Another customer had parked his car where the trailers are parked so I had to angle the trailer when I dropped it off. Also I rented a dolly and was unable to drop it off after hours. Perhaps a locking mechanism in a covered area such as a grocery cart lock? Great service from reservation,to pick up and handy being able to drop off afterwards. Thank you!

Rental proces was short. Trailer was hooked up and checked by staff. Everything was satisfactory.
Self check in took 40 mins to approve. Messaged and didn't get a response until almost 30 mins after. Super dissatisfied woth my first uhaul rental experience. Dodnt get a truck until I went in and complained at the front desk and that took 20 mins as well
Clearer instructions on how to obtain vehicle. When you change the location, send an email, don't just call.
I made a reservation 3 days prior to my pick up,got to the location on 3092 Mavis Rd, Mississauga and was told there was no van there for me,got on the phone to call customer service,35 minutes wait time only to be told sorry we don't have a van there for you but we can get one for at 2700 Royal Windsor dr.thats another 30 minutes drive from Mavis Rd.Making it too far from where I live,Very frustrating not happy,May be I will try some other rental company that take reservations seriously.

I initially reserved the 26ft van at Uhaul location near Streetsville, Mississauga. I was notified via email that it was no longer available at that location, but they guaranteed it would be at royal windsor Uhaul location. I agreed to the new location even though it was 20km out of my way. The day of the move the 26ft was not there, I had to settle for the next smaller van, given that I only had a 2 hour window to move from building (using service elevator). I was later incorrectly billed an additional $350 as distance was incorrectly calculated. Had to go back to location an additional 40km out of way (both ways) to have them reverse charge.
I got there at 7a and had issues with mobile pick-up as my license pic was not saving but luckily the staff was there early as well and kind enough to help me out.

The online check-in did not help save any time. I enetered all the required information on the online check-in. Yet it was slow as I had to verify almost all the information again to the clerk. However Daniella was very pleasant to deal with. She hooked up the trailer and reminded me to check the inside as well.

Not sure what doing the pre check-in got me. I arrived at location at 9am and did not leave till 10:30am. I realize it was first weekend of month so probably busier than others, but should have an express line for people that have done the pre check-in. I've done most of the work for you, with no benefit for doing it. Not the usual location I go to, they seemed very disorganized. Would make every effort not to go back to this location.
Make a reservation on line and if it Saturday get there early.
Check-in took close to 40 minutes from arrival to leaving with equipment. Only 2 reps and only one from 7:00-7:30, 2nd one arrived at 7:30. Same with drop-off, although was offered to leave keys in the vehicle after a 10 minute wait.
Completely satisfied, took care of me right away, helped me back up and unhooked the trailer, offered me a receipt and I was on my way swiftly

customer service was terrible. They do not care about the customers whatsoever and are not willing to compromise to offer a good customer experience. I had rented a 26 foot truck and on the day of they changed my reservation to a 20 foot truck, the lady didn't offer a trailer or any way to help me out. All they said is to do multiple trips, which I rented the truck a couple weeks prior to my moving day. When I called, the person on the phone was able to help after raising my concerns and provide a trailer for me. Also, my drop off location changed last minute, which again is not ideal. They said they called to let me know, but I had no missed call, no voicemail, no text.. I was really disappointed with the service I got and would not recommend UHAUL unfortunately.
I showed up for my 0800 reservation and was waiting in a line until 0840. Staff should know to tell people ahead of time to show up EARLY for their reservations. Not impressed. Then when I finally reached the counter I was rushed through the process and then told my vehicle was outside, already running with the keys in the ignition. Thanks. Gas just burning away and door wide open where anyone could have stolen it. I was also put off by how Courtney spoke to people both in person and on the phone. Very abrupt and rude and both her and the other staff member were frequently walking around without face masks on. At least the truck was ready when I finally got to the front of the line.
