FERNANDO MI had an amazing experience renting a U-Haul U-Box for my recent move. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support. A special shout-out to Joanne — she was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She made sure my U-Box was ready on time and took extra steps to ensure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Highly recommend U-Haul if you’re looking for a reliable and supportive moving solution!

Natanael BI made a reservation for a 20’ truck and when I went to pick it up, the place told me that it was out of order. They didn’t even notify me until I got there. As a result, I had to rent a smaller truck for 2 days.

ELYSE GU haul MUST - at a corporate level, figure out a way to reduce check in time, or hire more people for the front desk. There is always a shortage of people to help. Either raise wages and get more people on board, or fix the check in process to be fully automated and simpler. How about use a scanning tech like at the airport?!? There was. HuGE line and over an hour wait time just to talk to someone at the front desk. Horrible. And it is UHAUL corporates fault for not fixing this. I am rating this location above average, because it was actually faster and well maintained, and there was a field service manager that was brought in to help with how understaffed and convoluted the check in process was. Although it still took over an hour to get aome.people checked in. DO NOT REQUIRE PEOPLE TO TAKE A PHOTO OF THEIR DRIVERS LICENSE WITH THEIR OWN PHONE. I can take do this because I am younger and tecj savy, anyone that is not tech savvy, will have a NIGHTMARE trying to do this, and you are bringing in an unknown variable and more unnecessary external steps that exacerbate delays and errors, plus is requires multiple systems to communicate with each other just to have a personal phone take photo verification. IDs need to be photographed and checked by staff members.

JUAN PI went in to say that I was returning equipment & was told to park it in the back and use the app. No help whatsoever. The parking area was covered in frozen snow & ice. No spots plowed to park easily. Terrible service.

The van also needed an oil change too so get that fixed. The lady was nice and professional but she was dead wrong for given out that musty ass van.

CHIMA UThe young man at the Lynn location was wonderful. We did a one-way rental. They told us the wrong place to return the truck. Not once but two times stressing me out unnecessarily but the Lynn location. They were wonderful
ANN LInform the customer that he/she is supposed to manually grab items purchased. I thought my 2 Mattress Bag and Furniture Pads would be in the truck as the guy at the reception confirmed the purchase and it wasn’t given to me when in store. But when I arrived to my destination nothing was there. I tried to call on the same day for a refund and explain that I didn’t have the items purchased but no one picked up the phone, and on the next day Saturday 11/16 I called and spoke with a woman who advised her system was down and she would call back but never did. Today is Monday 11/18, and I will call again for a refund of the items not provided. Overall the reservation was pretty easy, I did everything online and on the next day the information needed as mileage was entered by one of the employees, I had a picture but locked the truck before uploading which locked me out and this was which was very helpful and accurate. Thank you

The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted). Just trying to get into my storage was always a hassel, broken elevators and carts.
