Never came out to greet when arrived. Signs said wait for representative and Noone ever came outside. Didn't bother even wanting to help or assist with drop off and a set of eyes to assist with unloading car. Quick to say we don't do that and didn't even greet when entering store. Generally awkward trying to figure drop off procedure. Would not want to try to get help from these store employees. In the end finally got them to just let me know to leave key in truck and unload car with no help and go.Chris C.

I was just passed a key and told that my truck was 1 of the one's parked outside. I went back in to find out which truck was mine but no one was there to assist until someone I never seen before came in the door. Also, I didn't know that I got a text asking me to perform a walk around inspection prior to leaving the premises until I parked the truck at home. There was no dolly.
