BRIDGET SI had ordered a dolly and had to drive to another location to get it. This was after my rental pick up location changed to location further away from where I was.

MICHAEL FI rented a 20' truck that was scary to drive, vibrated badly, steering was loose and the truck was hard to keep in a lane. I should get some sort of discount. I rent often from u haul and this truck was the worst ever!
PATRICK SWe had Ashley and Alan ( maybe Adam or Aaron) help us and they were both very decent humans. I would recommend this Uhaul location. I have rented from here several times and it has always been good. . The truck had a broken tail light. Unfortunately I rented a truck that they do not own so I assume it isn't there liability to fix but the manager should ask for a different truck or demand it be fixed Before renting it.
ANA RPickup was fast and counter check in customer service was great! Which is why I gave the location an above average rate. However, the outside of the truck was very dirty. There were huge splotches of dried on mud all over the outside of the vehicle. Upon opening the back of the truck, we had to be extremely careful so as not to get that mud on us. The inside cab was clean though.

Michael DWe rented an open trailer after a snowfall- no effort was offered to clean the snow out of the trailer until we asked, and then we were offered a broom to clean it out ourselves.

ARTHUR SShattered driver side mirror, was hard to see using it to drive, showed it to one of the guys and he said yeah we know. I rented the truck from 3pm to 9pm, so they should have checked the headlights for dark driving and they didn't as I only had 1 working headlight.
LEANNE BI genuinely do not understand why the cost is so high. And also why the cost widely varies so much based on location. However, I am very grateful that there was a reservation guarantee because we booked a truck through Budget Truck a month prior to our move because of the cheaper cost. 2 days before our move, I was called and very uncaringly told that my truck was not available and that there were no trucks available for me in the area at all and basically “oops, oh well”. Moving is a very stressful time. We immediately got on the Uhaul site and was able to book the same size truck for the same date and time we needed 2 days later. The morning of the day we were meant to pick up the truck I received a call that our truck was not turned in as expected, but she had already located a new truck, given us a credit on our bill, and additional miles because of the location being slightly further down the road than the original pick up location. She was extremely kind, caring, concerned, and compassionate. I was just relieved immediately that we were booked with a company that was actually taking care of us. So at the end of the day, I’d rather my money go towards that anyways. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

LINDA PThe manager and staff at this location were all Top Notch. They ensured the process of Truck rental was very easy.
DONALD WI had a blowout of a tire that had a complete tread separation. I didn't check the date code, but this tire looked old and dry-rotted and probably should not have still been in use based on age and condition. U-Haul should honor the tire manufacturer's recommended replacement schedule based on treadwear OR AGE. Rubber degrades over time, and even a tire with plenty of tread left can be dangerously close to failure.
HENRY RI wasn’t able to access my storage unit at 9:45 pm .. says it was open til 10:00pm.
Nicolas AI wanted to tell you that MAURICE and TYLER were there when I dropped off my trailer and rented a storage unit. Let me tell you that these two young men were so wonderful without dealing with customers!!! They are polite, intelligent and were so kind to me. MAURICE helped me with an issue I had and he went above and beyond to help me with such kindness. Customer Service Is so key in every business!!! MAURICE is such a great employee!!! He needs to be given an award for his service there helping customers that are stressed from moving. They were both great guys. I just dealt with Maurice with this situation. I am now considered the “older generation” and Maurice sure made me have a lot of hope for the younger generation. Maurice needs to train people in the world in outstanding customer service. This man will go very far in life! Thank you for hiring him. I have used this location two times before and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been such a very pleasant experience. I do not write reviews usually, but the very outstanding customer service and competency at this location needs to be brought to the upper management’s attention. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS U-HAUL LOCATION TO EVERYONE!!! Thank you!!!!

Madeline H | First ImpressionsSecurity is questionable as when I was there I would see people walking through it with pack packs and the gate was open a lot, maybe it was not working cause my card did not let me in and sometimes it was just open I don't know, but the other thing that I was concerned about was an employee hit my van with a 26 foot U Haul truck I was parking in the back by my unit. The manager at that time was not helpful Frank Holloway acted like it was my fault. He would not give me access to the camera recording and tried to deny it but I had it on my dash cam and got the claim taken care of what a mess. Also when I checked out the printer was not working and I need to get a receipt please. Sincerely DG

Good luck getting in, they park all of the big trucks back there. So if you need to get in your storage randomly like me, it was a hassle. They need to find another lot close by to park trucks.

The unit was the perfect size and clean, well lit and secured, along with the climate control. The staff at this uhaul location were always friendly, helpful and reliable! I hope I do not need storage again, but if I do I would definitely pick this place again.
