Ownere / Operator Lakeza ... not sure of name (sorry) was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Very good customer service.... Truck and trailer return went very smooth. Would have rented a storage unit if configuration was more user-friendly. Having to use rolling stairs and load at a right angle in tight space makes upper level storage of furniture impossible.

The two gentleman were very couteous and knowledgeable the regular hookup for lights did not work. So the technician, Tamarcus Hill, was able to wire from each of the back lights. He is smart and knows what he is doing. Price was fair for the time he spent. very pleased with the service

My husband and i walked in, guy did not greet us. When I told him I came to return a truck he told us the guy outside could take it. This confused me because the guy out side was washing trucks and the guy at the counter was not doing anything. He then said never mind I can actually take it. He went to check the truck came back in did not say anything, put my receipt on the counter and said you're all set. and that was it.

Uhaul is not as reputable as I thought. With all of it’s revenue in all of these years, I am in total disbelief in the fact that the operation as a whole is as poorly structured as it is. Not only did I rent a truck for moving items, but I also rented a storage unit from that same location. I checked out of the unit on December 11, 2017 and was advised that I would it receive the unused portion of the amount paid through January 4, 2018. I was appalled!! I even spoke with the so called “area” manager and all I can say is customer service or satisfaction means nothing to him or the untrained, unprofessional, lackluster, lacking knowledge individual that is in the role of “general manager.” Never will I refer anyone to or use Uhaul again. I will definitely make this known to all.

The heater for the truck I was rented did not work. The day I used the truck was particularly cold and it would have been nice to have had heat in the truck.

I would not recommend Food Mart on Zebulon Road due to poor customer service from an employee. Tricia was good but the other employee was not. She was Not friendly nor helpful. Uhaul employees over the phone were very helpful.

To improve your contact services. I have tried to contact the 770 Gray Hwy., Macon, GA Office three times via email and telephone and got no response. I was charged a fee of $335.68 for a 132 mi. roundtrip, to include the cost of a damage window I didn't damage. The truck was not checked by me or the person who rented the truck to me when I picked it up. I only transported a mattress, in which we only used the back door to put it in and take out. According to my bill, the damaged done was the window on the side of the truck. I only had the truck for approximately 3.5 hrs.(give or take a few minutes). I rented it at 3:36 PM and returned it at 7:05 PM. No one has contacted me to inquire or discuss the damage or the bill. This is wrong. I know that I did not break the window. If I had, I would be glad to pay for it. When I called I was calling to inform them that I had forgot to put gas I had used back into the truck and to inquire about how much more would it be. And to my surprise, when I receive my receipt via email, a charge of $335.68. Something is truly wrong with this transaction. Please look into this matter and give me a call, email, or something, Thank you!!!!

The trailer was ok, but the hitch seemed to have a problem. I made the trip just fine, but when i was re-hitching the trailer it would never seed. This may need to be looked at.

1 employee up front had to handle customers, need more help, 30 min. Wait time. All info was done via internet for faster service, but i still wasted 30 to 40 mins @ the facility

The clerks there were very rude, they had to finish there personal conversation before they would speak to me. I stop in front of them on the floor and said hi to them. When they decided to help me she never looked at me at all answer in of my question like she was a robot and the manager sat there taping her nails on the counter.
