My experience wasn't what I Expect it. It was very Unorganized . The store manager needs to be trained and hospitality. And customer service The employee was more professional than the store manager. And my opinion the employee who name I can't remember should be the store manager but a Video was given to the Regional manager. My lock was changed on my Storage and nobody can tell me why because my bill wasn't due until the 18th and the store manager seem more upset about me complaining then finding out what happened. And if that wasn't enough she had the nerve to send me a bill. If possible I would like to speak with the President of the company. About my experience. Because I truly believe to continue to have that store manager employed would be a disservice to customers as well as the company.

ANNIE SDO NOT SEND A CUSTOMER TO THE U-HAUL LOCATION ON VINEVILLE AVENUE!!! IT IS HORRIBLE, THE U-HAUL EQUIPMENT WAS IN THE BACK OF THE LOT, I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT I HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS.! THE EQUIPMENT WAS UNUSUABLE. LIGHTS WERE HANGING OUT AND THE TOW BAR WAS BROKEN, THE FRONT OF THE STORE HAD CAR PARTS , BUMPER , FENDERS ETC AND ;USED CARS SCATTERED EVERYWHERE, IT WAS NOT EVEN A SAFE AREA TO WALK IN! THE LADY THAT FINALLY CAME OUT WAS OF LITTLE HELP AND AFTER SHE TOLD US SHE COULD NOT RENT THE EQUIPMENT, SHE SAID YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND SOME WHERE ELSE TO RENT. THEN SHE WALKED OFF!!!! I INITIALLY RESERVED THE EQUIPMENT NON GRAY HWY , BUT HAD TO PICK IT UP AT VINEVILLE. I RETURNED TO THE GRAY HWY STORE AND WAS GRACIOUSLY HELPED TO FIND A SUBSTITUE,. I HAD A FLAT TIRE THE NEXT DAY AND THE REPAIR SERVICE CAME OUT .PROMPTLY , WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. HE DID AND EXCELLENT JOB!!! RETURNING THE TRUCK WAS EASY AND THE SERVICE ATTENDANT WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL!!

ANGELA SOur reserved truck was not available. Call the Uhall representative and given a new location here. Went there to pick up the truck and the reserved hand truck and tarps. The manager was not happy we were there. Was not accommodating especially when I mentioned the hand truck and tarps. “I don’t have any those”. She told me I had to call U-Haul but I’m right in a U-Haul store! Very unpleasant and not my problem that the reserved truck did come back on time but in her eyes I was an inconvenience. So no, I would recommend that store or U-Haul again.
Dean KReservation, pick up, and return were easy. Trailer pulled well with no problems. I liked the fold down ramp door which made loading very easy. The size of the trailer met my needs and gave me a little extra room.

LINDA HI had ordered a dolly to be included with the 15 ft truck rental. When I got there to pick up the truck I was told there wasn't a dolly available though I had ordered one.Was told dollies couldn't be promised. First I heard of that. Why couldn't I be made aware of that and notified in advance since I ordered it in advance? Pretty hard to move a refrigerated without one. What was worst I was told there were dollies in other trucks that were being picked up that day but I couldn't get one of those because they were already in the trucks. I had made my reservation over a week in advance. Second time in 3 month I didn't get what I had placed an order for.
LYNN LMoved my son’s stuff out on the 14th of the month. Was unaware of policy that they don’t prorate your bill! So really uhaul is getting over on people! They got paid for whole month even tho I’m not using it. I moved out today. A new person can move in tomorrow and they get paid again! This is just terrible! If I knew of this policy, I would have never used this facility in the first place!! Not a happy camper today!

I spoke with several people and there were no trucks in my area. I was sent all the way across town for a 26 in truck which I didn’t need. I only had two rooms! So unprofessional! Will never use UHAUL again!
