Silas and the rest of the staff at this location are always great. There are other uhaul locations closer to me, but I continue to rent from this one because they know how to take care of people.

The 5' x 8' cargo trailer was clean, but the tie-downs inside were not solid. In short, the trailer inside and out appeared to be past its service life.

I have no problem with the locations but I am very dissatisfied with UHaul. I did not get the truck size that I reserved weeks in advance and was only told at the last minute it was not available. Will not use or recommend UHaul to anyone

I called Tiffany Square location to make reservation due to it's location to my home. I was given an estimate which, by the way, was not honest as they did not disclose all the additional fees/tax that are added on to rental amount. Unbeknownst to me, my rental was booked through the Nevada location!! There was no mention made of this during the telephone call. I arrived to pick up rental at Tiffany Square location and was told my reservation was booked through Nevada location! Why on earth would I call Tiffany Square location to make reservation and expect to pick up a vehicle at the Nevada location???????????? I was asked at Tiffany Square location if I received confirmation email. I did but why would I check email when I knew location and pick-up time I had reserved! They did not seem to care. Silas, I believe was his name, at Nevada location was very pleasant but nothing was done to rectify the situation. At the very least we should have been allowed to return u-haul to Tiffany Square location but again it was not about customer satisfaction it was about money. I was told, even though I rented u-haul for two days, that it had to be returned to Nevada location because it was already rented out to somebody else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND U-HAUL in Colorado Springs to any of my friends based on this experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had renting from U haul.. trailer was like new.. moved through the process very smooth. No hasslte leaving my dump trailer with skid loader on the lot for a few hours while I went and helped a friend in need help with broken car. My only suggestion would be to break the car hauler down to a minimum.. I used the trailer for 2 hours max and it cost me the same for 24hrs.. like 70.00 bucks .. that’s like .50c a minute I actually needed it.. 35/40.00 seems more reasonable

I was guided to skip coming to that U-Haul location, but the location that secured the truck for me sent me back to this location anyway. I can understand why I was told to avoid it. It took me 40 minutes to have key in hand and out the door. The computer system locked up 3 times and we had to re-input information into the computer as part of that time to get out the door while I was being helped. The rest of that 40 minutes was spent waiting for 2 employees and a manager to get through the line, which consisted of two people at the counter (being helped) and one other person between me and the two being helped at the counter. How to improve: I'm not sure how it looks, but updating computers to work efficiently somehow; and making sure employees are update to date on how to work the system used. Also, I brought back the vehicle with damage to the same U-Haul location. I claimed it and showed them where it was and what took place. When I got the cost of the damage, it was quite high to me. I asked about a break down and the manager gave me that breakdown, which include additional payment for damage to the surrounding area. I was very displeased with the news. I inquired more about how U-Haul came to such a conclusion. In the end, it seemed I stumped the manager. She said I could call corporate; and then later gave me a call to explain it was to replace the damage and labor to do it. It would best if the manager didn't make up assumptions and pass it on the customer as the breakdown of the issue. Saying I needed to replace more parts than I damaged (even if it was an assumption) is not good business. I ended up arguing with her about that assumption (or whatever we call it), she didn't once say it was a guess. She spoke as though that was the cost breakdown. I explained that the surrounding area wasn't harmed, so I didn't understand being charged to replace it. She said the scratch that occurred was enough damage. I continued to go round and round with her until she encouraged me to call the corporate office. I realize I repeated myself, but as a customer- if you want repeat business- making the customer feel like they just paid for new parts they didn't wreck isn't the correct route to repeat business. I couldn't make sense of the print out she gave me; and I asked her to break it down for me. If she believes that's what she did, then I would call it a fail. I didn't seem relieved. Instead I was upset and wanted to know how I was paying for something I couldn't even see as part of the bill. Her response was to tell me that I had been given a 20% discount, which I also couldn't see because I was upset at the time. I was there for my company and have already turned the bill over to them, so I don't actually know if there was a 20% discount. How to improve: Managers never guess or assume to KNOW the problem if you don't know. That's how you get pissy, one-time customers. If someone wants you to explain the bill, go over the items listed (item by ite

The employees here were helpful and attentive. They made sure my lights worked before I left. They did this by tightening the ground wire on the connector.

The air conditioner did not work well. The website said the van would fit a queen size mattress. It only can do this is you stand on end and tilt against the side. I would have rented the truck except for that entry on website

Customer service was great. Truck on the other hand was not. Steering was off, the emergency brake didn't work, the window handle broke off as you where bringing the window down, and to top it off after a tiring day, the gas tank must have been damaged before I received the truck as the gas hose wouldn't go into the gas tank normally. The gas attendant had to hold the gas hose halfway out to get gas into the tank. Not a safe procedure. Trucks need to be serviced better before they are released to a customer.
