Noel the General Manager was useless and had zero support in this reservation. I made our order # 75521127 and going from 30338 to 31322 with a discounted from retuning to Stars & Stripes 515 W 31st savannah 31415 = $288.32 please review the original conformation order to see what I am saying. Then I got a call from U-Haul saying the 20' truck had to be picked up from new location 4 miles further than my original pick-up location in Peachtree Corners. He added 20miles to = 337 miles for us. When I got to 5365 Jimmy Carter Blvd, he said we had to pay $353 due to the change (which was Uhaul request NOT mine). Noel was an asshole about this and i had to take the truck bc of our move was happening that day. I should have ONLY been charged my original $288.32 (tax 16.32 extra coverage 45 and by retuning truck to stars and stripes was discounted to 222. = 288.32. I also did the same a few week before see order # 73162225 and paid $272. I simply repeated the same route and discounts. I should receive the diff between $353 - $288 = $65 in credits due ME. 770.225.2666 call be to discuss.

AARON EHire better personnel. Foreigners who just want you to sign and get out their face does not help. We didn’t go over the contract at all, I paid, was given a key and told to sign. Only new policy we went over was that I had to purchase insurance due to the fact I dont have a vehicle and insurance of my own. Once it was established that I was paying the extra insurance it was pretty much pay, sign, and go. This poor service cause a 200 dollar charge to my account. The guy could’ve simply said it was to be returned to the original site, instead of having me under the impression it could be dropped anywhere. I only used the U-haul for 2 hrs, if that, and this cost me a total of 278 dollars, really hurt my pockets, I live in a hotel and now I may not be able to pay for the week due to this situation. Never thought getting a U-Haul, could put me in a position where me and my family are possibly homeless.
LEROY EThe receiving agent is the best! Everytime I come she gives excellent customer service. I asked her name but I forgot it! Please check my paperwork because she really needs to be recognized for what she does. She multi -tasked with a smile and got me out of there in record time! Thanks for making my experience a great one!

Hicham EI would like to add, that I continue to experience difficulties accessing your equipment return link. Once I begin, after my contract is located and I take the 1st picture of the milage and fuel readings. I ok the picture, then the website crashes and returns me back the original home schedule of equipment return page. I do the the process a few times and the same thing occurs. this has been occurring more recently when I return the equipment. It appears the website has many issues when attempting to return equipment or when attempting to checkout equipment with taking a self picture and of driver's license. Continues to give the same error code. Becoming more of a nuisance, bc it's continuing to happen versus it being a once or twice issue
DEMARCUS GThe truck should be fully prepped including the equipment and moving blankets placed in the truck. I had to haul 6 bundles of blankets in pouring rain to the truck as well as the equipment. I also had to find the truck in the lot instead of it being pulled up.
MICHAEL MThe trailer was covered in dry mud, which ended up all over my driveway. In looking at the contract, it clearly stated that the trailer was to be returned clean. Apparently the customer before us did not read it, nor did the employees clean it.

It was like they were irritated to serve the customers and 1 female associate blew her horn at me while she was backing up a uhaul truck even though I waited for her to align and when it was safe I drove by her to park my personal vehicle and when she came inside while I was being assisted called me out and said loudly and aggressively "watch how you come around the corner" and had a nasty attitude totally unacceptable I hope corporate reads this survey and reviews surveillance footage and addresses this employee

OMAR RAttendants should answer the phone and not leave it for the call center to answer. Witnessed two employees look at the phone while it was ringing, and they did not make an attempt to answer the phone which did not seem right. One of the employees was just sitting at the desk and walked off once the phone started ringing.

DAVID MFirst time was great. Would have been great if that was the experience the second time. 2nd time, we were overcharged for fuel. Charged for what seems to be 14 gallons of fuel ($63) when we only drove 16 miles total. Fuel gauge on original contract was wrong -- it showed 5/8 when it was actually 1/4. We had taken pictures of the dashboard before and after the trip. I went in person to the store to have it corrected and was told we should get a refund which never happened. The return receipt was done incorrectly. Called a few times to try to explain and the assistant manager thought we were trying to get a free rental and hung up on me. Filed a claim through corporate, told to wait 3 business days for the store management team, still no refund. Contacted corporate again, told to wait 48 hours from someone on the corporate side this time.

