I don't like the fact that the vehicle was not full of gas when picked up. When I go to fill it back up and try to get it to the exact mark I go over by $5. This does not leave me with a great experience.

The tailer had a problem with the latch causing the slide-up door to get stuck open. I had to teach inside to free it up which was dangerous to my hand and fingers. However, the trailer drove nicely.

rented on 1 Apr for a 2 day rental rented at noon on 1 Apr and returned back to them on 2 Apr about 1030am. There were no accidents, no damages noted while we had vehicle. On 4 Apr I rented another uhaul to find out that the uhaul we rented on 1 Apr never was charged and I was held up from renting on 4 Apr in another location. Credit card was given when we rented vehicle. Vehicle was turned in with no anotatation of any damage. Today, 27 Apr I receive a notice for $290. for damage claim and not even an explanation of any damage noted.

Standardize the rates. I paid twice as much for 24 hours 10 ft truck as I did for 3 days 22 ft truck. The excuses I was given were bogus. The woman we called about lost keys was very professional. She went to look for the keys (we were 80 miles away). The others we talked to said come back and look for ourselves.

The gas mark at the increment of 1/8 is very subjective. I returned the van based on "how many miles before empty" correctly and even more than original but still be charged $9 which, to me, is very subjective and unfair.

Only negative was the front office was not staffed when I arrived but I walked around the side of the building and was immediately assisted. You staff was able to help me get the taller trailer I needed even though I reserved a shorter one because I didn't realize the difference when I reserved it. He was also able to make the taller trailer happen for me even with a tight schedule for it the day I was to drop it off. Thanks again for an affordable easy rental!

Hello, People in the UHaul stores are generally great and the were great again at the Fairview/garden grove location this time. The call center is worthless. At about 11:00 am I Called the Tustin store direct, unknown and Unidentified to me that the store was busy and it rolled to the UHaul call center, so I was not talking to store personnel. I made my arraignments for a 7:00am pu of a trailer. At 1:37 I Got a veryfying email for Tustin location indications everything I needed. At 6:37pm I get a new verification email indicating a 4 hour later pick up at a different location. It was Frustrating and showed a failing rental system. (The failing uhaul company, very bad) (to use a pres. trump like comment. Store was great, call center sucked!!

!DO NOT! PUT A HOLD ON A CUSTOMERS CARD WITHOUT FIRST NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER. SECONDLY, WHY WAS THERE A HOLD IN THE FIRST PLACE? UNACCEPTABLE. NOW I AM REQUIRED TO WAIT AN UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF DAYS FOR MY REFUND. HAD I BEEN IN A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE MADE SURE EACH DAY WAS A STRUGGLE UNTIL I RECEIVED BACK WHAT WASNT SUPPOSE TO BE TAKEN.
