I will NECER go to this location EVER again. What a bunch of tools! THIS location rented me a tow dolly to tow my AWD SUV. Ended up driving 2 hrs in the woods to tow my car to find out I cant use that dolly without disconnecting the Drive shaft. Of course the two other locations failed to say anything KNOWING the car i had. Well come to find out the boys didn't LISTEN to me and put my AWD SUV down as a rear wheel as well as my Pickup truck. I feel they were just trying to push me out and make money. So dishonest! Can't believe they do this to customers then when you call they give you the BIGGER run around. They should just close this location if they cant find employees who actually give a crap! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME IF YOU COME HERE!!!!!!!

The only negative I have doesn't reflect on the location or the staff. A one way rental for a day to go less than two hundred miles was $200 more than what I paid for the same trailer for two days a month ago I. A local rental. This is ridiculous. I will be purchasing an enclosed trailer to remove the need for future rentals. I would like to say it's been a pleasure, but that would be an exaggeration.
Larry FRory was great. Truck was ready, full and clean when I arrived. Check in went quickly and same for getting the new storage unit. Waaay better than experiences with truck rental/storage unit places in the past. Would definitely recommend you guys to others, really great job 👏

STEVEN R7I rented for two days and since I was 2.5 hours late returning the truck (had it their before 7pm store was still open) I was charged for three. Now the store was still open but they would not check the truck in, they said I would be emailed a receipt.. That never happened, I called twice and still no receipt. BTW I do not like downloading your so called eamailed receipts. I think I will stick with Penski.

KEYBER EU-Haul stopped me from renting due to my ex boyfriend having a balance which really messed up my plans for moving very badly. It seems ridiculous that someone else’s balance would affect me because I used him as a contact. Even when the balance is paid I won’t be using uhaul again.

Chris M | Overall ExperienceThe location I made the reservation with (5142 N Academy Blvd) did not have my trailer. I stopped by the day before to check to make sure my hitch would work. The lady assured me it would be fine (without looking) and said, "See you tomorrow." When I showed up the next day, she informed me that I would have to go to another location (3105 N Nevada). When I got there, they looked at my hitch and said it wouldn't work, so I had to buy a new one (for $32). Seemed like a bait and switch and I will not be using U-Haul ever again. I will also tell anyone who's moving that U-Haul is a company who wastes your time and isn't interested in their customer's experience.

JEFFREY SBoth locations we went to were very helpful, but we did have a mixup that caused us to have to drive to multiple locations. I had reserved my truck and equipment ahead of time, but when I showed to the first place, they weren’t showing the truck in their inventory. The guy there was very helpful and had it rebooked to the N Nevada location.

U-haul could do better with the logistics of the app and handling the drop off and storage locations so the staff doesn't have to move things around so much. For example, if you have a truck return and storage usage, have the app offer locations that can do both at the same location. Plus if the storage is free for a month don't send messages to check in and pay. Otherwise it was a great experience.

ERIC PI was quoted $40. Despite my mileage estimate being off by only 4, my final total was $91. I was not warned about the overnight drop off fee, despite turning it in earlier than estimated. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. This van cost me more for a few hours than when we rented a 16 ft penske for 2 whole days and 3 trips. Very disappointed and upset. I will never use uhaul again.

TONY HThere was a woman that treated me like I was dumb. The truck had to much computer in the truck and I wanted to exchange it and she told me she had no problems with it. This is the 21st century. I kept the truck as I would have been charged twice if I charged trucks. When I returned the truck they didn't even check me in and said they will send me the bill. Don't know why you would buy trucks with that much computer equipment in it. Very few young kids drive those trucks. Took almost 10 minutes just to figure out how to start it. The Ram trucks use more gas then the Ford. Also it feels like all your vans don't have shocks on then. Even the new trucks bounce around like crazy, feel every bump. The big trucks 15 feet and bigger ride better than the 9ft vans.

HSET NThe Apple car play was full and the storage didn’t clear when I attempted to clear off old devices. I was unable to use my phone for navigation and felt uneasy the whole time I was driving. The data needs to be wiped regularly to make sure the navigation system is functional.

CLAYTON WWorkers were really nice and helpful, but was slightly scammed on both milage and gas. The starting gas they marked me at was slightly higher than what was in the vehicle (difference wasnt big to be fair, they had it marked at 3/8 but seemed closer to 1/4). Similarly, 2 miles were added to my trip. I took pictures both before and after in the exact locations of leaving and returning which came out to 24 miles total used, but got charged for 26. Not a big difference, but still. Overall I'd still personally use this location again as it's not much of a difference monetarily and I'd lose that money going to a different location, but just wouldn't specifically recommend it to a friend.

Did not even acknowledge us upon pick up of the uhaul and did not answer questions. called me the next morning at 7am after return of uhaul because there was a hold on an extra 26 dollar payment (because of extra mileage) waking me up after having spent the entire previous day moving. could the collection of the extra 26 dollars not have waited just a few hours? uhaul was not particularly clean upon pick up. overall not impressed.

Now I can't get my money back and the gentleman at the store is older than God and has no clue how to work his computer system so now I'm at a $120 loss because staff is poorly taught. Maybe this has something to do with the app I was instructed to go through for the storage unit but that should have no barring on a refund. Staff told me I was and I quote, "all taken care of" when I returned and maybe I'm from a different planet but I took that as I was "all taken care of" and it's okay for me to leave. I never would have left knowing this was going to be the outcome.
