I was not greeted when I entered, the representative didn't seem I think they really wanted to help out much. Overall the service was fine. The truck was not excellent, it smelled a bit like smoke. also the brakes were exceptionally soft weather loaded or unloaded. And the truck shook very violently whether unloaded or loaded between 25 and 40 miles an hour, like it was hitting very large potholes however the roads were completely smooth.

Loved the return process, super easy; also everyone was extremely courteous. When picking up, I had to wait in a line for 25 minutes just because I couldn't find my truck (and then had to give my info and sign things all over again, even though I had done that all on the website before being unable to find my truck).

This van while new, clean and nice has a major engineering flaw. I pointed this out to management. The distance between the brake and the dash above is only inches and de teal times my right foot hit the dash board and NOT the brake causing me to lose control—a frightening experience. Tell Ford to Fox!!!

The employees were extremely nice. Equipment functions well and seemed taken care of. The overall process was incredibly slow. I reserved the truck online showed up and still waited in line as each customer seem to take a minimum of 15 minutes per transaction. When I got to the counter finally even though my reservations were already made it still took 10 to 15 minutes to process my order I was in the U-Haul store for literally 40 minutes before pulling away with the truck. The computer systems the information needed Took way too long. That from you caused a bad experience

Becky was amazing she took the time to ask my everything I needed, went up and beyond to make sure everything was great. Her customer service skills were out of sight she never interrupted me while I was taking and she answered all my questions with a smile on her face so I'm truly grateful for Becky being at work that day.

We used the self check-in and it was not a good experience at all. Once we finally found our truck, we were told it was for someone else, to refresh the page to be assigned a different truck. That didn't work. Then we were told just to take the original truck. We completed the online process, but were told someone needed to see the final page of the checkout process. When we got finished, we showed the girl the page and she said it wasn't the right one. I had to go inside with her. She confirmed our name then tried to charge me for the rental thatvI had already done online. Then she wanted to see my husband's driver's license. He was driving the truck, so we had to go back outside to the truck. I'm really not sure what the point is of the self check-in is when you still have to go inside. Then when we returned the truck it took forever because the app wouldn't recognize our location. It didn't give us tge option to scan the location code like it had in the morning. Thankfully we had a second phone with us and that finally worked. Hopefully I don't need another rental truck for a long while, because this was a terrible experience.

Horrible on return. Returned at 7:15 PM, signs clearly noted they were open until 7:30 PM (returned same day, was there at 8:40 AM, finally after waiting in line about 9 AM when pulled out of the lot with the trailer). I waited in return line for about 10 mins when finally a female worker told me they were closed to return the trailer to where I got it on the other side, which I did. I attempted to get on uhaul.com to log the return in, the Uhaul website not working. Attempted same on my laptop when I got home and could not get in. Tried calling the location on Sunday morning when they opened and the wait was 20 minutes. Finally got on uhaul.com with chat session with representative. He told me not to worry that they were presently checking in returns, it would be "NO PROBLEM nor TO WORRY"! So today they charged me for 2 days and the local retail representative told me she could not do anything that it had to go to their customer service. Have been challenging them and nothing can be corrected unless with the General Manager at the retail location. HORRIBLE LOCAL SERVICE!!!