MICHAEL WI was charged for gas when I brought it back on the same amount I left. The truck was horrible due to mechanical issues. Once over 34 the truck jerked awfully.

SHAKEIDRA FThe door entry was not working appropriately. I had to open the automatic door with my hand. As I walked in, my existence was not acknowledged immediately and I was the only customer in the store. The coworkers were having a conversation. If a bell or some sort of chime is made to become aware of a customer's presence may be necessary. Those touches are important to customers when determining where to conduct business. Once I was acknowledged, Noel, the employee who assisted me was very helpful walking me through the process. Returning the truck was easy and quick.

Assumed it would be “returned” in system by employee but was charged for 2 days. Emailed to refund one day - no response received. Called 800 number- said would inform management - still no response. What do I need to do to resolve this? Return to the location to wait and speak to management in person? You asked for feedback. I am giving it and hoping for a resolution.
ELYSIA WClone the gentleman that assisted us. He had AMAZING customer service & took the time to make sure we knew how to hook up and unhook the trailer we rented. He also throughly went over after hours returns and he did it all while haveing the best demeanor at 830am on a Saturday morning.

JOAN HStop the fraudulent and deceptive business practices going on here! I let store management know they were advertising the wrong prices in store. They polled the advert off the floor. I attempted to contact the store manager asking him to honor the advertised price for 5 straight days, but he refused to even call me back. When I returned the rental items today (2/5/25), I was shocked to see that they put the wrong price display BACK OUT ON THE SALES FLOOR, knowing full well that it was wrong. When I again asked for a price adjustment, the Manager received photos of the lower price advertised, yet he still instructed his ASM to tell me that “the price increased.” He again didn’t call me back. This is ridiculous!
Kirsten SI would like to give them 5 stars, but on two occasions in the same week I was assisted by a person who, in my opinion, did not want to help me in a pleasant way with what I was looking for. I hope to find other good workers since they are the face of the company. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Thank you!!!

YACOUBA NThe location was friendly, but I was charged for mile that I didn’t use and I was promised by Kristie who check me out and checked mme in once I returned that she would put my acct on holly with no charge until she spoke with the general manager regarding the issues with being overcharged for miles. She stated that she would call me on Monday to give an update on what I would be charged. No call and I was charged for miles I didn’t use. Very disappointing of the services I received. I’ll never use this location again.

They even emailed on my behalf NO ANSWER. How can I have the opportunity to get my belongings when no one will contact me back?. I HAVE ZERO INFORMATION ON WHERE KY BELONGINGS ARE!!!! I have my ER and discharge lapsed even photos from the accident as well as the emails I’ve sent this location trying to pay the balance when I got out the hospital. I WILL BE FILLING A LAWSUIT

Appears to be vandalized. Then there was a lot of trash leftover from people by the door like moldy mattresses and coaxial cables, cabinet. Lastly the unit was “air conditioned” I had a small unit on second floor and quite a few of my things were moldy. I don’t expect to use this facility again due to too many inconsistencies.

The rep was told I need to fit living room furniture in the unit. when I got there they said my reservation was for a 4 foot storage unit which is basically a closet. Previously I made a reservation in Laurel, md. For july2nd. When I got there they said the truck was in Washington DC. I drove there only to be sent to the heart of Baltimore. I ended up driving to 5 different locations before getting the truck then another location for the car tow dolly. Then when I got to the drop off location after driving 750miles that was attached to my drop off/storage location, I was told that I didn’t have a reservation for storage and could not drop off cause they don’t take one way trucks. I showed them the information but they said they couldn’t find it. When I left and went to a public storage and signed the papers I got a call from someone saying they “found” my reservation and to come back. Public storage was already closed so I couldn’t get my money back. This was after paying $150 in additional cost for the public storage that I didn’t even want. After calling and speaking to several reps I was told the drop off location in my records was correct so I went back. The lady said, “I don’t take one way trucks and equipment but I need it so I’ll take it!” So because she needed it was the only reason she accepted it. Such a disappointment cause I’ve spent well over1,200$ in the last month with uhaul only to have my furniture and other items spread all over Atlanta because people can’t perform their jobs properly. To say I was inconvenienced would be a drastic understatement. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Movers never showed! Noel have away my U-Boxes without notifying me. He claimed to have called; not true. Had to hire movers to load my stuff into their storage units, unload them and then load into my new house; cost me $4,000 extra! The storage units had holes in them! My stuff was soaked, mildew filled & full of rat turd!! STAY AWAY FROM U- HAUL IN NORCROSS, GA!!! Considering a law suit.

