PHILIP MI would never go to any other Uhaul. Johanna has great customer service. She always takes the best care of me. She remembers my name and greets me with a smiling face whenever I’m there and both store and the trucks are always super clean! That’s been a sticking point for me with Uhaul for many years. And this is the only location that has really clean trucks that I’m not afraid to get into and touch things in.

JANUARY MI can’t think of much you can do to improve the customer service at this location! The manager Joanna goes above and beyond to help people with every single thing they could possibly need. She is always friendly and ready to help me.

RALPH DEvery time I go here there is chaos going on with clients, but guess who is there to happily assist each and every client? Joann is. Please give this women a raise. She deserves it. I can see how hard she works to make every possible situation as good as possible with her kind demeanor and easing smile. She goes out of her way each and every time even when clients are overreacting (I've witnessed it personally on at least 3 occasions). I'm certain she is the best employee Uhaul has ever had and there won't be another so cherish her because trying to fill her shoes is going to be near impossible. Keep her happy. Happy Joann, Happy Uhaul clients.
FERNANDO MThe guy at the counter giving me the keys to my rental was not very knowledgeable, did not go over the details of the rental, and I had to ask him to repeat most of what he said because he mumbled. He was not able to answer basic questions I had about the insurance coverages or rental fees. There was a girl at the counter also and she was much more helpful though. She explained the differences of the insurance coverage for the truck and help me find the truck in the parking lot. But they did not go over how many miles I would have with the truck and I ended up going a little over with 11 miles over which I was charged for. I felt this was unreasonable. I also only asked for 1/2 dozen moving blankets (6 blankets total) and there were at least 30 blankets no exaggeration. That took up space in the truck that we could have used for our belongings. No one checked the inside of the truck beforehand it seems.

I expected better and professional costumer service when I was in Lynnway location, but unfortunately I got disappointed and I felt not welcomed when I stepped in and even made fun of me when I asked if the vehicle registration is in the van, and more …... WAYNE GMy estimated payment was $86, but $116 was charged from my bank account. I returned the truck on time, and my mileage was cleared, so I believe there has been a mistake.

GRETCHEN M | First ImpressionsI had an appointment for 8 AM and they didn’t take my car back until 9:30. We didn’t end up leaving the location until 2pm that day because the mechanic took forever and didn’t know what he was doing. I would recommend getting a new mechanic.

ADIL SPlease add a clear tab or menu option to access self drop off instructions in the app. You told me to download the app to return my trailer, but when I did, I couldn’t find return instructions. I had to visit the website to return the trailer. I clicked “no” for the question about whether personnel wer helpful because I didn’t work with any personnel: itt was a self-return. There should be a “not applicable“ choice or that question.

OLUSHOLA AThe manager who was working there, was working alone, and there were a lot of folks dropping off and there to pick up vehicles. She was under a lot of pressure and did an amazing job handling everyone on her own. The location had vehicles backed up to the street and jammed up so that I couldn't get my truck out when it was time for me to leave. There wasn't enough staff to take in trucks that folks were returning. Nowhere to park them.
