I was charged a $25 cleaning fee of my truck with no explanation at all. The truck came with gravel in the back and animal hair all over it. Apparently I was responsible for cleaning up someone else's mess. Between the way I was treated at this location in regards to the other truck I rented and now this, you have lost a customer for life.

My location advertised self service check in. I showed up at 8 to find out they falsely advertised, had to wait an hour and pay my movers an extra hour. When I complained to the employee who showed up, he treated the situation as though was my fault for not knowing that they were only in the process of setting up. He also never once said or acted as if he cared how upset I was. I am so beyond frustrated with how the clerk treated me along with the customer service reps I talked to who kept transferring me to other reps instead of helping me. This whole thing cost me quite a bit of money and I will never use U-Haul again, and I'll be sure to spread the word of how I was treated.

No suggestions- I received excellent service and since I reserved the van I needed, everything went very fast at pickup. Great location. However the number of fields I was required to fill in with the online reservation process were numerous. Having already established an account I thought that most of needed info would be already saved or filled in.

Confirmation email I received when I ordered sent me to a location that no longer rents Uhaul trucks. After calling Uhaul, I was able to get to the correct location. Not a major issue, but inconvenient.

To Whom it May Concern, I will NEVER use uhaul services again. I reserved a car hauler with a customer service rep (which was really helpful). I ask specifically if the trailer was not dropped off by office hours (on a Sunday) if I would be charged for another day and was told I wouldn't be. The trailer was picked up and dropped off the same day. I was charged for two days. In the effort of resolving the issue I spoke with SEVEN different people only to keep getting the run around. I was told the only person to resolve the issue was the general manager at that location. Customer service made an attempt to contact them multiple times, I called that location multiple times with NO answer. When I asked to speak with a manger from customer service I was put back into the queue twice. This is unacceptable! I've waited on a "call back" which never happened. The truck was great, it did what it was suppose to do. It was clean. I would recommend the location or your store if it were not for the employee who helped us during the process of getting the truck. He was very rude. We seriously almost walked out and went elsewhere to get a truck, if it hadnt been for us having little time left to get a truck we would have. I have never experienced customer service like his. Maybe he was having a bad day? Sure, but if he treats others as he treated myself and my husband then i feel so sorry for your store.

The contract stated that there was 3/4 tank of fuel, it was actually 5/8. This caused me to spend approx 15.00 more than was truly fair. Also the guy checked for pricing on an extra day, and it was added to my bill. After trying to remove it for about ten minutes, he said he would have to cancell the contract and re-do a new one. I was already there for twenty minutes and in a hurry so I had to eat the cost of the extra day and did not use an extra day.

This location was 40 miles out of our way. Contract said we could drop off in one town, but it was full. It would have been nice to know prior to pick up, that our drop off location was so far away. However, customer service rep on phone was very helpful.

Again, poor customer service. We receive a refund because you guys did not accomodate my preferred drop off, Very far from my preferred drop off. So, I followed what the direction from the text it was sent to me. I called the number and I was transferred to different service, then finally they said "talk to the place where you returned the vehicle they should be able to help you." Not to mention that we already told the guy that we are supposed to get a refund and did not say anything. So, we went back to him and he gave it to us. Why the hassle. Why did he not just say that he will just take care of it? When I asked him if that is what supposed to be done and he said the traffic office should have at least let him know. I told him that "It seems like you guys have a communication issue" and he said well that is a uhaul customer service. What does that mean? hmmm I wonder!
