ANDELMO NThe staff was rude and failed to communicate upon my return. I sat in the truck waiting and could see through the window that they knew I was there, but they just continued their conversation then finally the manager came out, but did not speak a word to me she just stood there so I got out of the truck and asked if there was anything I needed to do and she responded very short, no you’re good. The problem I have with this is that when you pull up to return the truck the sign says during business hours please wait here And a representative will be with you. It doesn’t hurt to smile and to welcome your customers back upon our return as we have just paid a good price to use your equipment. In addition, I ordered a utility dolly only to find out when I arrived that they have no utility dollies available. In fact, they had no dollies of any kind available. I was told that it’s because people don’t return the dollies. I don’t know what kind of moving truck business can operate without providing the option of dollies.
DARREL ADolly ended up being broken/damaged and did not operate properly. I didn't notice until I had a vehicle loaded on to it. Had to find help elsewhere to do what I needed to do.

EDWARD BBad! Reservation is extremely frustrating and after waiting for almost one hour in the location that I reserved, they came and told me that they don’t have the truck and I had to go 20 minutes down in the traffic to pick up another truck. My whole schedule ruined.

Melissa MThe staff was very rude. I parked the truck in the wrong spot and one of the employees was moving another truck and pulled up in front of my rental. He started honking his horn repeatedly at me. He never got out to talk to me, and just started aggressive honking and used hand signals. I also called back to the same location later because I was charged a missing/damage fee and I was very confused on why. I was told I would get a call back once the person who checked me in was consulted about the charges, but I have still not had a call back about these charges.

JUAN RI was charged for a hand truck dolly that was never provided to me even though I had made the reservation two weeks in advance. The employee informed me they would remove the hand truck from my charges when I picked up the moving truck, and did not offer me any alternative solutions. I had to drive 30 mins away to find a hand truck to rent last minute. When I returned the moving truck I informed the same employee that I had to get the hand truck from another location and the same employee verified again that they would remove the original hand truck charge from my rental truck reservation/charge. The employee never removed the charge, I was charged for two hand trucks, and had to go excessively out of my way when I had pre planned to make up for uhauls error. Won’t be using uhaul again or recommending this location to any friends.

STEPHANIE MThe sales lady at the Fort Worth store was so helpful and courteous. We arrived right at 7:00 and she was open and friendly. She had us checked in and loaded up with the trailer by 7:15. She also helped with a couple trailer accessories that we needed as well. Couldn’t have asked for better service from her.
MICHAEL BThe first truck had cigarette ashes on the dash and smelled like smoke. I got another truck. There was a plastic bag where the gas cap should have been. Told the salesperson, he said it was okay to drive the truck like that. I took it because there were no other trucks. A plastic bag used as gas cap is fire hazard!!!!!

REVELL HFast easy pick up. Equipment was ready and associate hooked it up to my truck. I forgot my plug adapter(7 to 4) and they had one on hand for me to purchase. Good experience, would recommend.

CELESTINA SI was able to easily go online to rent a truck, the experience was extremely intuitive. Upon check-in to the facility, it took about 5 minutes to complete my registration, and I was off. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. When I had completed my tasks, I dropped the truck off at the facility about 5 minutes before close and the staff greeted me happily and I returned the truck without any concerns. Overall, I will be back and highly recommend using your services to others.
Frank PThe staff was nice, but the facility was poor. It improved once there was a change in management, but half of my belongings were ruined and had to be thrown away. There was leakage from the roof and it leaked a black oil like substance and my furniture, clothing and an expensive painting. The substance was leaking all down the door of the storage space as well. The crickets were excessive! They were dead and all over my belongings as well each time I did a routine check or to retrieve something. I’ve used UHaul storage a lot but this one was by far the worse! Once again the staff was nice, but the facility not so much.

MICHAEL RWe picked up our trailer on Sunday, October 27 at approximately 2:30 pm and verified with the attendant in the store that drop off was 730 which she acknowledged. When we arrived to drop off the trailer that same evening October 28 at approximately 6 pm the store was closed and the gate to Confidently secure the trailer was locked. So, we called Customer Service and all they said was as long as you followed the app instructions you are good which is exactly what we did however, we did not feel comfortable leaving the trailer in the parking lot unobstructed without being secured behind a locked fence we took videos and pictures of our drop off And follow instructions. However, we feel as though the girl that attended us in the facility should have reminded us that they will be closed at 5 pm and given as explicit instructions so that we would have felt more comfortable. My storage unit was not well at all it so happened that 2week while my belongings were in there it happened tostormed like crazy . All of my boxes and clothing got soaked. The manger helped me with a tarp so I could cover my flat screen. And also offered me a bigger unit to move my stuff. But I couldn’t move it all myself unfortunately. But they definitely need to run some sealer on those units. Other than that, loved the staff they were very nice.

Insurance company was fine but the flooding was very preventable if I could’ve been told that there was a leak (staff was very aware there was leaking) and I lost over $2000 worth of items due to the flooding. Was told I would have to move my stuff out. Nobody offered to help me get a different unit or waive rent so I was charged for 2 months of rent while my unit was gathering mold with no instructions. Terrible.
