It would be better if there were someone assigned to only check people in and to only check people out. Obviously if either area gets bogged down then roles can be changed accordingly. This is my only caveat. The gentlemen that checked me out was amazing. I can't remember his name but I've worked with him multiple times and each time his attitude and service has been excellent. He helped with my reservation when I rented a couple of weeks ago and he checked me out then and on my most recent rental. Great person.

First of all. This experience was HORRIBLE! The general manager, with the ponytail was RUDE! He treated me like a a second class citizen. I felt the questions he asked, and the way he was me, was totally out of line. When asking for my driver's license and bank card, I asked him if I could pay cash for the rental... rudely he replied, you need to have sufficient funds on your bank card. To which I replied I do, I just wanted to pay cash. When he took my ID, he stared at it, stared at me, and did this for about a minute, back and forth, then told me, I don't look anything like my ID.. that it looks like someone else. To which I replied, I was younger and not sick.. When asking me where I lived, I gave him the address, and he told me it didn't exist. He argued with me, told me it wasn't there. I explained to him, my address is very much real. This ordeal lasted at LEAST 5-7 minutes. Another worker even commented that google was wrong. The general manager didn't listen. I told him, I don't know what else to tell you. I live at the address given. I told him I could call the owner of the house if that would help.. When I gave him my number for the rental, he called my phone as if I was lying about the number I gave him as well. It was very rude. He asked me what I was renting the truck for, which is none of his business, but I told him anyway. I had to move 2 dressers. His overall attitude SUCKED. I've never had ANYONE at uhaul test me this way, EVER. I was disappointed he was the one in charge. I will never return to that location and his attitude and customer service will drive that location to the ground. Bad choice on leadership uhaul.

So I need to move a riding lawn mower with a 60" wide mowing deck, this trailer that was recommended (6' x 12'). The opening at the back is only 57" wide! I could not use the trailer and I was still charged; "because it left the lot". #WasteOfMoney. It appears NONE of the trailers you rent would move this mower: Gravely ZTHD 60"

Staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in only took a few minutes. Care was taken to make sure the trailer was properly hooked to the vehicle. Even though quite busy when I returned the trailer, staff was attentive to all the customers in the return area and worked efficiently and effectively to finalize the returns. I have always had very good luck renting equipment from this U-Haul location and will continue to do so.

The Noland Road facility is very nice. The truck I rented wasn't quote up to par. The brakes were sluggish and the mirrors kept moving with every bump in the highway.

You guys screwed up my reservation!! Miscommunication as to the type of truck rental I needed, possibly to just get my business. Now trying to triple my charges! I don't have it! No way will I be able to pay that in the middle of a move!! I will be spreading the word to customers to NEVER do business here! Such a scam to get your money!

The hook-up guy attached wrong trailer. I needed a 4x8, he attached 5x8. Because he didn't want to detach it, he asked if we just wanted that. The inside cashier/sales rep was outside at this point to correct the error. I replied that I didn't need a bigger trailer and would accept the 5x8 for the same price, otherwise I wanted the 4x8 that I'd reserved. The sales rep took time inside doing something on the computer, then told me a higher price for the 5x8. I said no, so then he had the man outside change the trailer. It made the process take longer and a bit frustrating. I just feel there was poor communication. I should have been told I couldn't have the trailer for less right away, and the man outside should have changed the trailer right away instead of wasting my time. Would still use this location in the future.

The truck we reserved was not available when we went to pick up. The store knew that the truck was not going to be available the day before. We felt like someone should have called us to let us know. We had to take the smaller truck which meant we had to make more trips to move. So the 50 credit that we were given just paid for the extra mileage. Our move took much longer than it should have. It was a complete inconvenience to us and our movers.
