Contract No: 72581952 Friday, 5/9/2025 10:59 AM - it was returned. In Springfield Illinois, the rental was picked up early. The man said not to be concerned- it was still due at 11:00 AM on 5/9/2025. I have two complaints. I didn’t know I was charged for another day. (Roanoke) I was told to have it back at the time I had scheduled to pick it up, which was 11:00 AM. (Springfield)

REBECCA RThe morning I went to pick up the truck at 9 in the morning there was no one there to open up the store. They were supposed to open up at 9 o'clock.They didn't open up until 9:45 And when I went back after they opened I walked in the office and no one came to the front desk. So I waited and waited and then finally I walked back outside and the employee was just setting in his car and had no idea I was even there.

WADE AWhen I got there it was only one person working. When I got hooked up the trailer I was renting got stuck on the brake fluid canister in the trailer behind it. I had to work on it to get my trailer unstuck. When I was unloading after I got to my destination I noticed the light had been removed after I recieved 2 shocks. Noticed the light hole had been taped over with aluminum tape. Awful experience!

ALENA SThe truck we received had no ramp for us to use to load and unload the tires were slick we slid everywhere and the window handle was broke it was dark in the building and the employee was not friendly or helpful. This use to be the best location and use to be my favorite one
SHERMAN DThe employees were very helpful and understanding when I needed the truck for an extra day.. Moving can be very stressful and they're demeaning was one of comfort which doesn't sound like a lot, but it meant a lot to me. I can't thank them enough. They are an asset to the company.

RICHARD TWhen I made the dolly reservation online, I was supposed to pick up at the Salem Mini Mart close to my house. As the pick up date drew close, pick up place was changed to this ghetto dealer in Roanoke. Man tried to over charge me from the original online quote.

HAROLD DNothing wrong with drop off except that is was considerably out of our way. We had asked for Christiansburg and it was accepted when the reservation was made but then after picking up uhaul we were told different. We had to drive an hour and a half out of our way round trip to drop it off. So that along with having to go pick up at a different location was very very inconvenient.
CONNOR APrice was changed at location. I made a booking online for $19.95 van plus 0.79 cents per mile. It was changed to. 0.89c per mile. Employee said they cant make money at the advertised rate! Please don't advertise the 0.79c rate then !!!!

JAMES HI'm sorry I didn't catch the workers name, but he was very knowledgeable and helpful in hooking up the trailer. He also disconnected the trailer and used a hand dolly to move it away when I dropped it off. I'm horrible at backing trailers, so his assistance was greatly appreciated!

ROGER APoor maintenance cause a breakdown 40 minutes into the trip. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get this trailer repaired. Trailer needed 4 new tires. Also missed my appointment and didn't get home until after dark missed my supper as well. Had to idle my truck for the whole time i was waiting for repairs because iwas cold outside. Consequently, i wasted alit of fuel, time, appointment and missed my supper. Not impressed with your micky mouse operation. Next time i will choose a professional company like "RIDER". NO THANKS TO YOU, I AM PISSED

KEITH CLessons I learned from this experience: 1) If you want to pick up a truck before the store opens the following day, don't just rely on the app, the verification email, and the verification text message. Be sure to call the store and make sure they received the order, or you might have to sit in the parking lot and wait for the store to open because someone didn't get the message to leave the keys out for the mobile check-in. 2) If you ordered a furniture dolly or other add-on, be sure to pick those things up from inside the store -- the person behind the counter may not tell you that they haven't already been put inside the truck.
