I had originally asked for 55 kms, the lady upsold me to 80 kms without any reason and had me prepay it. Upon returning the truck the gentleman told me they would not refund me any money. Unfair to take advantage of loyal consumers. In the past year have used U-Haul 4-5 times but will now consider other alternatives. Not going to this location ever, ever again.

1) More staff for busy times. I waited a bit, but the folks behind me waited quite a bit longer. 2) Stricter functionality and condition tests with the customer. We didn't walk through any checklists. I noticed a broken (previously taped light) and was told to take a picture of it. I had to test lights, breaks, and such after rep left. I had to enquire about functionality of locking handle myself - if I didn't I wouldn't know that the handle should be locked in open position and not just in closed position. I was already familiar with a foot parking break, but for others it would likely be nice to be instructed.

cabin dirty with beer caps, tissue on the floor and sticky chairs not properly clean the uhaul truck on the back was clean and equipment provided as per rent request

Your people were very good, but I waited 45 minutes from my pickup time to pick up my prebooked trailer, even after completing all the express pickup stuff on your website. While there were 3 people who seemed to be working the counter, they were coming and going and for periods of 5 or more minutes there were no staff at the counter with customers lined up out the door.

Our trailer was not there for our pickup time. The people from the prior day did not return the trailer on time and apparently not answering their phone. We left UHaul and came back 2 hours after our pick up time and were told that UHaul got a hold of people with trailer but they were at least 1.5 hours away. This would have ruined our moving plans. The only thing that saved our experience from being a disaster is Paul. He had to give us a bigger trailer that was reserved for someone else who was two hours late for their pickup. I get the business model but maybe more stress about returning equipment on time should be given to customers.

I am impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at this U-Haul location. I was in and out very quickly upon picking up and returning the rental vehicle. I chose this location (Royal Windsor Dr) although there is one nearer to where I live, which unfortunately had a lot of negative reviews.

I would not recommend the express check in When I got there I found out that your system had not charged me tax and I had to wait in a long line up to check in and then go through the check in process. The express check was a complete waiste of time for me as it created a false sense of completion and disappointment when I found I still had to go through the wait and check in process. It would by nice if you would txt me with a confirmation of the address for the drop off point. I couldn't find it on my contract and had to call you to find out where it was expected to be returned

I had the largest U-Haul truck, was great and spacious. The truck did stall couple times, the battery may be really old. Otherwise, I would rent from them again.

Employees need better trainning how to treat customers. So customer keeps coming back. The two gentleman that help were acting like clerks and not explaning anything. When I called to do reservation on truck. I was never given confirmtion email or confirmation #. The employee on phone told he was pass that and to just show up. And brush me off on the phone.
