Terrible experience. I reserved a 10 ft truck for early Saturday morning, a week in advance. I got to the location and there wasn't an employee in sight, no bell or anything. My husband and I said "Hello" several times. We waited 15 minutes before an employee came out of the back. We got our truck finally, 20 minutes later than expected. Right away we had problems. The oil light was on, some other light was on, dome light wouldn't shut off, driver's seatbelt kept getting stuck, and it took forever for the windows to unfog. We weren't going very far so we went with it. When we opened the back we were expecting a ramp, there wasn't one. We did what we needed, put a gallon and a half of gas in, even though we only drove 8 miles, but the tank wasn't at 3/4 when we got it. When we got back to the uhaul place there were 2 employees both helping 1 guy. We waited 10 minutes and the employee that helped us before said to just leave the key. Later that evening I realized I never received an email with a receipt. I figured I would call in the morning, I looked it up online and of course they're not open on Sunday. I was freaking out, I hardly slept. Luckily the receipt came through at 6am while I was getting ready for work. Everything was correct except for the drop off time. I returned the truck at 10 am, the receipt said 3pm. Overall it didn't effect the overall price, but still. Next time I'll try a different location.

The return line was blocked by a large truck, and there wasn't anyone directing returns, so there was a line of 3 trucks out the driveway.
Well wanted just a trailer without the ramp cause it was cheaper but only had the one and it was out so it would've been nice to get the price of the one without but didn't. I'm fine it worked out okay so thank you.

Our truck cabin was disgusting, previous renters had a hairy dog in the cabin and fur was noticeable. There was a foul smell that we couldn't get rid of even after repeated spraying and use of disinfectant. The windows had dog slobber all over them and I asked the attendant to clean them, which he did but the spray bottle he had was not working effectively. I would recommend your workers thoroughly clean the inside cabin before allowing new renters to drive the vehicle away!
Make it obvious that the size of the truck is measured from top to top and that the footage of the truck isn't the floor. A â€œ15 foot truckâ€ was only 12 feet long on the floor which is very misleading.

The guy that rented me the equipment was rude and seemed to try and hurry me through the rental process even though there was no one waiting. The phone process was even worse. I waited over 45 minutes on hold TWICE!l even after the recording saying that stated 25 min wait. The only things I can say were positive was the trailer worked as needed and the guy that hooked it up was very nice. He was a pleasure to talk to and even loaned me a 7 to 4 light adapter. The rest of the experience was rubbish. I will probably be using budget or another local rental company for my future transports.

Moving is stressful, but so much easier with y'all.
The line was insanely long and there were not enough workers. Moving day is stressful enough but having to wait 25 minutes in line to pick up the uhaul that has already been reserved was just too much for me.

The inside of the truck had garbage and obviously was not cleaned after the last renters. Especially during a pandemic- you would think the company would go above and beyond and make sure the inside of the trucks were clean. At a minimum the trash should be picked up- but during a pandemic your company is doing nothing to ensure the health of others by at least wiping down the inside of the truck. The windshield was also filthy- couldn't hardly see out of it. Seriously- you can do better and I would expect better. This was our first time renting a U-haul and no one told us we were only allowed so many miles so I was unpleasantly surprised when I returned it that I was charged additional for mileage.
Great experience, on a big time crunch and staff was extremely helpful making my in the door and on our way in less than 15 minutes. Online registration made it so much faster when we got to pickup.
I tried calling (during business hours) several times over the course of an hour and was on hold for over 45 min to ask a simple question about a drop off return. I gave up and still didn't speak with anyone. Luckily I found my answers online.
