MARK HI rent 3 times a year for my business and love using Uhaul.however company policy of reserving a truck only means you can pickup your vehicle at designated time, as long as the person who has the truck before you brings it back on time. This has caused problems when I have a crew waiting to work and I have a time line to keep.

Jasmine RI had to find someone from inside sitting chatting with other coworkers to check me in. Would not work with me on the addition milage. Had brought back with more fuel than was required. 14 miles over the 57. $15 up charge.
STUART BThe top of the truck had holes in it, and rainwater leaked all over my belongings. There was standing water when I got to my storage unit. The bottom of the boxes were soaked and coming apart. My Large image printer was soaked and had to be unpacked and dried off. Total disaster.
CHASE HThis facility is clean and efficient, but the back of the 20' truck that I rented was dirty, and even had the previous user's rented dolly and furniture pads in it. That was not a big deal for me, as the staff removed those items and I was planning on sweeping out the bed of the truck anyway. I was just surprised to find the truck in that condition. But I will be back to this place for my future truck rental needs regardless.
Robert SThe customer service is not good. The first person that I ask they say they don’t have a truck for rental and I could ask and he said we don’t. I went online and I see they do have a cars for rental and I make the rent online I qualify the Customer Service no good.
NEFTALI SI was told not to worry about the gas then I look at my card and was charged 35.dollars.I filled the gas where it was given to me at, should of taken a picture. Don't have your employees say the gas is OK if you are going to turn around and charge...Top cab leaked

Carmen PI was very pleased with the professionalism of both the fellow behind the counter as well as the fellow handling drop-off. From him I learned that I can get my propane tank refilled, which I didn't know was a service.
WILLIAM SThe staff were pleasant and helpful. The windshield was snow covered, but was easily cleared with the wiper blades. When I returned the vehicle I waited at the return point for a few minutes before entering the store. The sign made it sound like someone would be out to meet me. When I entered the store the staff member didn’t say anything so I followed him back out to the vehicle. He assisted me and was pleasant when I spoke to him. But I wasn’t sure of the process to return the vehicle. A little more communication would be helpful.
JAMIE LNo one at the location at opening time as advertised, though I was able to drop trailer without assistance. It was extremely cold both at pickup and drop off location which made the experience unenjoyable to have to do everything myself.

CATHY JI simply rented a van explained when I came in I was paying in cash when making reservation and when I got back to return the van paying in cash said it to 3 employees and still made the payment to my credit card and the. Owner wouldn’t or wanted to return my fees after I stated they overdraft my card said I had to show a statement when it’s on my credit card statement . Talking about it will take a week that’s not proper customer service .
ZAINABA SThere was miscommunication between the facility and my storage container company. This created significant problems for my 78 yr old father and myself. Despite all of that, management and staff made it right. They executed customer service above and beyond expectations. They apologized sincerely and made all processes clear and easy thereafter. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage or moving needs in the Cleveland area. They will treat you respectfully and exceed your expectations wherever possible.

I completed the pre-check options before leaving the parking lot but overall, I like the idea. I’ve always had quality and exceptional service at this location.

TERRANCE MI reserved a truck and trailer. It took longer than expected to load the truck and I had to pick things up about an hour away. Due to time and logistics I had to pick up the car transport at a different location. It was nothing but a hassle. They refused to honor the package price and charged me over $400 for the transport. As you know you cannot always plan for changes during a move and the fact that they would not help was very frustrating during an already stressful time. I was transferred to 4 different people all who just pawned me off on someone else until I finally got to a very rude women who just told me no. I ended up dealing with the lady in Mansfield I got the transport from and she just said. Oh well nothing I can do. This is terrible policy and customer service!

Kelly PArrived at the location at 2pm when my scheduled pick up was. When my husband and I arrived no workers were at the counter. Three more customers came in waiting to return their trucks were looking all over the store for an employee, turned out the front desk clerk was in the bathroom for 20 min and didn't apologize for holding us up. I have never been treated with such disrespect and we didn't even get the right truck at first. Will not go back to uhal ever again!

GEORGE HPlease teach your employees about electronic payments online. I set up my payment in advance through klarna and your employee said I couldn't pay that way so I had to cancel my online payment and pay cash. He also mumbled the instructions under his breath so I had to ask him to speak up!

Make false promises they can be verified through email but don't follow through so u are backed into a corner where the only chouce u have is to abandon and they still bill you. Staff will steal from your unit. Gm won't play back cameras,staff rude, staff tell oth e staff business. If you call corporate they care less. I will also be sharing my review on Google with email conversations with Mark on Google. Make sure they know what ya did to a single disabled veteran with 3 disabled children. Sold our unit with our family photos and personal data for 30 bucks after the Gm lied Said he would help move before i left the state. Tool advantage after I started having heart issues. In the Bible it says vengeance is mine saidth the lord. God bless

None of the staff knew what they were doing besides the manager. I always felt watched and judged by the lower staff as well. Also my key card never worked so I had to get a code to even begin to access my storage unit.
