Ask representatives to use a verbal greeting and say to the customer: Good Morning! How may I help you! It seems rude or gives that impression when they look at you without greeting. Other than that, the representative followed routine procedures.

I booked at Jefferson Ave in Salem and UHaul moved it to Lynn. There were dirty rags in the van. I booked for 250 miles and somehow that was changed to 200 miles and I was charged for the mileage. Upon returning the key return box was too full and famed and it was hard to put the key inside. Overall a poor experience.

The manger is very nice knowledgeable and helpful. The trucks don't drive the best and had me a little nervous. Drop off was made easy. Over all customer service was what made this a 5 star rating.

We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time but we did not get assistance until 25 minutes after our arrival (15 minutes passed our original departure time). Ultimately it all worked out but it did delay our scheduled time to meet with our movers. Also the location doesn't offer proper parking for customers to idle as they pick up their supplies/rentals.

Your store manager Alexander is excellent, he was very helpful to me and very prompt and courteous. I am grateful for his help and he is the only reason why I still decide to rent at the Lynn location.

First off I work for customer service. I know we all have our good and bad days. There are days I do not want to do my job and hate EVERYONE walking through the damn door. But my job is my job and I have manners, respect and simple courtesy of others. I have attitude at times but in a professional way. But this experience here was by far the worst. I wasn't greeted once I arrived and didn't know who was a worker and who wasn't and when I did find out it was like “ what “ “busy doing inventory” “wait for the other guy”. Hoping the other guy would be better; he was only worried about his phone. I don't usually do this. But people need to look at who they employ and really focus on their employees overall people skill. I legit almost had a good day go bad because of these people. Hopefully I have better luck next time.

I called ahead and representative was very pleasant and helpful and we were able to make the reservation very quickly. Only issue i had was trying to do after hours return. For whatever reason, your website would not recognize my location even though I had location services turned on. I'm not sure of the issue, but I still dropped it off and put the keys in the drop box. Everything was fine. Great service and very efficient. Thanks.

Gas tank filled at 1/4 full at pick up. Would've made it a lot easier for us if the tank was filled before we picked it up rather making a stop for gas

Need a pick up truck but I can't get it because the ask me for credit car I only use debit car or cash I I don't really want credit car I canceled all my credit car so next time I need a truck I my have to go to Home Depot so I think it has to be changed
