JASON CI was over charge for a tow dolly the price was 57.19 and I was charge 132.19 on my card now I'm having problems getting my money back.i didn't mind paying the 57.19 for the tow dolly but the cashier over charge my card.

BREANNA OMaybe actually check in the equipment when it’s dropped off instead of threatening to report it as stolen because of your own laziness
DAVID MKnowledgeable staff. Times and quotes were messed up. Called got another staff member with an attitude who at the end said it was now all corrected and the price would be around $189. Got there next day to finalize and pickup the truck and nothing was correct. Ended up paying over $400. At that time we had no other choice as we had movers waiting. Both employees were given the correct info by us. The truck itself was great. New and clean

RICKEY PTravarris was friendly and very efficient in getting the trailer checked in at the lot. I don’t think the process took longer than 10 minutes from the time I pulled into the location until I pulled out without the trailer. Travarris is an absolute asset to your company.
Joseph KLet people know on the day the reservation that van are not allowed unless you traveling 3000 miles was very disappointing for me to go pick up something that’s not available then I had to spend more money for a truck that I could only used it for 4 hours
SHERICA WA mistake was made instead of them calling about the mistake they instantly charge you and the guy was extremely rude when I returned the truck his words give me keys email you later no I don’t think I’ll use that location ever again

LORETTA GCharged me for 71 miles and I literally only went 46 miles. Then tried to charged me for a full tank of gas when it was on less than 3/4 when I got in the car. Thankfully, I took a picture of the gas tank and went back into dispute but the miles is ridiculous and an absolute lie. I plan to contact corporate about this matter

Michael HThe 1st agent was pleasant. The second agent was very rude. And not responsive at all. I was charged an extra day. I called and spoke with a representative at your location. I asked if it could be extended to 3:30 they said that would not be a problem ,because of the weather conditions. I was there at 3:45 because I had to put gas in the vehicle at the gas station across from the company. The guy there charged me for another day. I disagree with this additional cost. The vehicle also smelled of Marijuana very strongly. Because of the weather I only drove the vehicle 22 miles when I had requested 66.Plus the amount of gas was over what the bring back amount should have been. So What I had already paid more than covered the actual time. I am requesting that the additional amount he is trying to bill me be removed from my account. Also charged me for 2 days of safe drive . I was to understand it was for the entire I had it not per day. I will not recommend this location , but I would suggest that the staff be trained appropriately and include customer interaction and procedures.

BARRY BMake sure the grand total is added when making reservations so it will be clear how much to bring to get the truck because I put n the miles and everything and it just gave me the price of the truck so that's what I took up there just to find out it was 40 dollars more then the original total on the reservation
ALLEN WDisappointed that I returned vehicle meeting all contract requirements (clean, damage free, under mileage usage, before return time) and continue to be charged more than what I originally agreed to.
JASON SStaff were very personable and made the process to get the keys very simple.
AMY PBoth trucks smelled like cigarettes the first one still had butts in it. An when driving the first truck the steering will was shaking and the tires were pulling us off the road. I called and complained because I was not able to move everything in one day as we planned because when I drove on the highway to our new home I was scared to drive it again with the wheel pulling me to the right . I told your branch manager and she said she drove it down the street I told she need to go on the highway because she will get someone killed with that vehicle. It tried to pull me off the road when aI was driving 45-50 in a 60 because I didn’t want to get killed.

DEANDRA BStaff was rude!! He helped reserved me a uhual that he gave me a quote for. That truck wasn’t available at the time so he gave me a different one and charge me $40 more than quoted. I got there had to wait on him to finish cleaning the truck. Before that , We waited around 3 hours delaying our moving time and we were moving in the dark. He tried to rush our time. When I dropped the truck off the app wouldn’t let me check in to drop it off. I tried several times.

JOSEPH WThe customer service representative upon be picking up the truck was kind, attentive, and professional. I really appreciate that kind of service. But the customer representative upon me returning the truck was not kind or professional. He was on his phone took him two minutes to look up and when he did, he asked if he can help me while continuing to be on his phone. I said I'm returning the truck he said ok as I gave him the key and back to his phone. I stood there and he asked anything else. I said uh, yes aren't you going to check the truck and mileage used? He grabbed the key went to the truck started it up, checked the back and a box was left back there. He then asked did you mean to leave the box? I said no and removed it. He closed the back and stated I owed $8.50 for mileage. I said ok still waiting on him to turn his phone loose to finish taking care of me. He said anything else I said sir the total cost I will be charged (Im totally frustrated at this point) he said I will be charged 52.43? will looking at his phone and I got in my car and left. Waiting on a chance like this to let someone know he's a bad! Example of customer service/representative of uhaul. I will still use and recommend this location because of how I was treated upon picking up the truck. Great job young lady! Thank you.

DEMOND D | First ImpressionsThe truck suppose to be on a half of tank and it wasn’t but I left it on a half I only went 12 miles had to rent a 15 cause there was no more 10s but there was 10s on the yard I only used the truck for maybe a hour
SAMUEL MPick up was okay however we wanted to rent a dolly just incase we needed it. They did not have any to rent and pressured us to by a $59 dolly which we did not need nor use (these were college students picking up) I left it in the uhaul at drop off and was wanting to return it but the location was the sketchiest location i could have possibly picked! No one on site to drop off to or discuss issues with. Online check in did not work so we left the key in the drop box. I still have not received a drop off confirmation. I called the the pick up store for help and received none other than she will not take back the dolly or refund me.

We asked to speak to the manager; however she was on her cell phone on a personal call using profanity during our initial start of service. On our move out date, there was one employee working and her was overwhelmed with many customers coming in. He was professional but the building was clearly not staffed correctly. I moved the belongings to another uhaul facility which had better service rather than staying there.
