Troy, Joshua and team have been terrific. We are moving across country and they have been invaluable helping us with a temporary storage unit, getting pods placed and shipped, renting trucks and toy haulers and plenty of supplies. We cannot say enough about this facility and its team led by Troy! Would recommend U-Haul for anyone with moving, storage or packing needs and certainly this location.
STANLEY PIt seemed to be a little short staffed. There was no one in the store area when I got there since they were outside helping another customer. After I finally found someone to help me things went smoothly.
Tim PWe returned the truck and trailer the evening before it was due back since they were open until 7pm. Would have been nice to get a small return or discount on a rental unit. Thx

shannon gThere was an issue with new tires and tire pressure. We were reassured that everything would be fine. However, it was not and we ended up having an over 4 hour delay en route because of a leaking tire and related (very elaborate) repairs.

Daniel KThe gentleman who checked me in on Saturday morning (May 30) was outstanding in terms of his willingness to help and his friendliness, so please know my 3-star rating has nothing to do with him at all. He was 5 stars. Overall the rating was largely out of his hands, because when I got there at about 10:30 am, there were two people in front of me in line. Evidently your national computer system was down or not working well, and I kid you not, it took me one hour to get processed and into the truck I had reserved online earlier in the week. I felt bad for the attendant because he was constantly apologizing for the delay but there really wasn't much he could do evidently. Similarly, when I brought the truck back in the afternoon (about 4:30 pm) a different attendant was working, and when I got there, he was attending to a customer and was having trouble with an item the customer was trying to buy. As far as I could tell it was related to the inventory system and the system not recognizing it as valid so he couldn't get it to come up in order to sell it. Again, I kid you not, I stood there for 20 minutes before the attendant (and I'm NOT blaming him for the situation) was able to address me. He said he'd be with me as soon as possible, and I informed him that I was simply dropping off a truck and he told me to put the key on his desk and he'd process me so I didn't have to wait any longer. I appreciated that, but obviously waiting that long to simply turn in a truck was far from ideal from a customer service standpoint. Lastly, I was happy with the rate I received, and for the trouble in the morning, the attendant who checked me out gave me a discount on the mileage charge, so that was nice. However, one concern was afterward when I got the final bill, there was a surcharge for gas, and I was not made aware that I was responsible for filling the tank up. I wish that had been communicated with me prior to the check-out process.
Chad MEmployee who issued equipment did not enter correct mileage or fuel level into the system leading me to be over charged by $360. Currently working through being reimbursed.
Charles KManager fired an employee in front of me. For something the employee had no control over. This situation should have been taken care of behind a closed door. The employee fired was not treated fair. I will not be back to this location.

Ted HThe guys were all great, but the trailer had a wiring issue that took them 90 minutes to troubleshoot and fix. I've had to troubleshoot trailer wiring in the past, so I understand it's a pain, and I imagine that they couldn't just give me a different trailer because the logistics system wouldn't permit it. Fortunately, I wasn't on a tight schedule, but having to drive 45 miles to pick up a trailer and then it taking 2 hours to pick it up made for a much longer experience than I had originally planned for!

Roger FIt isn't technically open which i didn't realize which made the process have a few kinks but over all it went well. The mileage you pay for is a bit pricey but otherwise it was great

Ryan EWhat can I say... Growing pains. Put up a sign!!!! Van was excellent. No sign on the highway to the entrance. Kept going in circles trying to find the place at night to turn in. Troy was helpful after I figured out how to find the key vault. Appreciate his support. Ladies on the phone were helpful as much as they could with a new location. Key lock box behind building on a wooden scaffolding that was not lit at night with the wind howling and freezing temperatures with phone light was a fun time. I filled up the vehicle tank to where it was supposed to be but driving in circles at night trying to find the entrance was wasteful. Tell Troy thanks from Trey... U-Haul, a moving adventure....