So, the Manger, "Noel," from the Norcross location just gave my boxes away. No call, no warning at all!! He is an uncaring awful human being. I had to hustle to find same-day movers, which I did. But sine Noel gave away my boxes, I was screwed. Sherry Cox was amazing and was able to get us a storage unit. Sherry should be the manager!! ALL STAFF WAS GREAT accept for the Manager Noel! He was terrible.

I reside out of town and when I would come back in town to retrieve merchandise from my unit, I could not gain access because she constantly changed my access code on the gate without notice. It got pretty expensive to have to stay a extra night on three separate occasions when I was trying to gain access after store hours, and wasn't given a adequate reason why I access code was changed on so many occasions.
Francias C | Overall ExperienceYou have an employee Her name is Pondra, that was forcing me to buy insurance on the storage, when I had previously talked to 2 different people that didn’t mentioned anything about an insurance, she said I had to purchase insurance since I was getting the first month “free” for he storage and then she got upset because I asked to talk to her manager Noel Marin. Also the unit I had previously “reserved” #1020 was an occupied unit and we found out until we got there. Then I had to comeback to the office to let them know. They took a long time to find out what unit was available because I told them I had seen unit 1018 empty and I wanted that one, but they said it wasn’t available (an empty unit). They didn’t give me that one. Then I finally leave the office with a different unit # and they didn’t give a new gate code, so I got lock out outside the gate because my previous gate code didn’t work anymore after they changed my storage unit and the truck was inside already the storage area.... well, I had to comeback to the office AGAIN and everybody was gone so, I had to chase them down to get them to fix my situation. So once inside your employee Pondra was very upset because it was past 7 pm and they were still dealing with “ME” but she didn’t want to help me with anything, she totally ignored my previous request for help when I was inside the office. She pretended that didn’t see me and pretended to be busy, even when I tried talking to her she will answer “hold on” and disappear and stay outside talking with people. Finally they figured out what to do with the gate code and made me choose a new code number, so this time I asked Somarion to walk with me to the gate and make sure I had it right. And while I was dealing with this whole situation Pondra was rude to my son, she asked him to move from in front of her because he (my son) wasn’t supposed to “see her counting the money”... note: he was sitting on the customer area, just waiting for me to finish and she was inside the employee side and she had the decency to ask him to move from there and she told him “he wasn’t supposed” to see her with the money YES just like that. It was a very frustrating experience that took almost 2 long hours to complete and get right. I was really upset!!! You need better and trained customer service in there!!!

I had some trouble with access to my indoor storage unit the last time I was there and had to wait for someone to help...I was told I was the first one to access the indoor units that day so my code wasn't opening the doors and they had to be opened by a manager, seems odd for a facility that is supposed to have 24 hour access.

TEREASA W | Overall ExperienceI spent an hour on the phone being transferred to various departments to change drop off address. Per the general manager he couldn’t assist me with the phone call after he helped he was gone for the day. During what looked like a high traffic location at 11am. He could of been more helpful in the situation but he was rude. After dealing with him he left a bad taste in my mouth with Uhaul. I will use my free month with my UHAUL rental and move straight into a Public Storage. Units are “supposedly climate controlled” and dirty.
MARISOL N | First ImpressionsIt was the worse experience ever. Manager was not helpful at all. Took over 10 days to get refund. first truck didn't work, had to bring back and exchange. After making the people I hired wait over an hour which cost me more money. When I came again in two weeks store manager never answered any of my 6 calls Noel so I called another manager who helped me . My truck wasn't ready for my next rental and they said it would be 4 hours. Horrible time there Noel should learn how to treat customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone

curtis b | Overall ExperienceTamara Fox and her coworkers were so kind and went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle was damaged caused by the Uhaul pick-up location in Grapevine Tx. Grapevine location did not place the tire rubber stoppers on the auto transport (services I paid them for) and the bottom of my vehicle was cracked and dragging on the ground preventing me from driving. The Norcross location, was very nice and helpful. I can appreciate customer service experiences like this. I am grateful to them.
