Easy into pickup point. No hassle paperwork. Pleasant staff. I was hooked to the correct 6x12 trailer,man carefully hooked up the coupler and all safeties. He asked if I had any questions and explained all features incl rear door latches. Very good service!

All was fine, but the customer service was poor. I came into the building and waited about 15 minutes and was not acknowledged at all. Granted the male employee was assisting someone else. I broke the air and asked if there was someone who assisted in reservation pickups. It was THEN that I was told that someone would be with me. Eye contact wasn't even made. I waited for about 20 additional minutes at this point. Once the gentleman came back to the counter, we ran thru everything and I got the truck, but not before feeling like I was actually a burden. I never mentioned the poor customer service and I maintained good energy because I understand when the workday is demanding. I will say this, I hope that gentleman has a better day.

i requested a call back to extend my rental and see how much it would be. A rude lady was on the phone rushing me said that a manager would call me back, no one called back I called again before closing and again she said I had to wait for the manager call back and again no call back was done. I turned in the truck and of course my card was charged without someone getting back to me. The check in was the only good part everything else was horrible.

The car hauler we rented had a bad stap. what should have taken 15 mins to load a car ended up being an hour and a half. We confronted the office about the issue and were told they would have to call a service tec to change the strap. We ended up doing it ourselves because the location was busy. Aside from the issues. The staff were very nice and the check out process was fairly quick

Being that I waited to the very last minute to decide on renting a truck. I thought it was going to be hecked. The young lady was assisting other people. Then she took care of me and it was a smooth transaction. Normally I expect places like that to have very nasty attitudes.

You can make the gas mileage more understandable to customer so they dont return a truck and have surprise gas fees cause the lines on the trunk do not match the lines on the form you provide

I would say have the workers at least address customers standing in line. When waiting for my receipt, the two men behind the counter laughed and joked for around 10 minutes with the man in front of me about him leaving his license. Finally I was acknowledged and the receipt was printed out. This was around 4 pm on 1/27/17. Other than that, everything else went smoothly.
