I had to drop the truck off at 6pm Sunday evening after hours so no one was present. The uhaul reservation support told me there would not be an extra day charge if we returned it by 7pm. I received my receipt by email and fuel was charged along with an extra day. I learned not to trust uhaul.

My only complaint is the pickup location was changed from what I had chosen using the online reservation. This did add additional mileage, time and fuel cost.

Things i liked: - service were very fast - after returning car, as soon as i walked to the desk, my receipt was ready. that was amazing. - One of the hispanic gentleman was very nice. Mistakenly i had stuck the back door latch. He was very nice and showed me what i did wrong and he fixed it. I called that a great service. Things i didn't like:. -when i walked to the cashier i didn't feel a welcoming attitude from the service person. However, person did everything smoothly as she should. - when i was returning my truck, i was walking to the door, one gentleman driving a truck and pulled in front of the store, and shouting out loud from inside the truck and asking me to walk to him. I was confused b/c another customer was coming out from the store. I was thinking he was calling her to get her truck. Then after his few calls, i realized he was actually calling. That was very disrespectful. Someone sitting in another truck and bringing a truck for someone else and shouting at me to take the key back to the truck like a police man. His attitude was like I did something very wrong. Finally i realized and i went back to the truck and i found that Hispanic gentleman who was very nice and gave me a great customer service. Note: Normally i always go to 140 Rockbridge location for U-haul truck. this is one of the best location i have experienced of.

My disappointment was that I requested a cargo van which they said was at this location, when I arrived there weren't any because they all need to be fixed. So , I got a 10ft truck that was way more than I bargained for. I felt like I could have gotten cargo van from another location. I was dropped off.

The only reason I would go back to this location is if Deanna Allen was the one to handle all customers. Everyone else at this location is very unprofessional, rude, not willing to help, and just overall lazy. You are able to tell Deanna Allen cares about her job and they way customers feel, the only reason I would recommend this location to anyone would be due to her professionalism.

Ensure all staff have proper u haul systems training and that someone is responsible for watching out for customer returns so customers can follow posted instructions to wait with vehicle, instead of having to go in and look for an associate to help with the return. Other than that, everything else was great! Much better than my last experience with an alt location. :-)

Great group of employees! Not your typical uHaul experience. You could walk in having a bad day, by the time I walked out, I was smiling from ear to ear. Simply the best. too bad I don't remember names, but from the manager to all employees, just wonderful service.

Truly outstanding customer service. The gentleman with the dreads was my agent. He is an outstanding representative for uhaul. His compassion and Esprit de Corps are for all to emulate. I wish I had remembered his name, but I had so much going on with my Dad passing.

The truck had bugs all in it. The woman that pulled the truck forward for us, knew it had bugs because she clearly seen them and pointed them out. But did nothing. We would have gotten another truck but we reserved this one and you didn't have another one. I have used uhaul twice, I'm not sure if I'll use it again in the future.

Because I was scheduled the wrong truck and had to get 3 storage bins without any compensation, have always used Uhaul, however their customer service is horrible, if I need to ever move again I'll be using budget or enterprise.

First of all the person who was checking in the equipment was extremely rude, I needed my car removed from the hitch and hitch removed from the trailer, I had to walk inside and explain the rudeness of the first guy and request someone else who was very helpful, then I went and unloaded my truck at home , came back the next day to check in truck, and there was no one checking in trucks at all , employees standing around not doing anything, no acknowledgement from anyone, they are terrible

Help us easily find thw way in which we extend our rentals. It took a while to understand the current process after having to research and finding that it requires a phone call to your expected dropoff location prior to the due check-in time.

Had to wait in line forever, Truck was not very clean, The A/C didn't work at all in 100 degree heat. I called store and asked if they could discount my bill, and they said they would but never did.
