Very very slow it took forever to pick up went online and did everything in advance including all info it was 129 with insurance fee only needed truck 1 day never chocked to see total was running late 171 dollars I have used uhaul 4 times in the past year that was my last time sorry to say

You lied I used the van for 3 hours you charged mr 48 bucks you lied My gas was not at 3/4 it was alittle over 1/2 I was told bring it back at 1/2 and its fine i went like 10 miles charged almost 50.00 that wrong and expect a revision or I will take action



I rented a 26’ truck. It was clean.....but it did not have any power steering. Trying to back it up was a very difficult situation.

Absolutely horrible experience. Reserved a 20' truck a month in advance only to show up the day of rental and be told it was not available. Even got the confirmation email the night before to say it was all set to go. That a "new hire" and "corporate mix-up" allowed someone to extend a rental which was supposed to be the truck I would rent. Then I was told that a replacement truck was available 30 miles away in Cambridge. The only truck available was a 10' which is not even half the size of a 20'. How was I suppose to make a one way move from Lynn, MA to Nashua, NH with a 10" truck? I was offered the 10" truck at a discounted rate but it made little difference. I had organized a dozen people to help with the move and the best Uhaul could do to rectify their mistake was off a 10' truck at a discount? For this move, my brother-in-law rented a 20' truck as well with no issues. We needed the two 20' trucks to complete it in one trip. But with one 20' and my 10', we were forced to make multiple trips today with our personal cars. I am totally disappointed with this experience at Uhaul. To be honest, if I had any other option, I would have not taken the 10' truck. But a move takes weeks to plan and to have the main piece of a complex puzzle not be available is extremely frustrating. Appalled at the low level of professionalism, lack of quality of customer service and poor policies and standards at a nationwide company.

This location is a NIGHTMARE. Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off. I reserved online. Got there and we didn't have the right size ball. So we left. I have been charged 4 times now for something I NEVER rented. What should have been a $45 charge is now over $300 and trying to get it resolved over the phone is a nightmare. I am on my 3rd call. Borrow a truck or trailer from a friend. DON'T RENT HERE!

I called 3x’s a day every day I had Equiptment NO answer I never experience anything like it. Each time I called I stayed on line atleast 20mins waiting. THEN a 3day rental turned out to 174.52 ** I have used this location 5 times within month of May THEy are understaffed NEVER EVEr answer phone

I returned the vehicle within the 2 day rental agreement. Customers before me required extra help. After waiting fro 45 minutes the staff suggested that I simply leave the paperwork and an invoice would be sent. I was surprised to be charged for 3 days. The delay was not mine but the inefficiency of the staff.

The truck's transmission was really frustrating in stop-and-go traffic. It would downshift every time I pressed the break, sending the engine into a high rev, and causing an irritating noise and even some jolts at times.

Hello, I had a significant issue with the phone process in returning the truck. Mostly, the site did not accept any of the photos I sent of the mileage and the fuel level. I took at least ten of each without flash and at different distances and it didn't work. That's where the process was halted because I could not move forward to the next page on the site. I finally gave up in frustration and just dropped the key in he box. Tim Foley

This location is generally poorly staffed and Unorganized. Although the Saugus branch is 8 miles farther away, you can get in and out of it much quicker. Two completely different procedures are followed between the two locations. If you book on the line and you do not need blankets, boxes, tape, or a dolly, why do the people able and want to review all of that material again, it's simply a waste of time. Lynn rarely has a pick up truck available.
