All the fees yall add after the fact is ridiculous! I used up less miles and returned the car before my time was up yet I’m being charged another service fee, after hours fee, and another usage fee? WTF would definitely never recommend and will just use a moving computer any next time.

I rented a van while driving the van it was warm at first then it started getting cold by the time I got to my destination it was warm again. On the way home it did the same thing. Next morning I took the van because U-Haul is close to my work location, on the way to work the truck just wouldn't get hot and the engine temperature started rising I pulled of of the high pulled off the highway and checked the coolant level and there was no coolant in the tank, so I sat there for 30 minutes so that the engine would cool down and then proceeded to go find a home Depot since it was the only store open at 7am and I had to get to work. I got to home depot bought a bottle of coolant for $13 dollars,drove to work. After work I took the truck back almost an hour early, I couldn't stop for gas because it started overheating again. The gas was waved but I was still charged for extra miles no mention of the inconvenience on my behalf for having to drive cold in freezing conditions, having to use extra miles to get coolant and having to buy coolant. I paid the extra $57 regardless but I don't think the treatment was fair. Do that being said I can't recommend this location.

First they gave me the wrong vehicle a 10 footer then the second one was a van and they could locate it because it was stolen then finally got me the van and it was wrong also

I have rented from here a few times to move my daughter on and off her college campus. Each time has been really seamless. Staff are wonderful, nice and super helpful and never one issue. I will continue using this location as long as we are in NY.

I think there should be a little more signage as to where to check in. The GPS brings you to the wrong side (not the office) and then the signs inside the storage area make it seem like you can get to the office from the storage area, but you can't. Other than that, the check in process was pretty quick and easy. Thanks!

The customer representative that I approach as I was checking out was very rude and un professional. She was cursing at me just because I was scanning the checkout QR code. She got upset asking me what was I doing. That if I was doing self checkout she will stop with helping me. While I was checking out, she was on her phone chating and not keeping me informed of what was going on as I had drof off the key. She ignored me and I decided to do self checkout. She was nasty and I will never return to the location. Another customer service add to intervent and help me check out. The last representative was helpful and she was the one that sheck me in when I came to rent the uhaul. Uhaul don't need rude and unprofessional employee their at all. The girl was using profanity and aggressive. Never will I came back.

A very busy location so took a little while to get my paperwork done, arranged and connected to my tow vehicle. They had the unit ready early for me. Perhaps better staffing would help. Also, a lot of non-employee people hanging around looking to “help” but not making it clear that they were not working for u-Haul. An unsuspecting customer could get taken advantage of.

The customer service agent was very helpful & professional, the guys outside did a amazing job removing the snow (we had a snow storm the night before), when i return the truck all went well. Once you complete the check-in process and are given the keys to the truck, there is yet another application process you have to go thru which includes taking pictures of the rental truck which is to avoid being charged with damaging it. It takes a bit of time and can be confusing at times.

My truck died in middle of the road and because roadside assistance was taking so long and to avoid a accident or ticket I paid another car to boost the battery twice horrible experience then I had to cancel my move and rent for another day because I ran out of time and returned my truck late and got charged double! Had mice dropping in my unit asked them multiple times no one cleaned it then when someone did get back to me a year later they stated it have to be scheduled… soo I had poop all over my furniture. If this problem was solved I wouldn’t have thrown away most of my belongings. And no food was in storage

Units are smaller than advertised. They over charge for small units. Units advertised for 2 bedroom homes can’t fit more than one couch and a twin mattress. Do not recommend! Charges are higher than displayed in the store.

Nunca me ayudaron Retire todo mi staf octubre 31 por la mañana, me asegure de dejarlo muy limpio sin embargo me llamaron por telefono que tenia que pagarles extra 25$ para que ellos lo limpien, les dije que yo iria a limpiarlos y me dijeron que si yo iba me cobrarian 180$ ( el mes completo). I was very pleased on this hot summer day the AC was great. Restroom was clean. Storage unit was clean no sign of vermin. My only opinion is it was only 2 clean trollys to choose from when moving in my things, so I would suggest cleaning them weekly. Other than that everything was great

I don’t like the idea that people, who don’t have a unit at u-haul have a right to access the facility and no one from management acknowledges it;; or act like nothing is going on. I was informed about a week ago that some of the guys hanging around has a right to be around, in other words if they break in it’s ok, if they utilize and break anything or leave the bathroom nasty its ok, my feelings is that I don’t like it at all, that’s why I came frequently to the facility to see what’s really going on! Also I feel garbage compartments should be located around the facility to comply with persons moving in or leaving the facility,maybe it would cut down on the flow of steady garbage around the facility.

One of my biggest compliment to UHaul, was; I didn’t have to change my schedule to accommodate anything at all. My schedule fits right into theirs. Convenient, friendly, hardworking people; who also have a sense of humor. Simply excellent customer service, on any day! My experience was very pleasant and I don’t impress easily. Thanks U-Haul for making my experience with you, one less thing I had to worry about, because of how convenient and accommodating you were.

I really can say that I have had the worst experience in my life with the manager of this site of U-Haul. I was resting in the parking lot because I found no hotels in the Bronx New York on that Saturday morning so I had to stay in the truck until they open that U-Haul store I had spent 5 1/2 hours driving from Pittsburgh to New York City I was tired so I decided to go into the parking lot of U-Haul at 2800 White Plains I made the biggest mistake of my life, because around 6:20 o’clock I notice a woman coming towards the the facility. As soon as she got out of her car and started walking towards the entrances, I said good morning Madame! After that I ask her excuse me! do you work here? Oh my God I made the biggest mistake this woman was so nasty and so disrespectful to me that I had to close my car window not to hear her Verbal aggression. I told her that I will talk to the manager inside about this treatment But I was in shock she was the manager and she told me clearly that she was like the owner of the place! I wanted to leave but I needed to finish what I went there for, so I tried to put no mind. Oh my God for my surprise while I was in a line inside the store I’ve noticed that she was talking to her employees and looking at me I knew but I was already profiled it so sad to drive so long hours not get a place to sleep have to stay in the truck until they open the facility and just because you ask someone who is coming with a cup of coffee I’m a bad attitude you have to endure the disrespectful And rude treatment from the person that is supposed to represent a corporation how sad this was for me that is not business psychology that is aggression and abuse
