Switch and bait on pricing. Tell you one price and when you get to the store the price is much higher. Customer service is terrible. Will not refer anyone to this store.

I was sitting in the chair that the young lady told me to sit in, a guy was sitting there on his personal phone for at least 1 minute before he acknowledged me. Process did go very smooth but U haul should lower rates just a little. Young lady looked as if she was tired and ready to go home. Customer service is everything!

To have the cup holders clean of all cigarette ashes because for someone with allergies when the ac was on it made it difficult to breathe the air in the cabin. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you.

I always go to this location because I like the customer services I get from Malik Martin but this time I have to say that it was the worse customer service I have received from this location... Today Malik was busy outside doing some wiring to some car and actually that was the service i need to do today... I waited 30 mins in line because thats how long mrs IFE Charles was taking with each customer it looks like she wasnt happy to be at work today.. It's unacceptable to take so long with a customer I hope you guys can fix that because last time I was here before this incident Malik was by himself using 3 computers to help 3 customer at a time(at least try) plus the phone and he was able to handle it just right!!

An employee forgot to put the dolly in the truck which caused my moving experience to be extended an hour because I had to go back to the store to get it. Otherwise, Danny was friendly and accommodating. Too off the cost of the dolly.

The manager (Danny) was ver y unprofessional & was simply rude to me & my family. After asking him several questions pertaining to my reservation he became very combative as if i wasn't a customer & started saying very unappropriate things about me as if i had did something wrong.

After the auto tow was hooked up. I left and noticed the tow was leaning to one side and zig-zagging. I stopped and went to investigate, finding one of the tires was flat. So I got off the freeway and went to a service station to add some air to the tires. I had to add air several times while on my trip out of town. When I returned it I let the store mgr know that the tire needed repaired or changed.

Find a drop-off location closest to a resident call and see how hard it is to find the drop off location I had a hard time finding it it was down a side road in the back of a building with a lot of trees with no lighting at 10 o'clock at night you could not see anything I took the road just to take it and luckily I found it I drove up and down the road 10 times trying to find this place

While in store (10am) completing check in (early check in was completed online at 8:30am) there was a customer placed on speaker phone frustratingly asking for mileage overcharge explaination. Customers inside the store should not have to hear or be witness to a private conversation that was not approved to be heard. After arriving to my storage facility my brother rolled the first stack of boxes onto truck slipped and fell on his tailbone. The truck was left oily and dirty, another persons hat and private documents were also left inside truck. I called the store and asked them to document the accident to only find out later it was not. In the middle of my move, the store (Malik) called and asked how long it would take for me to complete the move so they could get the hat back. Mind you, we were 2 hours into the move and the truck was rented for 10 hours. The truck was returned by 7pm Sunday and key was dropped in slot. Monday morning I get an email stating my charges to be $123 more than the estimate. My account was charged twice. Once I got the assistant manager on the phone (Ise) she listed the charges to be correct for 126 miles. The storage unit is down the street and my home is 5 minutes away. I drove maybe 20 miles. After she called back with the correct mileage the bill was still high. Long story short; 1-truck was not clean 2-my brother fell 3-I was charged for incorrect mileage 126 miles at $.79 4-I was charged a cleaning $25 fee for the same oil and dirt 5-the accident was not documented 6-attempted resolution to reduce truck fee from $39.95 to $29.95 has not been received

Avoid mysterious charges appearing after turning in the equipment by having someone there longer, especially on Sunday. Twice I've used this location and each time I was charged something extra. I had a 24 hour rental that I turned in a little than 12 hours later and was charged 40.00 for being late? Doesn't sound like a 24 hour rental to me.
