. I explained the situation and corporate called and left a message and told them to call me back, I never received a call back. Unfortunately I was going out of town the same day so I could not go in person until yesterday. They told me they would look and call, I never received a call. So I had to go in person again today, and they just shrugged their shoulders about losing a $200+ car battery.
DAYASEH TThe two gentlemen who originally rented a moving trailer to my daughter apparently didn't pay attention to what she needed. She relocated to North Carolina and they rented the smallest trailer you have. They didn't explain that her car couldn't pull a trailer that would meet her needs. A very nice young woman assisted us next and rented a truck to us.

JOHN FThe drop off place said they could not do anything about the charge although the location in North Charleston said they should have adjusted the price. I don't really think anyone at either location knows what the policy is.

NATALIE MMy daughter and I were terrified driving this thing. It felt like the steering wheel was going to come off in your hands. The gas gauge barely moved as I went under 20 miles. I didn’t think I was gonna have to refill it, especially not to the tune of $15. You advertise 30 bucks a day it ended up being almost 100 how is that? I am going to be plastering comments every place. I see you advertising for 30 bucks a day. And posting my receipt with it. This is complete and utter robbery. I was told $ 75 and even that was too much when you advertise $30! We had it for 3 hours.

JAMIE LWorker was sitting in a van on his phone while we waited in our car for 10 minutes and then I tried to go inside and it was locked and then when I was walking back to my car he jumped out of the van and said oh I can help you bro mean while there was a whole line of people behind me going into the road.

DAVID TYou equipment says to clean it out or it's 15 additional dollars but when you pick up the equipment it's already dirty...
THOMAS CThe wire connections did not work even after swapping out cables many times, the lower tail lights never worked on the trailer, the inside had dirt/manure when we arrived at our location so had to spend time cleaning someone else’s mess up. Gross.

JULIE AThe first 6X12 trailer only had one brake light we found out after several trips. It was even checked at pick up by U-Haul rep. We had to return to the center to get it checked. Another U-Haul rep checked the wiring and said it was bad on the trailer. She immediately got us a working trailer and we were on our way again. She was great and we finished our move. Thanks U-Haul!
