They were late at least 30 minutes late. It was so inconvenient for me. I had to go all the way to Los Angeles on a one-way trip and then I miss my timing for my storage. It was all bad with them. I don’t recommend them to anybody. At least not this Location

The gentlemen at the desk was friendly and helpful and gave me all the info i needed, including for extending time and if i need to do it on the app etc. It would be better if you guys purchased more dollies so they can be available for people. there was a lot of trucks available at the location, it was a week day and no furniture or utility dollies available

The original truck I was scheduled to pick up did not start when I was given the key. It was also suppose to come with a hand truck which I paid $12 for, and never received. I was given a different truck, got home and the hand truck was not included. I had went back to the location later in the day to get it because I really need that hand truck to help me move efficiently, and the guy at the desk said they didn’t have any. He said “we only have appliances dolly.” So I asked him if the original truck would have the dolly since it was still there in the lot and if he could check, without even going outside he said “there’s no hand truck in there.” He didn’t ask for my name or reservation number or anything. He did not offer me the appliance dolly either which I feel he should have since I had paid for the other dolly but never got it. It was overall very inconvenient and from the way he acted it sounds like I wouldn’t have gotten the dolly to begin with since he claimed it wasn’t in there. Also your phone numbers listed online and on the maps app does not reflect the correct locations.

They extended my hours for me which really helped because I put myself for less hours needed and then I had to call and they told me you’re already extended until this time that made my day.

Better communication from desk rep. I wasn’t told that there would be a $1.09 charge per mile after stated destination miles were reached. He said it would be $82. I was astounded at the price. It was a small 10 foot truck with a huge $19.99 painted on it. Nothing was explained to me so I thought the $82 included the rental for 24 hours and period. I paid $150 for the item being picked up and $140 for the truck rental due to lack of communication from your employee. I’m very upset and I think you should return the difference of $68. I own a car, had I been told about the mileage I would have gone shopping in my car the next day. I won’t be recommending your business to anyone. Quite the contrary unless you compensate me for your lack of explanation.

The windshield had writing on the driver’s side and wasn’t clean. The feature of submitting pictures of the trucks condition was quite glitchy and frustrating.

The first thing you should do is give the guy that's running the show a raise I've been there 3 times in 5 years and that guy working there is a tiger.you don't find guys like him to often .so I think to hat place is awesome but for only 1 reason and that's because of the hard worker you have working there doing everything.. I don't know him but let say this give him a raise .he made my day a hole lot better because of his great customer service. Thank you u haul.ricardo falcon

Noah is amazing manager, human being and a team player at this uhaul storage facility. I have been a loyal customer for the last 3 years and i will out it this way: i never ever had a problem and Noah did not solve it in spot. Highest respect for your team at holt ave, pomona. For the corporate reading this feedback: if I was your competitor, I would hire Noah at any cost. Thumbs up!

Yes this site was amazing the Service was excellent and very quick. I did have an issue at the U-Haul on Towne Ave in Pomona. When I arrived the veh was no available and they did not have any trucks the size I needed So I had to go way over to Holt where they took care of me quickly . 🤩

Running/Marker (orange) lights need to be replace. One was broken and one was not working. Both on the drivers side. I explained I was going to be driving at night.

The people that helped with the pick up and drop off were excellent. The equipment was shabby. lights needed to be replaced and overall feel of it was not good.

First truck I was given was so filthy I could barely see thru the windshield. I took pics, then asked them to clean it please. Also, the odometer read “0 miles to empty” and would not give mileage until gas put in. Took pics of that too. They had to give me a new truck, equally filthy, and with 1/8 of a tank of gas. I returned it at 3/4 tank. Tried 2 locations but neither had the refrigerator truck to move my large furniture so I had to spend another $420 to hire professional movers for that. I have moved 28 times in my life. I don’t think I’ll ever use U-Haul again. I’ve never had an experience like this with a supposed “professional” business.

The area is not too great. Never really had an issue till moving out when I walked up on 3 females in front of my unit smoking crack openly.

Having to carry my stuff upstairs with a door that shuts on me. And the fact the other clients had dogs out and it was just trashy and gross.

Had to take my stuff out immediately, people using units as housing . On multiple occasions I couldn't get to my storage due to not being able to walk through, people have trash all over the place.Bad odor

We appreciate the staff here very much. Storing our daughters entire college apartment for what we originally thought would be a few months and turned into a year and a half due to Covid. Didn't worry at all about the security of our items and any questions or concerns we had during that time were addressed quickly and in a professional manner. We also rented a truck from this location and again, the staff is excellent!

The location in Pomona on Holt and Dudley was the location I used. Every single person that worked there was helpful and friendly and extremely professional I used uhaul services to move from Pomona to Rancho and I’ll just say their professionalism eased my anxiety 100% and the manager is great ! He deserves. A raise well all the employees there do !
