The guy working there in I returned the truck was upset because it was snowing out and he had to go outside to check the truck. He moved very slow and was sighing.

service was great, rented a truck three weekends in a row. The first two weekends they were shy on staff and the process was slow returning, mostly because a new staffer was learning. Otherwise..great, I'll be back.

I was waiting in line to rent a van when my turn came the guy at the desk asked to wait so he can take the person standing in line after me. He a assume that she was just purchasing a box when I asked the person to go hit she said no I'm renting another van . Also the person at the desk did not bring the van up front to me he asked me to go all the way in the back and bring it which was parked between two vans I struggle to get it out of there . This is not the first time that I have issue with this location . Poor customer service there was also a tray of microwave tray left in the back of the van I just left it in the back when I return the van

Tighten the security grate behind the drivers' seat to eliminate the constant rattle and squeaks. Clean the exterior (at least the front window) prior to renting the truck.

Well the customer service experience can be alot better. Agent wasn't at the front office when i got there, so I waited about 8-10 mins before i decided to walk the parking lot and other facilities and finally found him in the garage that's located next to the office only to find headphones over his head. Never apologized for the wait or for me looking around looking for help. When we walked back to the office their were people already waiting inside and he also never apologized to them and I can see that they were looking to hear something from somebody and that never happened. I just expect at least the minimum requirements of customer service but yet even that wasn't offered at this location. Maybe customer service isn't a priority at this location because it was my second visit and both times it was the same experience.

Maybe have an employee go over the instrument panel with a customer before he drives off in rental. All vehicles are a little different. Lights, heater, radio, windshield wipers, hazards etc

I was told my card will not be charged until the truck was returned and my card was charged at the time of rental. I contact the Uhaul place the customer service rep that answered the phone recognized the error and I was told the manager would contact me as soon as he was off the phone. I'm still waiting on the phone call.

the truck i believe had transmission problems, oh my goodness had no pick up and took foreverrrrr to change gears!! more frequent service on trucks would be helpful

The staffs were nice and polite, overall the serve and the truck was good. But the the area of improvement will be returning and refunding on time customers money deducted in excess back to the account of debit.This will enable ur customers to have access back to there funds and not have to wait for several working days to get there money back.

Was redirected to another location because the truck that i had reserved at my primary location was having mechanical issues. I feel I should have received a discount since i added mileage because of the switch. Nothing was offered. Also, when picking up truck at the new location, I was sent in the yard to search for my truck myself. All other times I've rented trucks from U-Haul, they had them already running and waiting conveniently in front. I know it was a last second switch but the customer service at the new location was lacking especially on a frigid morning. The rear roller door was also frozen shut. Needed to buy de-icer and pry it open with a screwdriver. Will think twice about using your company again.
