I was on hold for 2 hours had to rebook because they sed I was restricted only to find out I wasn’t the staff knew I waited and didn’t try to compensate me for my time while moving on a time limit it was very unfair I deserve a credit or sumthn I had returned the truck with the same amount of gas everything i could do right as a customer and this was my first experience

The lot was huge. But, it was packed with returned trucks. There was no personnel, so customers who were there to pick up had no idea where to find their keys, where their truck was. It was a mess. I found the drop box and left. I don't even think I finished with the ios app to finish the return I was so furious. Also, the iOS app is terrible. The UX/UI needs a major upgrade. I would like to be involved with that upgrade. You need someone who is not affiliated with U-Haul to make sure it works correctly.

Front desk staff are great. But I ran ~20 min late returning the truck as the gps kept directing me to parkways so I had to keep re-routing. It took me longer than expected to get back to uhaul. Then I got charged for gas because the guy checking me out doesn't know what a 1/4 gas looks like on the gas meter. Had to get someone else to look at it and they corrected the charge. Then I was charged for a 2nd day because I was late. As a valued customer I was hoping it would be waived given the situation. Also the bill can be tough to follow. Big difference from my June rental $76 to Aug $121. the mileage was similar but this time I got charged a 2nd day AND 2nd safe move charge. That's crazy.

Over the past 30 years or so I've been a customer of this UHaul location & it keeps maintaining its high level of service. It continues to be staffed with men and women who are talented professionals who provide the highest level of service. While the equipment, (in this trip it was a van), is certainly of good quality, and well maintained, it's the professional people, who care about the customers, and show their dedication by guiding us through the rental process, that makes this location an ideal place to rent a truck, van or other equipment. I appreciate everyone there. Their calm professional demeanor will keep the door open for me to rent from this location any time a family member needs me to help them out. They have terrible service; due to a lack of information, I had to make three trips to Pennsylvania. On top of that, they charged an exorbitant amount—and I would have paid even more if I had returned the vehicle to the same location. Terrible customer service.

I rented a van $19.99 to go 1.8 miles from my home to storage making 2 two trips and when I returned the van after putting gas in the tank more than required. I was told that I went over the mileage 36 miles.. which was unbelievable considering I live 7 mins from home to storage and the representative was rude and not helpful

I think U-Haul should learn to respect their customers a little more. I’ve been using U-Haul for years and I attempted to rent a tow dolly on Wednesday, but because of the vehicle I was attempting to use, they rejected the use of the dolly and when I went back on Saturday to rent the same tow dolly I had a $45 bill on Wednesday went to a $145 bill on Saturday I think being a individual customer sometimes it’s not all about the dollar

Had mice dropping in my unit asked them multiple times no one cleaned it then when someone did get back to me a year later they stated it have to be scheduled… soo I had poop all over my furniture. If this problem was solved I wouldn’t have thrown away most of my belongings. And no food was in storage

Units are smaller than advertised. They over charge for small units. Units advertised for 2 bedroom homes can’t fit more than one couch and a twin mattress. Do not recommend! Charges are higher than displayed in the store.

I was very pleased on this hot summer day the AC was great. Restroom was clean. Storage unit was clean no sign of vermin. My only opinion is it was only 2 clean trollys to choose from when moving in my things, so I would suggest cleaning them weekly. Other than that everything was great

I don’t like the idea that people, who don’t have a unit at u-haul have a right to access the facility and no one from management acknowledges it;; or act like nothing is going on. I was informed about a week ago that some of the guys hanging around has a right to be around, in other words if they break in it’s ok, if they utilize and break anything or leave the bathroom nasty its ok, my feelings is that I don’t like it at all, that’s why I came frequently to the facility to see what’s really going on! Also I feel garbage compartments should be located around the facility to comply with persons moving in or leaving the facility,maybe it would cut down on the flow of steady garbage around the facility.

One of my biggest compliment to UHaul, was; I didn’t have to change my schedule to accommodate anything at all. My schedule fits right into theirs. Convenient, friendly, hardworking people; who also have a sense of humor. Simply excellent customer service, on any day! My experience was very pleasant and I don’t impress easily. Thanks U-Haul for making my experience with you, one less thing I had to worry about, because of how convenient and accommodating you were.

I really can say that I have had the worst experience in my life with the manager of this site of U-Haul. I was resting in the parking lot because I found no hotels in the Bronx New York on that Saturday morning so I had to stay in the truck until they open that U-Haul store I had spent 5 1/2 hours driving from Pittsburgh to New York City I was tired so I decided to go into the parking lot of U-Haul at 2800 White Plains I made the biggest mistake of my life, because around 6:20 o’clock I notice a woman coming towards the the facility. As soon as she got out of her car and started walking towards the entrances, I said good morning Madame! After that I ask her excuse me! do you work here? Oh my God I made the biggest mistake this woman was so nasty and so disrespectful to me that I had to close my car window not to hear her Verbal aggression. I told her that I will talk to the manager inside about this treatment But I was in shock she was the manager and she told me clearly that she was like the owner of the place! I wanted to leave but I needed to finish what I went there for, so I tried to put no mind. Oh my God for my surprise while I was in a line inside the store I’ve noticed that she was talking to her employees and looking at me I knew but I was already profiled it so sad to drive so long hours not get a place to sleep have to stay in the truck until they open the facility and just because you ask someone who is coming with a cup of coffee I’m a bad attitude you have to endure the disrespectful And rude treatment from the person that is supposed to represent a corporation how sad this was for me that is not business psychology that is aggression and abuse
