This is my 2nd time using the services of this particular facility, and I have to say that the service again was fantastic. Even though I showed up a bit unorganized about what I needed, the manager helped me out very quickly and got me on the road. Everything went as planned and my entire family was extremely happy. We're from out of state and were under a bit of a time crunch and the excellent service here kept us on schedule. Highly recommended!!

The customer service was really bad when I first got there. I was told when I first started I would be able to change my payment date. Once requested they told me I couldn’t. After almost two years of paying late fee’s I literally had to fuss them out for a manager to even call me and she changed the payment date no problem and gave me two months free, that did not compensate for how much I’ve paid in late fees and the horrible customer service. When they call even though the account is documented they are rude. Also they call back to back to back all day. I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone I have another storage at Extra Storage I’ve been there two years they don’t keep raising the rent they have great customer service and they had no issues changing the payment date

Equipment we reserved three weeks ahead of time was not available. Employee assisting us was extremely dismissive and told us “no truck is available for you” without providing any explanation or solution. He wouldn’t take off his sunglasses and wouldn’t engage. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had, and our entire move day was messed up because we had to drive to another location to pick up a smaller truck even though we had reserved a 20’ truck at this location

It smelled like gasoline the entire ride in the vehicle. I started coughing to the point I was gasping for air. It seemed like it could have been an asthma attack, and I don't have asthma. I feel I should get a full refund because it was detrimental to my health. The vehicle was not cleaned prior. My clothing reaped of the gasoline smell. And I tried to let the individual at U-haul know and was ignored. How can U-haul not know that there was an odor in the vehicle, or they just didn't care?

I told customer service that I have one bedroom apartment and I need a truck and a storage unit for a one bedroom apartment, once I got to the u-haul the computer was not working,so the guy that works for u-haul had to start all over again to get me another order,it top about 45min before he got there paperwork ready, I had hired to guys from the u-haul fier, two men for 2 hours, the guy that works for u-haul gave me a storage unit for a 5 by 10 unit for a full truck for a one bedroom apartment,it was not enough room , the men had to reload the things back on the truck,he gets another storage unit and the door doesn't work my two hours are up ,he found another unit but my time for two hours had passed, it's an 35 degrees outside, thank God I had some good guys that's saw that I am handicap stayed to unload the truck ,it was a very bad experience, I wouldn't wish on no one 😔

I appreciate the whole stuff on covington Highway they helped me so much when it came down to making partial payments they took when I had they work with me to keep me from getting my stuff taken or sold so that was excellent, but it was going to be too much money for me to handle I had no choice but to move out, but I do appreciate them. They are excellent staff. If I could give them a bonus I would was, a very pleasant coming to the store and even talking on the phone with them they knew who I was and it was a just a place experience and if I had to do it again I would, but I had to go so it was my pleasure of working with them and talking with them, but he got too steep for me to pay to sleep, but it was over. It was excellent service to the staff at Covington Highway, Cujo y’all appreciate you love you guys. It was wonderful working with you and working with me. Be blessed and have a wonderful day.

I had the worst experience at this Uhaul. While I was working with the manager, the employee next to her kept interrupting our conversation and being rude. It became so bad that I didn't feel safe being in the store any longer, I didn't feel safe with leaving my items there so I called back to Uhaul so that I could get a transfer. I am so disappointed in the services that I received at this location and the manager did nothing to calm the situation with the employee being rude and aggressive.

The General manager Mr Amune, was very helpful and.professional. He actually runs that location better than many others that I’ve visited. Keeping the business flowing and solving problems immediately was observed and greatly appreciated. The entire team over there deserves recognition for their dedication and hard work. I work in corporate and when my employees show greatness, I get approval to purchase lunch for the entire team. Showing our appreciation to them takes us a very long way and ensures that our employees know we appreciate them. Some, we even give them small raises to help with motivation while going into the peak seasons. Thank you to the GM and to U-Haul for everything

I was forced to throw everything away as I’m on my way out of town for a year; and the staff was VERY rude about me using their dumpster on site. Every single representative in the office is extremely helpful!! It’s honestly becoming rare where you get people who go above and beyond for the customers but this location has that on lock!! Everyone is knowledgeable of the companies products and policies and they truly run a great store. I’ve seen them handle adverse and difficult customers and still remain professional and that’s what stands out to me. I appreciate this location!!

Poor customer service. I reserved storage unit weeks in advance with a credit card on file. When I got to the storage facility, the unit I requested was not available which cause me to have to take the next size unit at a higher cost. Rep said take it or leave it. How can I leave it if I had a moving company moving my property. No consideration what so ever. I would not recommend anyone to this location or to uhaul if this is the service you render to customers. If you reserve a unit that unit should be held if credit card is on hold to reserve it. They were not trying to resolve the issue. I have this unit, take it or leave it.

The only issue I had was trying to reach someone in the office onsite. I moved out my storage on May 14th and I had just moved into my home. I did not hey chance to go back to the unit because I also had surgery scheduled. I had been trying to reach the location before and after my surgery to let them know the unit was empty and to find out of I could send my daughter to sign any documents needed.

Facility refused access for the POD delivery.. Had to (last minute) redirect to another Uhaul facility. The change resulted in the storage cost tripling from the originally agreed upon contract. The entire ordeal was frustrating.

Uhaul is the worst. Straight cold hearted. Uhaul didn't even work with me during this crisis. All types of delays and scams that made my funds late and or stuck, and all Uhaul did was hound me about payments and add on late fees. Never ever will I do business with uhaul.
