I dont like the fact that I paid my storage and rent was good till January 21st 2019 and I moved my stuff out of storage on December 27th and was told I was out the cost of the unit. Why not prorate?

We had mice in our storage unit that caused us to have to throw out some items and pay for additional cleaning in others. For paying as much as we did in rent, I had hoped for better.

This experience was horrible. The fork lift broke the day I was supposed to move in, and I was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to manage this issue. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive.
