JAMIE LWorker was sitting in a van on his phone while we waited in our car for 10 minutes and then I tried to go inside and it was locked and then when I was walking back to my car he jumped out of the van and said oh I can help you bro mean while there was a whole line of people behind me going into the road.

DAVID TYou equipment says to clean it out or it's 15 additional dollars but when you pick up the equipment it's already dirty...
THOMAS CThe wire connections did not work even after swapping out cables many times, the lower tail lights never worked on the trailer, the inside had dirt/manure when we arrived at our location so had to spend time cleaning someone else’s mess up. Gross.

JULIE AThe first 6X12 trailer only had one brake light we found out after several trips. It was even checked at pick up by U-Haul rep. We had to return to the center to get it checked. Another U-Haul rep checked the wiring and said it was bad on the trailer. She immediately got us a working trailer and we were on our way again. She was great and we finished our move. Thanks U-Haul!

MICHAEL PI rented a car hauler trailer.... Everything was great! Only one thing I could say is, be sure to tell those renting trailers what size the light plug is (4 flat,7pin)..... Other than that one little thing...👍👍👍👍👍

BRIAN LCup holders was dirty. It's wasn't clean when I got in the truck. So disappointed. I would like to get some money back. Also only used one day not 2 days. I asked Jayden to fix it but he couldn't. Didn't want charge for 2 days. Just one day. What can u do to fix this situations?
CHRIS TThe truck was covered in snow and ice . I had to clean off myself. The employee brought the truck around front and told me the snow removal broom was in the truck. The back door was frozen shut. Offered me NO help to unstuck. I had to call my son to come and open the back door so I could load the dolly and furniture pads. I won't be back and I will tell others about my experience at this location.
Amy MOur truck was dirty, we rented outside of business hours, no dolly or blankets were in the truck as promised, truck was covered in ice and snow (no snow the day before, they never prepped the vehicle for us) we scraped the tuck of at 6:30 am in 10 degree weather at pick-up. The steering was mis aligned, we fought that for 17 hours of driving.

I HAVE NOTIFIED THE BBB AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ABOUT THIS SCAMMING SITUATION AND YOU ********** AREN'T WILLING TO CORRECT YOUR MISTAKE

BEATRICE ORoutine checks of the trucks. These should be clean, in proper order and have no issues, this was not the case for me.

JEFFREY ROvernight snow was not fully cleared from the van. They only did a quick brush of the windshield. No brush in van. Low tire light came on each time the van was started. Personal were very friendly. Drop off went very well.

SAMADI KWhen I picked up the U-Haul it was on E so I had to use my own money to put gas in it ( other then what I was supposed to) but the lady was very helpful and refunded me my money! Still waiting on a fefund tho!

ALAN SDespite only driving the truck 14 miles round trip, I was charged over $50 related to a fuel surcharge and 6 gallons of gas. Fortunately I checked my receipt and noticed this error and it was quickly corrected, but makes you wonder if this has happened to others who didn't take the time to document their fuel gauge and/or check their receipt. Very disappointing.
