CHRISTOPHER TSorry for the poor response this location should check the vehicles before renting i showed up at 5 to 7 am to pick up a truck didn't leave till 820 the truck is was getting didn't start they tried to boost it .mabe this is a one of but if you have truck on reserve for customers I think you should check the truck well before signing it out my moving help had to wait.also i think you need more staff in the front .on a different occasion I waited an hour to buy boxes my be this is one of to but I think it's something you should look at .
P MProvide additional trouble shooting training for brake lights that are not working. In my case, the rear light was not operating. The employee did many trouble shooting tests quickly and correctly. I discovered that the actual light fixture connection was not engaged properly. This isn’t a criticism, just a suggestion. Great experience as always and will continue to use this location for all my rental needs.
RICHARD CThe constant increase in fees was a concern for me. I couldn’t keep a budget on constant increases in rent. At least allow the renter some months of rental fee stability before increasing the rent.

DAVID DOverall experience was amazing. Only thing that can improve was that as soon as I booked the trailer, I was told someone would call me the day before I needed to confirm everything. No one ever called that day, so I had to call myself. Not the end of the world!
EVAN GGive me the right truck I asked for so I don’t have to make 3 trips instead of one. And don’t charge me for a 20ft truck when I only got a 15ft. Terrible customer service. Truck was fine but they made our move day way harder then it needed to be.

PEDRO M | First ImpressionsDuring the trailer inspection, I highlighted several concerns to the U-Haul attendant, including pre-existing damages, worn tires, damaged wheels, and compromised wheel straps. Despite these issues, the employee affirmed the trailer's safety and functionality. Upon reaching my destination 2hrs. Away I was denied vehicle loading due to safety concerns related to the trailer. Back at U-Haul, a second employee acknowledged the unusable and unsafe condition of the wheel straps. I requested a full refund, encountering resistance and only receiving a partial offer. My requests for store and district manager contact information were deflected, with the employee suggesting I find it myself. This experience was extremely poor customer service and a lack of apology.

MYLES MI have two feedback: The truck was over 120k miles and was hard to keep it straight above 50miles/hr, and it took awhile to get it started. I am not sure if the price charged per km and the rental rate was fair for such an old truck. Second feedback was about having been told that few blankets needed to be folded on return. The problem is this was not told me in advance, and it is bizzare needing to fold blankets that will be washed anyway.

Second of all the pickup location i was given they didn’t had any 15ft trucks available for me at the time of pickup. I had call in the after hour service to get a truck which was not what i requested. So overall experience was shit.

Ernest PI arrived to U-Haul to do a app pick up for my truck which was scheduled for 9am (along with professional movers and my apartment elevator). The store forgot to assign the truck and I was forced to relocate to another uhaul as the current one doesnt open till 10:30am. This delayed me a full hour and a half in the entire move and costed me an extra hour of movers help. They could’ve notified me earlier that they couldn’t assign me a truck..it’s 2025 it should be a pretty automated process to confirm whether or not a truck has been assigned to a customer. They ended up crediting me a $50 while this delayed costed me $150 along with being a waste of time and effort.

AVIO BNeed a second person inside store itself. There was only one to serve customers picking up equipment and to answer questions about merchandise.
BRADLEY BVehicle was provided in a damaged condition. Steering was not properly aligned with the wheel and there was a water leak on the passenger seat. Bumper was damaged and multiple scratches on the trailers.

As I was moving out of my storage unit, they were showing it to another prospective client who agreed on the spot to take it (unit 141, a prime ground floor space). The representative said they would check me out of the unit, there was no further action required from me. I followed up for a confirmation when I returned my rental truck, but was told there is no print/email that they can provide, and assured me that I had been checked out and no further payments would be processed. I would certainly appreciate a prorated refund on my rent paid: payment was on the 12th of each month and you rented the unit to someone on the 24th. From the consumer point of view it looks like double dipping on rental fees.

Eventually I finally spoke with the manager who was the only one that helped me but besides him this whole facility is a joke.

Apparently my locker was the only locker they had on the ground level. So there was 4 people who were smoking marijuana in the parking lot stood outside and watched us load. They Kept getting in the way. Annoying and uncalled for. I was paid up for the locker until the 21st and would not be given a rebate for the time paid. Meanwhile there are these people standing there just itching for me to get out. Worst experience with U-Haul. This location should be reported to head office. On a side note: No I did not contact them. I’ve had enough failed conversations with this facility.

I had to chat online letting a representative know that I need to speak with a live person right away. It did happen because as noted above..I forgot to take pictures of the empty unit. Other than that the kind mannerism and professional service were always displayed. Thank you for, the storage service right from the start to ending of the contract.

Always clean and well lit. Desk employees really friendly and young men outside knowledgeable and friendly. Just moved and used UHAUL 20' truck. No problems at all. The 3 seats were comfortable. I am now having to spend hours going back and forth with head office by phone, email and chat to get my refund. This location *never* picks up their phone, the call always bounces to the main customer service line. Moving in was smooth, moving out has been an absolute pain. Would not recommend.
