I was supposed to pickup this truck in Ontario and wasn't told until I was almost there that they didn't have the truck and they would have one for me in Pomona. This cost me valuable time in the middle of traffic to have to go to another location plus I had to pay for extra millage since it was farther away. Also the insurance coverage wasn't explained that it was $28 a day I was just told it would be $28 so I assumed it was for all the days I was using the truck but when I came back and asked about the extra charge I was told it was per day, not explained as well as it should have been. I was also told in 5 days I would receive a $50 deduction because I had to go to another location but no email was ever sent to confirm this was ever going to happen.

Did not get the truck I reserved. Did my check in over the web page and was garentee to be in and out just needed my phone. This was not true as I was there in the office for 45 minutes redoing all my info and credit card information. Truck was full of trash in the back. We had to sweep it out before we could even use it. I bet if I would have left it that way I would have been charged $25 for cleaning fee. I have used Uhaul in the last year 5 times and this was the worst. Need to start thinking about using someone else.

When I first made the reservation I was scheduled to pick up the truck at the location in Pomona on County Rd and when I got there the truck wasn’t there. The lady in the front kept complaining and all she told me was that she should’ve checked to make sure she had a truck before she booked my pick up. I then had to go completely out of my way to a different location. The lady not once apologized. So I basically lost an hour of my moving day because the organization was very poor.

There was only one clerk and lots of customers. The hygiene of the clerk was very poor but he was nice and tried hard considering he was doing everything himself

Only one person at this location, it took about 30 minutes, I had 2 other customer in front of me. But the attendant was very nice went he was helping me.

Help your manager out with some staff !!. She was single handedly running the place this morning, cleaning trucks, serving me and taking care of everything, and still gave me the best service I've EVER had at any U-Haul depot. If I had a job for her I'd steal her away from you in a minute. awesome !!.

Checking in to get a reserved vehicle took forever because of the slow computer servers, we had to switch to our own smart phone to complete the check in process. At return, it was the same way, and finally I asked the two agents who were attending other customers if I can just drop off the vehicle, and I was told I could. Why didn't one of them say to me when I got there, knowing there's a long wait, if I would prefer to just drop off the truck? It was inefficient at best.



No improvements needed! A special thanks to Denise for her special care and attention in getting us we needed at the last minute. She was very professional, calm and positive. Made our wait time and the process extremely easy. We would whole heartedly recommend this location for any of your moving needs. Thanks again Denise!



Truck needed a wash and because i went over a couple hours (26) they charged me another day $1995 . They didn't say it had to be in buy a certain time they told me have it in by tomarrow. Also the woman there is a rude snobby little bitch who judge's a book by its cover

Only one person working the counter when I went to return the trailer, I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for the employee to finish with the other customer! She didn't even acknowledge my presence the entire time. Service was extremely slow and subpar.
