Units are smaller than advertised. They over charge for small units. Units advertised for 2 bedroom homes can’t fit more than one couch and a twin mattress. Do not recommend! Charges are higher than displayed in the store.

These two experiences were great and awesome. My advice and suggestions would be to assist the customer by having Ezee Pass on the UHUAL truck for all toll gates which could be built in the charge and quantities of gas or fuel for the journey. CANDIDO MProperly inputting the correct information for the odometer and vehicle quality before and after pickup. I used the rented vehicle for 6.2 miles for only 2 hours and I'm being overcharged for 63 extra miles that did not use. I noticed on the contract the employees only took pictures of the rental post my usage and inputted that I used the vehicle for an entire day/24hr period, too which I did not! I didn't get my contract/receipt until this morning 3/11/25 @ 11:15a, when I rented the vehicle on 3/10/25. It appears this issue happens all the time with U-Haul or this location, which means it's a human error and poor practices on the store location/overall company's side! The general manager seems to be taking his employees word just to get extra an buck out of customers and meet metrics. This is the last time I'll ever use U-Haul and I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again either! I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Richard GThe charges for distance covered was too much. I did a 4 hour town running from Yonkers to Fresh Meadows, Queens and drop off the vehicle and was made to pay $197. They ignored the fact that I had paid for 10 miles and forced me to pay all the 62 miles covered. I think Home Depot's unlimited truck rental is more humane than u-hall. I don't think I will ever rent a truck from you after this horrible experience.

We just had to wait ..The representative was great , as helpful as she could be ...understanding how we all felt as we all waited for the computer to come back up. She was so calm and pleasant,especially under the circumstances. She kept everyone calm with her calm and helpful demeanor. Finally the computers came back on line after an hour wait and she got us all on our way. She told me her name but I forgot it.

I was resting in the parking lot because I found no hotels in the Bronx New York on that Saturday morning so I had to stay in the truck until they open that U-Haul store I had spent 5 1/2 hours driving from Pittsburgh to New York City I was tired so I decided to go into the parking lot of U-Haul at 2800 White Plains I made the biggest mistake of my life, because around 6:20 o’clock I notice a woman coming towards the the facility. As soon as she got out of her car and started walking towards the entrances, I said good morning Madame! After that I ask her excuse me! do you work here? Oh my God I made the biggest mistake this woman was so nasty and so disrespectful to me that I had to close my car window not to hear her Verbal aggression. I told her that I will talk to the manager inside about this treatment But I was in shock she was the manager and she told me clearly that she was like the owner of the place! I wanted to leave but I needed to finish what I went there for, so I tried to put no mind. Oh my God for my surprise while I was in a line inside the store I’ve noticed that she was talking to her employees and looking at me I knew but I was already profiled it so sad to drive so long hours not get a place to sleep have to stay in the truck until they open the facility and just because you ask someone who is coming with a cup of coffee I’m a bad attitude you have to endure the disrespectful And rude treatment from the person that is supposed to represent a corporation how sad this was for me that is not business psychology that is aggression and abuse
