I rented the unit on 5/16/25. I was within the time frame and I still got charged another month. Please reimburse my extra month charged. Thank you.

Linda S | First ImpressionsDisappointed that I moved out and had to pay the full rate of 89$ plus that doesn’t make sense because it’s prorated so I paid for a month I’m not even using. And that is very expensive for that size unit. I only liked the initial sign u deal that came with the truck rental I should have got my stuff out in that 30 days!!
