My truck did not come with the dolly I rented on it. This made my move more difficult. I spoke with customer service on the date that I moved and they said they would take the charge off. Once I received my final receipt, I was still charged for equipment I did not receive. I was also charged an extra rental tax on my bill. I was told if I wanted the situation resolved, I have to speak with the General Manager who I have to wait on to call me back. I was told if I want to expedite an answer as to whether I would get my money back for equipment I never received, I have to go to the location I rented the truck from. I am extremely disappointed with the services I have received.

Comment: We returned the truck completely clean. There were no spills, or trash, in the back or in the cab. We swept it completely out and made sure. Yet, we were charged a cleaning fee. We spoke to Kalya, who said she personally emptied the back and there were trash bags. This is untrue. The only bag there was the one with furniture pads. I regret not taking a photo for proof. Our truck was parked in spot 'A' , as the drop off line was full, and more vehicles were pulling into other spots. I don't know if she noted the wrong truck down. Ours had NO trash or anything else in it - aside from dollies and mattress pads in bag. I will never use the night drop again. Lesson learned! To improve: Honesty and truthfulness from U-Haul employees would be appreciated. Lying is not becoming.

The service was absolutely amazing the employees and manager were hands on helpfull and informative.



The manger and her assistance were very rude, I book trailer before I got to uhaul location. There were no customer there they was assisting. I told them that I was in a hurry because I had meet someone. The assitance told my wife go pull my truck around back. So they hook trailer up. I was at that location for about 35 to 40 mins before I was able to leave. Even after trailer was hook up. I had pull front to finish contract, Attitudes were horrible. Also assit other customer while I'm at desk finshing contract. I told manger over and over I have to leave. She took her time and playing foolish games. I have been dealing with uhaul for years, and never had a experience Like this !! I will never go back to that location and can amaging how. Other customers feel

The return location was confusing to navigate to just because Google maps was wrong. When contacting the store directly, the gentleman helped out greatly. Also for one way rentals, when signing up online, I picked picked a different location to start with and was not notified it changed till confirmation call day before. No where on the paperwork that I could find gave the store info to return to. That would have been great so I didn't have to call customer service.
