Michael PI was forced to drive 20 mins out of my way because I needed a tow bar. Uhaul had problems with their computers weren't allowing online to complete. So all I could get was reservations. My original reservations were considered when I checked in with Dan. I was charged my 20$ installation and was told I had to return for installation at 3:30. I got a discount for returning it to Elyria Oh location. Then the dark haired lady removed my savings and charged me 21.50 because she didn't see a charge but my original receipt showed a 20$ difference from my quoted rate and again I had to drive 20 mins away to get it and another 20 to return it for installation of this tow bar.
KRISTINA EThe only negative thing I can let you know about is a leak in the cab above the seat belts. We drove through aa really crazy rain storm and water came inside. Not complaining, just informing you there’s a leak (i think in the seal on both driver and passenger sides because we were like ‘why are our backs wet?!?!) Overall, perfect!
GRETCHEN WThe person who checked me in when I picked up my rental was very nice and polite. When returning my rental and getting it checked, that person was rude and not very friendly. I will come back because the first person had great customer service, but the second person definitely had a negative impact on my experience. Other than that, my experience was great.

JERRY Sthe Morse Rod facility were great, unlike the bigger facility at Georgesville Rd. the amazing thing is this: while packing one of the pods, a domino fell out and landed on the metal brace midline beneath the door. After moving the pods multiple times, to storage out for access at least 3 times, up to the Moris Rd facility, we discovered it still where it had landed. This is a set of dominos that belong to my grandmother which I have still in the original rather tattered box. Loosing one would not have been earthshattering, but it is one of three items she gave me before her passing in 1972. My mother remembers playing with that as a child. She passed13 years ago at 87, which means this set is probably close to a century old.

KIMBERLY WThe drop off location in Ohio on Morse Rd in Columbus was dirty and extremely difficult to deal with when dropping the tow dolly off. They demanded that we be charged extra money for assisting us in un-hooking the car we towed, which has never happened before. Whether that's policy or not, it doesn't really matter as we were never made aware of extra fees for assisting us in the process of returning the equipment. The kid was rude about it and left us out in the rain to deal with the rental return. Once un-hooked he then came out and completed the process. All we wanted was a little direction or help in completing the return. What happened U-Haul, I've used this company several times and this may have been the last straw as both pick up and drop off in renting one item was a complete hassle and cost us extra money and time that was unexpected! Terrible experience

John LI drove the truck 10 miles only and this mean I used one gallon I put one gallon and I get charged file 11.70 for 3 gallon lololol realy how is that it’s not make sense even if I drove semi truck for 10 mile it’s will not use 3 gallon for it thank u

CHARLES GIf the clock starts when you check in, the truck and equipment should be loaded and ready when we check in. We waited over 30 minutes for the truck to be pulled around and then were charged for dropping it off 30 minutes late.

Kwan T | Overall ExperienceMy particular rental had door latch issues requiring driver door to be slammed shut- the seat was cut visibly upon entry and the armrest was significantly bent toward the passenger seat. Comfort is not particularly a priority but assuming upon inspection from a previous renter would have been noted and potentially charged accordingly without being properly fixed? The positives are that for me this location I use regularly for small moves of things I have requiring a box truck and have had zero issues checking in and out.
MATTHEW BThey canceled my storage reservation after telling me over the phone they did not, storage floor was dirty the ceiling has stuff hanging from it. The manager told me that I would to pay extra to get the car off the dolly. All prices and charges need to posted in each facility and on line on the website, the schedule center needs to give us pricing before taking a reservation. They said that I picked a Up the truck during meeting and charge me a late fee when I had to wait until the dolly was thaw at the Rockside which put me 2 hours behind. Due to this being very bad winter be gratefully I- and not give late charges.

Inflexibility with changing due dates. Will adamantly recommend against using if ever asked, or maybe even if not asked. Most but not all employees I interacted with had incredibly bad attitudes. Would take all my worldly possessions to the dump before I would ever use again.

Calling into the office, I was often placed on hold for an extended time. Trying to move out was a nightmare as my account was not found and I couldn't do it on line. I had to call in, placed on hold and hung up. Called four times and was handled through the call center. My husband went to facility to talk to them and was told I was charged because I was renting a lock. Even if that were true, which it is not, I was charged 174.85 for my own lock that I brought back from NM. I DO SEE, IN RETROSPECT WHERE IT APPEARS THEY TRIED TO TAKE THE STICKER FROM THE PREVIOUS STORAGE OFF. THIS IS HOW I IDENTIFIED MY UNIT BY THE WAY. I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR STORAGE FACILITIES AGAIN.

RUDY B | First ImpressionsThe facilities were in great condition, HOWEVER, I made a reservation a week in advance for a truck and storage unit for my mothers belongings, however when I got there and provided a reservation number the clerk told me she didn’t show that and not sure why and how someone scheduled that unit because she can’t find it! My mother has medical issues and this situation put me and her in a bad position. The clerk found a smaller unit (saying it was their only unit left) which put us in a different position as we couldn’t store ALL of mom’s belongings! I didn’t have options as the movers were on the way so I had to accept and unfortunately, mom lost a couple of items because of this UHAUL SNAFU! I’m extremely disappointed and have lost money on items mom had to give away

My problems were with the fact that there were no instructions on-line to help me access the compound.
