Be more descriptive of the previous damage on the vehicle. I genuinely felt I would be held responsible for damage caused by others before I had rented the vehicle.

My entire experience was a nightmare. The staff was discourteous, they were disorganized, they openly complained to customers and they charged me more than double what we agreed to.

I did not receive my utility dolly, which I assumed was already in the truck because the rep told me I was all set to leave and began helping another customer. I called and notified them as soon as I got home and a note was added to the account not to charge for the dolly. THEN, when I returned the keys, I put them in an envelope SEALED with a note on the outside stating that I did NOT get the dolly and should NOT be charged for it. Nevertheless, I WAS charged for it. In fact, they selected that I received AND RETURNED IT. There was NO DOLLY in the truck when I returned the keys (because I had never received it) so THEY never checked for the dolly when they got the truck back and yet they indicated that they had done so. TERRIBLE service. I now have to take time out of my busy schedule to go there in person and demand a refund. THANKS for making an already STRESSFUL experience even MORE of a headache.!!!!!

The inside of the van was very dirty. There were bits of paper in the door bins and pockets of the dashboard. In the cargo bay there was a lot of dust and dirt that hadn't been cleaned from previous use, and a fabric chair I was moving got gum or some kind of black tar from the floor as well.

Customer service representatives were extremely rude especially Miguel, he didn't explain anything at all and when a question was asked he replied with an attitude that made me feel unappreciated as a customer. The other one was Christopher, he was very fresh comparing customers with the woman he dates; not professional at all.

I brought my truck back 20 minutes after when I picked up the day before, and I was charged a whole extra day. That is criminal. Definitley NOT recommending Uhaul, i.e. Ugetrippedoff.

8/28 I tried to pick up reservation and the employee locked the door early and would not allow me to pick it up. Was told to come back cause he closed the degister already. Atore closed at 5pm. Was there at 445

I like how convenient it is to rent a truck , but that 55 cents or more per mile can be ridiculous. Unless you are travel for less than 20 miles . On top of it , Certain occasion you have four hours limited time to return the truck .

The vehicle I rented was not available. i was given a van and received a call at 8:00AM the next morning telling me I was over due on returning the van. I had rented it until 2:00 PM. This is not the first time this has happened.

I have never been more disappointed, disgusted, and appalled. By far the WORST experience I've ever had. Upon my arrival (12:10-12:15 or so) there was 3 other disgruntled customers (whom also had reservations) that have had a substantial wait (my wife and I waited 15 minutes before we were able to find the attendant, who was also the manager, too busy texting around the corner, claiming to be 'washing windows' no paper towels or glass cleaner in sight mind you). When staff FINALLY came in, I was pleasantly informed that I was only allowed 1 trip to my new home (I called the day prior because two trips would of been easier to manage, and was told my 24 hour rental was unlimited mileage during my 24 hours, show up to pick up my rental, now 30 minutes past my reserved time, and not only was I only given enough mileage to go from the Lynn facility to my new home, no allowance to my previous apartment, and the drop off location? I was NOT given enough mileage to get there. I am extremely displeased with my Uhaul experience.
