Where to start.... 1) The truck from the check in photos was completely different from the truck they pulled up. Damages were so severe on this thing, to include parts barely hanging on the sides. 2) Needs a 4 wheel alignment, the steering wheel is cocked at a 70 degree angle when going straight. 3) The horn did not work. 4) The entire truck would violently shake when going over 50 mph. This whole thing was just plain unprofessional and dangerous. I think it's time to retire that truck, it has 135xxx miles for Christs sake!

The online drop off is ridiculous. I tried to drop off early they told me I had to do it online to avoid after hrs charges. I registered my email and it never let me pick drop off, I kept trying to get me to make a reservation. The people inside wouldn’t do it early and I couldn’t get online accomplished, I ended up being late for work.

The customer service experience wasn’t a pleasant one.The black young lady was extremely respectful and trying to help but the manager did not care for the customers needs. She was rude I would not recommend this location to anyone.

We were double charged. Spoke to them about it. Got the double charge reversed but checked the next day and there was yet another extra charge. Called them and they said they couldn’t help us so ended up blocking the charge with the bank. Will not use them again.

For some reason you guys didn’t have my reservation in the system even though I had proof of it on my phone. However we were able to get the truck that we wanted that morning and were able to get everything moved that we needed

Better staffing. Only 2 inside reps with a long line of people waiting. I waited in line for 30-40 mins. Once I got there my service was great.

It was taking, on average, more than 20 minutes for each customer to be helped. There were only two people at the front desk on what I have to assume is one of the busier days of the week. I waited over an hour even though I had done “express check in” online. In that hour, I saw several potential customers wait for 5 to 10 minutes before leaving after they realized how slow the line was moving. Whoever owns or manages this location is losing potential sales and making sure paying customers don’t return due to the extremely long wait times. Why not have a line just for those who have checked in online? Why not have more people at the front desk? Why not have signs posted telling people they need their ID out and an estimate of their trip mileage? Why not encourage people to reserve online while in line if the line is long to speed things up? Why do the front desk people go get the trucks instead of having someone dedicated to this? Why not incentivize weekend shifts by paying extra? Surely the sales lost due to wait times would easily offset any incentive pay offered to be appropriately staffed on the weekends.
