The vehicles are never clean and the gas tank is usually at 1/4 or less! Staff can’t answer basic questions like how much they would charge for a gallon of gas , unacceptable

JAMES HThe truck I was given was unacceptable and could have been driven straight to the dump! How embarrassing for such a big company! The brakes squeaked, the manual brake was hard to release, the alignment was so bad we were bouncing all over the place and the gas take was at a 1/4???? WHAT KIND OF COMPANY CHARGES LIKE A CADILLAC BUT PROVIDES TRASH TO ITS CUSTOMERS???

Yahshitaba YEverything was awesome the only thing is was that they didn't want to assist in reference to the car tow. They skirted around the questions since I'm a first time user of the car tow and was told that if I didn't pay the $20 they weren't going to help me only thing was is I was only asking questions because I never done this before and when the significant amount that I had already paid I couldn't see why they couldn't answer several simple questions.

Edward GI made the reservation in advance from a different location that would have been more convenient for me, on the Northeast side of El Paso. In the end, they required me to pick up the moving vehicle from the East Paisano location instead. The only way things could have been improved is if I could have picked it up from the location I made the reservation at. But it’s over and done with.
Robert MOkay pick up experience due to previous guest taking longer than anticipate, returning truck was quick and easy. There were incorrect photos when checking out the truck though, not sure if it was their fault or previous guest. Staff was easy to work with and explained everything. There was no mention of the $50 reservation guarantee and I did have to reach out to customer support to get help with that even though I asked staff about it when getting the truck.

Kimberly RPissed me off that I was told I needed a utility bill to finish the transaction. Then another guy said that my car insurance would work. Why didn’t you just say that to begin with?! That makes since and accomplishes your regulation - and I had it in my car right outside. I don’t usually travel with my water bill and it’s off putting.
Jim FThere was a leak on the passenger side of the truck box and it rained during my move. The whole bottom of my mattress became wet from the water leaking into the truck. That’s really uncool to pay for a truck that leaked water on my mattress

I had called to confirm my vehicle was on site and I asked the girl if she was “physically at the Paisano location” she said “yes.” According the check in clerk this was a lie because he said records showed that I was speaking to a customer service representative

UMC oThis truck is the loudest I have ever rented from uhaul. The noise inside the cab from the engine was so loud and the wind noise coming into the cab was so loud couldn't even make or receive a cell phone call. Have my parents and myself a headache but the second day. Engine making squealing sounds. Shifted really hard .

Gustavo VTell customer on how much more or less his bill is going to be in the unit maybe it will be cheaper on another. Like me I rented a van bill came to a total of 250.00 if I would have rented a trailer and hauled it with my truck it will have been like 100.00 but I think it will never happen. But now I had to go through that to learn on my own I'm going to buy my own trailer is a lot cheaper

robin wI was just a little confused on how my vehicle didn't fit on the ramps even after the vehicle description was given. Maybe the car is smaller than stated on the data base. Everything worked well.

El PThe children who work there are there for a paycheck and only that. I knew I left my keys in the truck when it was dropped off, my mother called, they said there was nothing. I went in myself, they said the truck was lent out but they didn’t find anything. My mother went in the next day to TRIPLE check, and they magically appeared. Had my mother not gone to check again, I would’ve been in the hole a few hundred dollars to replace those keys and what they went to. These children need to be more thorough in their cleaning before lending out their trucks. Poor service overall.

ROBERT RAt the time of moving out, there was not enough room to park a truck and use its ramp. There were some U-Haul trailers blocking the access to park the truck and the assistant worker didn’t want to help moving the trailers.
