Registering by phone was simple and easy. Lots of vehicle choices. I was under my estimated mileage and they were able to refund me outside automatically where I dropped the truck off.

Although the employee was pretty much working alone, and the wait was a lil longer than planned, he was courteous and efficient in getting us the truck we needed for the amount of time we needed it.


Uhaul has a new policy at this location to immediately call and verify my emergency contact. I have never heard of this policy they said has been in place for months. I have rented twice before in the past 3 months and was not asked for this. It makes zero sense for you to insist on calling to verify my emergency contact or otherwise refuse service to me. I had a great experience and would definitely rent from this location again. The only suggestion I have is that the mobile check in offers the option to scan a location barcode which is said to be on a black sign by the front door but I couldn't find it. It took me several minutes to figure out how to allow the uhaul website to access my location from my phone so I could proceed with mobile check in and being able to scan the location would've been much simpler.

Improve your 24hr phone support. Not only a long wait but received bad information regarding the inside deck on your 26 ft truck. Was told the deck was completely flat but that's not the case with the wheel well covers. Added much additional time to the move having to work around them.

I had told the customer service agent my brother was traveling to Colorado from Las Vegas Nevada to move me and I wasnt sure what time he woumd be arriving because of the fires in the mountains but she totally ignored me and scheduled me for 4 pm on Saturday so I was charges for Saturday. When I arrived to reserve and pay the customer service agent ignored the fact I needed to pick up on Sunday and was still charged for Saturday.

It took a long time to be recognized as returning a vehicle. There was only one employee working and he was on the phone helping another U-Haul customer. I returned three unopened packages of furniture pads and expected a refund for the unopened packages. That was denied. The employee surprised me with an additional mileage charge.

The location and people were great. The trailer was serviceable, however it was dirty and grimy. Having run a rental center for a while, I would have at least rinsed it off before sending it out. Having to call an emergency contact was a bunch of bull too. That was not needed at all. People don't answer their phones anymore these days, especially to a number not in their contact list.

Vehicle had extensive body damage. No one available to check us in so we left the keys on the console and left, Need more people to properly service your customers. You treat your old customers like they are criminals, We having been renting vehicles from your location for over 30 years. You requested a phone number for a contact. At first there was no answer so we had to call a number of times, Are you so concerned we will steal your vehicle? Your monitoring of gas usage is very questionable. Whether it is you or your customers someone cheats on the amount of gas actually in the tank.
