I request my time pick up U-hall is 3:00 PM. I repeat 2 times. Some how they record 8:00 AM. After that, manager changed to 12:00PM. He didn't call me when he changed time. This is bad services. I had to rent the sort U-hall.

Begin by making sure before you rent out any truck or trailer that all lights work and broken bulb and lenses are replace and working. I rented a trailer that had a brake light burned out and a side marker light lense and bulb broken. I wasn't very happy as I almost got rear ended several times and almost got a ticket by CHP. Please from now on make good on making changes before you rent out and once equipment is returned and do inspection repairs.

next time you guys should keep your words, i put in a reservations 2 weeks in advanced at the anaheim location and when i came to pick up for my reservation the truck wasn't there. You guys told me you would give me a $50 refund, i never got it. Not only that but you guys told me you guys would give a call when the first truck was available and i didnt get a call till almost 5pm on a saturday, my whole day was ruined especially i've planned moving everything saturday. Not on top of that i had to go around and went to this location at fairview and i was able to get a truck, why did you guys try to find me another truck at a different location?! TERRIBLE customer service

1) A parked car was partially blocking the driveway. This became an obstacle when backing up the trailer. 2) Provide clear guidance on where to drop off trailers. I backed the trailer into a parking spot near some other trailers only to find out that they wanted the trailer on the opposite side of the building. 3) Provide a receipt or some other documentation that the trailer was dropped off in acceptable condition. I had nothing from the facility to show that I had actually dropped off the trailer until I received an email from Uhaul.

Customer service stunk.. Employees definitely lacked the common courtesy.Considering they're working behind a counter knowing people are in their facility for some type of service or purchase..personnel had no interest in greeting or making some type of positive impression..

I am extremely unhappy.....When I rented the truck he asked if I needed a dolly and I said no and he took it off the truck. When we returned the truck the gentleman was busy and said he would email the invoice so we did not see what he charged. When I looked a couple hours (I usually don't even look) later there was a charge for a dolly (not possible as there wasn't one even on the truck) plus a charge for pads that we never used. The excess charges totaled $20 when we called to complain they were useless and said you have to wait 24 to 72 hours for someone to call you back that has the ability to credit the account Plus she said I have rented the dolly in the past. I have rented a van or truck four times so far this year for business and never used a dolly or pads...Now I am worried you have been adding to my bill all along and I haven't been looking at the receipt because you are emailing them. If there is in fact other times you have charged me I am requesting a credit for that as well. We have our own dolly and have no need to rent yours if one is needed. Please email copies of all the rentals we have done so far this year....Two were in Lake Forest I believe, One in Tustin and this last one In Garden Grove. I don't have a problem with the people at the counter who are courteous and pleasant. Mistakes can happen but your corporate policy to email the receipts rather then hand them to customer is very poor. Customers have no idea if the charge is incorrect and clearly your system to rectify the situation is ridiculous. What is the purpose of speaking to customer service or billing if they can't resolve simple errors on your part.

Employees were more concerned about their lunch break and their attitude toward getting my rental ready seemed to be secondary to their lunch. Also had issues with them not having the correct wiring harness ready when Ai picked up the trailer.
