JOHN PAlways great customer service with employees such as Luz, Gabriel, Keith, Chris, making sure I get the vehicle I need and getting me on the road as soon as possible, checking me back in and getting me my final invoice and pay and go. I appreciate all employees who work here and more people need to be thankful for their ability to deal with the general public which can be challenging while people may be in transition and suffering from anxiety and they sometimes take the brunt of that and that is NOT OK. So guys I'm on your side and see all that you endure with this largely ungrateful society, but there are those of us that see your struggle and I appreciate your continued service and give you the respect you soooooo deserve. COLLEEN CCreate a chart to figure out how many gallons you need to get the truck back to the gas level when you got into it. Like how many gallons does it take for a quarter of a tank of whatever vehicle your renting. I've put it more gas than was needed each time I've rented and a chart to guesstimate better without wasting my money.

ARNULFO LNo charge 3 gallons of gas to a customer who used the vehicle for 7 miles. Go fuck yourself. Needle didn’t move.
EDDYE MThe customer service was terrible (the big black guy's personal odor deathly). The inside of the passenger area was clean enough but I kept smelling the big black guy's odor. When I got home and opened the inside of the U-Haul, it smelled like something died - turned out, there was shit all of the dolly and the floor of the Uhaul - I had to clean it up but the smelled continued to lingered. TERRIBLE!
Francis PI was frustrated to learn when I arrived that I needed to purchase an adapter for my car electrical to match the trailer. This is information that should be provided when renting a trailer so that the customer can arrive prepared instead of being forced to purchase something at equipment pick up.

EMILIO RReduce the cost for a one-way trailer rental - over $2,000 for a 1,400 mile rental (Santa Ana CA to San Antonio TX) is extortionate. The vehicle towing the trailer (a 2023 Explorer) only cost $600.

OSVALDO HI was charged for an extra 70 miles that I did not drive. Called a customer service representative and she said she “couldn’t help me because the amount was over her limit.” Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a manager to follow up while my money is held up over an error I didn’t cause. Completely unacceptable!

PETER RThe gas in the tank was not upto the mark as was mentioned in the contract, contract said it will be 3/4 full but it was only 1/2 tank full { I have the picture proof for this } also the truck was ill maintained, when i tried to refuel ther was a leak in tank and all the gas from nozzle fell on ground { gas station CCVT must have captured it} when i tried telling this to the operator on site he was neglegent and said to come back again when the manager would be around which made zero sense cause if the store is open isnt it mandatory for the manager to be present ? I gave a visit to the store next day at around 6.30 PM store closing time is 7:00PM still the manager was absent, also for driving 25 miles and considering I wasnt able to refuel due to leak, I was charged for 6 gallon fuel {which states that the 10' truck has an economy of 4 miles per gallon} this is absolutely bizzare, I either need my refund or an official action on this. I am gonna try and waste my time again tomorrow morning just to catch manager and talk to. Pathetic service totally disappointed. I have all the pictures and proof for my claims. Thank you

LAWRENCE AUpon return, I was there at 0650 knowing the store opened at 0700. There were two other customers outside waiting. By 0720 and no employees showed up for work, I decided to contact the 1-800 number and received assistance from the representative to officially return the trailer. Someone needs to have a talk with the employee(s) that are supposed to report to work on time.

There were times when I'd arrive and the door to the lockers was wide open, due to some system glitch where the cards weren't scanning. As soon as I found another place to rent from, I took it. Terrible service, terrible location.

Although the facility is well lit, It is helpful to bring your own flashlight or lantern to use within your actual unit because it is very dark inside, especially if it is full. The only light you would have comes into your unit from the hallway directly outside your door. I appreciate it knowing there were security cameras monitoring within the facility that you could see on a screen upon entry at the side door. I was very happy when I needed an extra hand the employee working helped me just before office closing time!
