Make sure your doors to your Uhaul trucks are locked or ensure your uhaul worker comes outside with you to walk the truck and more as well. They ask us to do the inspection by ourselves to make sure all is well but there was a whole homeless man sleeping in my truck and I felt extremely unsafe and there was no one outside to help me. If I do not receive my refund back for this inconvenience I will be reaching out to the proper authorities. It is very unprofessional and unsafe to have people going by themselves outside to your uhaul storage areas without a worker with them especially in todays times and I felt very unsafe and as if the worker did not care when I told her she looked at me and said “I’m sorry, I hate broad River” and left me to go back outside by myself very little sun light out. I hated this experience and will not recommend this location to anyone ever. I am still waiting for a response about my refund.

JERRY WASHINGTON | Overall ExperienceI love U-Haul and as a travel nurse I use U-Haul trailers when going to new locations. I have been so pleased with their availability of what I need (locks, moving boxes, moving blankets, bike locks...you name it) and hours of operation. Returning a trailer has never been easier and the employees are more than happy to help me get the trailer attached properly and check my functionality (lights, blinkers, adaptations). Thank you to U-Haul and I will continue as a customer...a HAPPY customer!!!

RONALD NESTORU-haul sent me the wrong drop off locations, one of which doesn't even accept u-haul drop offs any more. The second could not accept it because she didn't have space for it, but was very helpful in adding a few miles to the allowance so I could be sure to get to the correct drop off. She was very nice, and apologized for my bad experience with pick up. This was the 3rd one I was went to, and unfortunately he found more heart sprinkled cookies behind the drivers seat. But I did manage to spend my own money prior to taking it there to vacuum it out, but was unable to get behind the seat and see those. He was very nice and said they would get it cleaned out and he was sorry for my receiving the truck in that condition.

CASSANDRA YOUNGBest experience I have ever had. Two gentlemen helped me get the truck and trailer ready and helped me load it. They were over the top nice and hard working. It was very cold outside and we had to repair a strap and they knocked it out in no time. I have never had service this good anywhere. This is a hard job and I'm a seasoned traveler and repair person with heavy equipment so this review should carry extra weight.

Chad HeadI made a reservation at this location. I was on time but they did NOT have the truck I ordered. They first suggested to send me somewhere else, but after me explaining that I was pressed for time, they decided to give me a bigger truck for the same rate. I was happy about that. But when using the truck, i noticed it drove funny. The engine light ended up coming on, and the entire dash board went out. When returning the vehicle I explained it to the worker and they seemed unbothered. When getting my receipt, they charged me over $300 saying I went 300 miles. That was not true at all. I went only about 20. They asked did I take a picture and I explained I didn't because I never knew I was suppose to. They sent me to customer service who now has a dispute opened and said it can take 3 days for them to decide to approve to deny my dispute. This had been very frustrating and I never experienced this before.

I moved the belongings to another uhaul facility which had better service rather than staying there.
