8/28 I tried to pick up reservation and the employee locked the door early and would not allow me to pick it up. Was told to come back cause he closed the degister already. Atore closed at 5pm. Was there at 445

I like how convenient it is to rent a truck , but that 55 cents or more per mile can be ridiculous. Unless you are travel for less than 20 miles . On top of it , Certain occasion you have four hours limited time to return the truck .

The vehicle I rented was not available. i was given a van and received a call at 8:00AM the next morning telling me I was over due on returning the van. I had rented it until 2:00 PM. This is not the first time this has happened.

I have never been more disappointed, disgusted, and appalled. By far the WORST experience I've ever had. Upon my arrival (12:10-12:15 or so) there was 3 other disgruntled customers (whom also had reservations) that have had a substantial wait (my wife and I waited 15 minutes before we were able to find the attendant, who was also the manager, too busy texting around the corner, claiming to be 'washing windows' no paper towels or glass cleaner in sight mind you). When staff FINALLY came in, I was pleasantly informed that I was only allowed 1 trip to my new home (I called the day prior because two trips would of been easier to manage, and was told my 24 hour rental was unlimited mileage during my 24 hours, show up to pick up my rental, now 30 minutes past my reserved time, and not only was I only given enough mileage to go from the Lynn facility to my new home, no allowance to my previous apartment, and the drop off location? I was NOT given enough mileage to get there. I am extremely displeased with my Uhaul experience.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I rented a truck for 24 hours as per my online contract. They were unable to give me on for 24 hours even though I requested well in advance. The teens that worked here spoke Spanish and no English. They were rude and nasty to me. A guy behind the counter was unable to help us even though his shirt said general manger, but he wasn't even one. Overall my experience was tarnished for a long time. I will no longer use this service. I will tell my friends and family to go elsewhere.

6 hour limits were not convenient. Even when I made a prior reservation for a 24 hour rental I was told that I could only use it for the advertised price for 6 hours. Equipment was above expectations and best quality vehicles compared to past rentals. Service was good other than that.

Service was outstanding - from beginning to end. Pick and drop off were smooth and simple. Truck was in great shape and very clean. Will use Lynn again and will absolutely recommend to others.

Representative who processed paperwork when I first received the van at the center was new. He at times acted in an unprofessional /disrespectful manner. When I commented on it to him he said to "lighten up." Van was dirty and needed to be cleared of debris/wiped down but this attendant said it was "not bad." Poor customer service this time around, generally receive a good customer service at thus location.

I was over charged on my van rental contract number 91483846. I was quoted flat rate of $77.00 if 100 miles or over. I was not charged correctly. When calling in to speak to a customer service rep in Lynn Ma. I was blown off and transferred to customer service who never answered the phone after waiting 30 min. I will be sure to list my complaint on Angie's List, and all other home service websites. I think when you quote a price you should stick to that price. Ed Williams 978-239-9994

The employee who I returned the vehicle to did not know how to do his job properly, used a hand held devise I still had to go inside and now have to file dispute as he charged me more than what I owed , the training needs to be more substantial

When I returned my trailer it was not checked in until three days later and I was overcharged. When I called the service center they passed a message along to this location and no one ever called me back. When I went into the location to get a refund the manager was rude and difficult to work with. This is the second time something like this has happened at this location.
