Always a great experience!

I want to emphasize how the employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and deserves 5 stars. The only issue I had was that I made the reservation under the 24/7 Check in so I could check in using my phone. I wish I had just gone in because the phone check-in got so complicated with taking photos, ID photos, needing to call someone we know to confirm identity, no keys in the truck, etc. I don’t get how that saves time. It took half an hour to get my truck. I know that’s not the location’s fault but I wanted to share my frustration with that check in process. I’ll be going in the store for check in if I ever come back.

Make sure that your trucks don't leak. We rented it because it was going to rain all day. We moved our belongings and when we went to unload we noticed that some them like our mattress and couch were wet. It should not be like that if it's an enclosed truck.

Very personable and accommodating.

When you advertise that a queen bed can fit in a van/truck, it better be able to fit in the horizontal or vertical. I could not get the bed into the truck. Apparently you can do it one mattress at a time diagonally, but since I was taking a bunch of stuff 50 miles away, that didn't work for me. I was quite livid at the experience.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Entrance and exit signage are not clear but otherwise, it was a quick and easy dropoff!

I pulled in and they were open followed signs and no one came to help, then suddenly they were closed. Got charged for an extra day after I had to rearrange plans due to Uhaul not having trucks as t the rental location

I got charged for an extra day when you could not get vehicles at the place I reserved it. Forced me to find over night parking and you gave me nothing for gas or the extra time to get the vehicles.

Did not get the message that our pick up location had changed

You actually need more help on a Sunday morning. There was a long line and people had to wait about 20 min. to get to the counter.

Some information was shared incorrectly over the phone which affected charges billed but I was told it was going to be resolved waiting for my receipt to verify. Service at this location was just fine just I wasn’t told about reservation charges and over billing for in out of town rate as I was moving in town

I over filled the truck and I felt like I was over charged

There were long lines, and the people working were moving VERY slow. Also, when I went to return, there were so many trucks in the return line that I couldn't even pull into the parking lot -- the whole entrance was blocked.

It took over 45 minutes to get the can, even with reservations. Never again.

I filled the tank with several gallons of gas after my short use this time. I think the last person to drop the truck off had his le vels recorded wrong. I got a pretty steep charge for gas, even though it was filled back to the same level it started at. I think I had about 30 miles total and put in three gallons of gas. Those trucks should be getting about 8-10 miles to the gallon. Not happy with the extra charge. If it is not topped off each time, the charge tends to be random amounts for gas. Most car rentals have a "bring it back full" rule, and only charge if it is not topped off. The fact that you charged me for gas, and then sent the truck back out with what I left in the tank is just taking advantage of customers.

Pick up and return was understaffed. Staff on hand was working hard but couldn’t keep up with customers or drop off area.
