Charles Lesperance, was very unprofessional during my visit to this location 9/27/16. I had left my personal belongings in one of the vans and returned it that morning. Not realizing what I had done until late that day I returned to this location the following morning and to my dismay I was not greeted at entering the store, when I spoke with Charles, his response was, "Why would you leave things in the truck, by the way we sold all of it." So my reply was, "so I don't have to pay the promise note for the extra miles huh?" Then he accused me via way of asking if I took the keys to the van I returned the day before. When asked if my items were in lost and found he supposedly went to the back and returned quickly with, "NO We don't have nothing." I came home pissed. My stuff was not saved nor any contact made to inform me of left items at this location upon returning a vehicle with items that would be classified as a unclean with no charge. Nooo, I had to get my mom to visit this location with me later that same morning to assist me and to my amazement we found some of my missing items in the dumpster. I AM COMPLETELY DISSAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE WITH THIS LOCATION.

I got there later than my reservation and they had given my trailer to someone else -- even though I had a reservation!!! Had to go to a different u-haul location several exits away for a trailer that was bigger than I needed because of it. The man at the front was apologetic and said it was policy but nothing in my order confirmation emails from u-haul said that was a possibility. This is the second time I've used u-haul recently and the second time there has been a problem with my reservation (the first time I reserved a trailer at a location that did not have any trailers and I had to go to a different location several exits away). NOT HAPPY.

everything was great,the truck was clean. there were not enough employees which resulted in a pretty good wait time for help when we were returning the truck, but the customer service made up for the wait. I will certainly use this location again

You can change up the staff and management at this location. I will say first that the two gentlemen working this afternoon were kind and competent, but the experience and service on Friday was terrible. It was so bad I will NEVER return to this location. It took five people to "help" me before the manager finally fixed the problem. Two of the men were friendly but we're playing too much, interupting service to joke around with each other, even after I told them how long my day had been and how many errands I still needed to run. The young woman was trying to make me pay the wrong rate and then request a refund. I told her I did not want to do that, and she said all rude "That's how it works." Sorry, but that is never how it "works". She kept trying to say that the rate was higher because if how many miles I estimated, and I kept pointing to her screen showing her the incorrect base rate, abd that tye mileage was a sepatate chage below the rate. She must have said the same thing four times. My rate was supposed to be $19.95, but it was showing up as $39.90. The manager finally fixed the problem when he could have the first time he came by, but instead he said to the person helping me out that he must have made a mistake somewhere and walked away. It turned out to be so simple I can't comprehend why it was so difficult. All they had to do was edit the base rate for the daily charge. Also, I didn't arrive until 3:30, but the guy changed my rental from noon to 3:00. I asked him why he wasn't putting the actual time, but he either wasn't paying attention to me or was ignoring the question. Today, they almost charged me for three days for returning it at 3:51 when I didn't leave until 3:45 two days before. The guy did the right thing though, and I appreciate that. I cannot believe how bad it was on Friday. I don't even know why I was sent there in the first place. I've got a Uhaul right around the corner with the nicest people running it. I'm not going to stop using Uhaul, but I refuse to go back to the location on Jimmy Carter Blvd. and will definitely warn people not to use that location. Thanks for listening. I'm not a nasty person who just likes to complain. They legitimately had some of the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered.

I recently moved from ATL to Minnesota. They have excellent customer service, everyone I dealt with was great, especially Chuck. We purchased boxes, rented 3 dollies, a tow trailer for our vehicle. I rented a 20ft Uhaul. They were so helpful with the whole process of attaching the tow to the Uhaul.

Customers should feel like they will be waited on in a timely fashion. As I entered the location I passed two employees who either were ignoring that I was there or didn't have a clue that I was the reason they get a paycheck.

Regardless of not having the correct contract information, the reps were kind and patient in locating my contract and closing out my rental. They even took responsibility for another Uhaul store (College Park-Washington Rd) mistake and waived any additional fees that could have incurred.

Better customer service, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company, and to top in off. I even tried to call your customer service center and got hang up on twice. One time she just transferred me to another department, my reservation had to be made twice, because your people seemly don't know there jobs and are in great need of training. Not to mention that I had to drive over a hour to pick up the rental and drop it off, with a location 2 miles up the street. What really got me, was the fact that all the head ache I went through, making reservations twice, all the phone calls, the poor Cx service, and etc. the kicker was after I picked up the rental, they kept calling to pickup rentals in other locations. So, don't expect no Cx service.
