You had 1 guy working on a Sunday and a line of people waiting to get their rentals and drop off. No chance to discuss any potential late fee as I was not made aware of a certain time on Sunday to return the vehicle. Paperwork wasn't emailed to me until after I had left in the truck with the time it had to be returned.

Customer service was terrible truck was dirty and didn’t have dolly’s I ordered had to drive bk to the location to be told I had to be lied to tht I didn’t order them whn it in fact showed I did on my receipt, was then told I to buy them out or drive around and find a U-Haul tht had them that I cld use due to theirs being on back order ( thy didn’t even get up to look) The straps were broken on the car transport and I had to purchase my own. The truck was on E and I was told to just return it like tht . It was a nightmare and due to the poor service I missed my check in time where I was moving and the person helping me move. Which then made e me have to extend my rental and change it to one way. The system didn’t take prepaid cards but the same card I used to get the U-Haul in the first place smh.

770 Gray Hwy never picks up the phone and one day I went to the office for information and stood for 15 with no assistance. There was no one in the office but the door was open. Other than that, which is very important, my experience was good.

Location didn’t my U-Haul available at pickup time which was 9:00 A.M. I had to wait additional 30 minutes before I could leave.

Both locations were great! But, the original drop-off location (Northside Dr in Macon) was CLOSED. When I called the U Haul 1-800 number I was told the wait was 1.5 hours - totally unacceptable! We then starting calling every U Haul location in Macon GA and the people at Gray Highway, WHO WERE VERY NICE, said they would accept our truck. Problem was: 1) I was sitting outside on a hot afternoon calling every location in Macon, and I was paying by-the-mile... So, obviously the closet location to my home was desirable, but no, we had to drive across town to drop off our truck. Both U HAUL.com and the renting site (2 days earlier) said the Northside Drive location was open...

My experience wasn't what I Expect it. It was very Unorganized . The store manager needs to be trained and hospitality. And customer service The employee was more professional than the store manager. And my opinion the employee who name I can't remember should be the store manager but a Video was given to the Regional manager. My lock was changed on my Storage and nobody can tell me why because my bill wasn't due until the 18th and the store manager seem more upset about me complaining then finding out what happened. And if that wasn't enough she had the nerve to send me a bill. If possible I would like to speak with the President of the company. About my experience. Because I truly believe to continue to have that store manager employed would be a disservice to customers as well as the company.

There was rodent feces/droppings in my unit and a rodent box I never saw in the unit when I first moved in. I was expecting a credit for time not being used but I didn’t see any. I only see a zero balance. The move out receipt doesn’t show the last payment received.

Moved my son’s stuff out on the 14th of the month. Was unaware of policy that they don’t prorate your bill! So really uhaul is getting over on people! They got paid for whole month even tho I’m not using it. I moved out today. A new person can move in tomorrow and they get paid again! This is just terrible! If I knew of this policy, I would have never used this facility in the first place!! Not a happy camper today!

UNABLE has always been my go to truck rental company. However, my first hand observation of your staff being rude to the customer in front of me which then transferred to me. No customer service or people person skills at all. If he treats every single one of UHaul's customers in this fashion and he continues to remain employed?? I certainly will think twice before coming back there.

We've had this storage for a few yrs now and it fit our needs. The only thing i would say is they need to get a dumpster to keep it cleaner around there. The storage fees are high enough to cover the cost.

Even though I had the card key both times I arrived I had to have staff unlock the doors. So what’s the point of the card? The facility was poorly lit, not climate controlled, extremely hot that made moving harder than it should be And it was full of roaches which got into boxes that I brought home with me then had to fumigate my house. DISGUSTING This is not a facility I would use again or recommend.

My mom and I rented a truck from yal and a storage unit yesterday. We'll when my wife and I arrive today to unload the truck into our unti, we happened to notice someone else has rented it after us so the staff gave us another unit but it won't hold all our things cuz there is a pole in the middle of it attached from floor to ceiling so now we have to get rid of half our things cuz of it. My mom is very upset right now.

Need later hours in the evenings to access units due to people work until 6:00 pm and can’t access units after 7:00 pm. Facility also never had the sliding doors open/unlocked a majority of my visits and made it difficult to get items in and out of storage. Thought it was unfair with prices being hiked during this high rise in inflation and individuals struggling to make ends meet.

Not climate controlled as every time we went in it was very hot and humid, we did see cockroaches upon three occasions. I could see the sidewalk outside from inside our storage unit. Two of three doors to storage unit building were inoperable, we needed to go to the office building to ask for the automatic doors to be opened more than once. Staff is not friendly, they need better attitudes and more staff.

I made my reservations and it stated that I didn’t have to pay for the storage. When I get there to put my things in storage, I was told that I needed $74 more money. I had to find somewhere to put my furniture. Then I had to borrow the money to get the storage. I have been charged for the gas to put back in the truck. It was a big mess going back and forth. Worst experience ever!!!!
