We are a business and rent trucks frequently from your competition. After we returned this truck I was charged $78 for damage we did not do. There was no inspection made at pick up or at drop off nor were we informed that we needed to respond to an email about pre-existing damage. Truck we originally reserved had a dead battery so we got an "upgrade" to a larger truck. Everything seemed fine at first. It wasnt until the truck was fully packed that we realized that the back door would not close. After several frustrating moments we called the rental location assuming they would be able to do something about it. We were told we would have to call the roadside assistance number. Several calls and 6 hours later, the truck could not be repaired but the tech could cut the part keeping the door open. Long story short, we will never be renting from here again.GUILIANNAIRENE F.

A little bit more attention to detail, as far as the interior of the truck inspection. The passenger side visor was broken and cigarette damage to the center console was not recorded. I was using the app to see which location had the size truck I needed & on the day I needed it. When I went to the location the employee seemed confused as to why I thought they would have the truck. So after she looked & saw she could help me, it was ALL positive & a great experience after that. But I would suggest you never say to a paying customer, "I don't know why you were told to come to this location". That statement made me want to just leave & go somewhere else, but then I thought "no she needs to help me right here". So glad I stayed.DARYLEUGENE G.
